ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 87

1 ೧ ಕೋರಹೀಯರ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ; ಗೀತೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತದ ಮೇಲಿದೆ.

A Psalme or song committed to the sonnes of Korah. God layde his foundations among the holy mountaines.

2 ೨ ಆತನು ಯಾಕೋಬ್ ವಂಶದವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಗಳಿಗಿಂತ, ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ದ್ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

The Lord loueth the gates of Zion aboue all the habitations of Iaakob.

3 ೩ ದೇವನಗರವೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಗೌರವೋಕ್ತಿಯೇನೆಂದರೆ,

Glorious things are spoken of thee, O citie of God. (Selah)

4 ೪ “ರಹಬ, ಬಾಬೆಲ್ ದೇಶಗಳವರನ್ನು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲವರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣಿಸುವೆನು. ಇಗೋ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯ, ತೂರ್, ಕೂಷ್, ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವು” ಎಂಬುದೇ.

I will make mention of Rahab and Babel among them that knowe me: beholde Palestina and Tyrus with Ethiopia, There is he borne.

5 ೫ ಇದರಿಂದ ಚೀಯೋನೇ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜನಾಂಗದ ಜನ್ಮನಗರವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಡುವುದು; ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಾತ್ಪರನಾದ ದೇವರು ತಾನೇ ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುವನು.

And of Zion it shall be sayde, Many are borne in her: and he, euen the most High shall stablish her.

6 ೬ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವಾಗ, “ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದರ ವಿಷಯ ಇದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು” ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯುವನು. (ಸೆಲಾ)

The Lord shall count, when hee writeth the people, He was borne there. (Selah)

7 ೭ ಇವರು ಹಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಕುಣಿಯುತ್ತಾ, “ನನ್ನ ಜೀವಜಲದ ಒರತೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.

Aswell the singers as the players on instruments shall prayse thee: all my springs are in thee.
