ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 69

1 ೧ ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು. ಶೋಶನ್ನೀಮೆಂಬ ರಾಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರೇ, ರಕ್ಷಿಸು; ಜಲವು ನನ್ನ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯವರೆಗೂ ಏರಿಬಂದಿದೆ.

For the Chief Musician; set to Shoshannim. [A Psalm] of David. Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.

2 ೨ ಆಳವಾದ ಕೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನೆಲೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಜಲರಾಶಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಮುಳುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಪ್ರವಾಹವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.

3 ೩ ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇಸತ್ತು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಗಂಟಲು ಒಣಗಿಹೋಯಿತು. ನನ್ನ ದೇವರನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

I am weary with my crying; my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

4 ೪ ನಿಷ್ಕಾರಣ ದ್ವೇಷಿಗಳು ನನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೂದಲುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಿರಾಕಾರಣವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿಬಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ವೈರಿಗಳು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಅಪಹರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೂ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ದಂಡ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರಲ್ಲಾ.

They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would cut me off, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.

5 ೫ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮೂರ್ಖತನವು ನಿನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತು; ನನ್ನ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.

6 ೬ ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರನೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿದವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶೆಯಾಗದಿರಲಿ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಬಯಸುವವರು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಅಪಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗದಿರಲಿ.

Let not them that wait on thee be ashamed through me, O Lord GOD of hosts: let not those that seek thee be brought to dishonour through me, O God of Israel.

7 ೭ ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂದೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದೆನಲ್ಲಾ; ನಾಚಿಕೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಕವಿದಿದೆ.

Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.

8 ೮ ನನ್ನ ಅಣ್ಣತಮ್ಮಂದಿರಿಗೆ ಅಪರಿಚಿತನಂತಾದೆನು; ಒಡಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರಿಗೆ ಪರದೇಶಿಯಂತೆ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ.

I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother’s children.

9 ೯ ನಿನ್ನ ಆಲಯದ ಅಭಿಮಾನವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ದಹಿಸಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸುವವರ ದೂಷಣೆಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ.

For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproach thee are fallen upon me.

10 ೧೦ ನಾನು ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಅತ್ತು ಉಪವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು.

When I wept, [and chastened] my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.

11 ೧೧ ನಾನು ಗೋಣಿತಟ್ಟು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಗಾದೆಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವಾಯಿತು.

When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a proverb unto them.

12 ೧೨ ಊರ ಬಾಗಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರ ಆಡು ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕುಡುಕರು ನನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿ ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

They that sit in the gate talk of me; and [I am] the song of the drunkards.

13 ೧೩ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿನಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಇದು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನತೆಗೆ ಸಕಾಲ. ಪ್ರೇಮಪೂರ್ಣನಾದ ದೇವನೇ, ಸತ್ಯವಂತನಾದ ರಕ್ಷಕನೇ, ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು.

But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy, answer me in the truth of thy salvation.

14 ೧೪ ನಾನು ಕೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿಹೋಗದಂತೆ ಮೇಲೆತ್ತು; ವೈರಿಗಳ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸು; ಮಹಾಜಲರಾಶಿಯಿಂದ ಎಳೆದುಕೋ.

Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.

15 ೧೫ ಪ್ರವಾಹವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಡಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗದಿರಲಿ; ಅಗಾಧವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಒಳಗೆ ಎಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿರಲಿ; ಪಾತಾಳವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನುಂಗದಿರಲಿ.

Let not the waterflood overwhelm me, neither let the deep swallow me up; and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

16 ೧೬ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಲಾಲಿಸು; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಶುಭಕರವಾಗಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ. ಕರುಣಾನಿಧಿಯೇ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಟಾಕ್ಷಿಸು.

Answer me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: according to the multitude of thy tender mercies turn thou unto me.

17 ೧೭ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಿಗೆ ವಿಮುಖನಾಗಬೇಡ, ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ತಡಮಾಡದೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡು.

And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in distress; answer me speedily.

18 ೧೮ ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸು. ಶತ್ರು ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು.

Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: ransom me because of mine enemies.

19 ೧೯ ನನಗುಂಟಾದ ನಿಂದೆ, ಲಜ್ಜೆ, ಅಪಮಾನ ಇವು ನಿನಗೇ ಗೊತ್ತು; ನನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ.

Thou knowest my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.

20 ೨೦ ನಿಂದೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶೆಗೊಂಡು ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕರುಣಾಳುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದೆ; ದೊರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಂತೈಸುವವರನ್ನು ಹಾರೈಸಿದೆ; ಸಿಕ್ಕಲಿಲ್ಲ.

Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.

21 ೨೧ ನನಗೆ ಉಣ್ಣುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಹಿಯಾದ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನೂ, ಬಾಯಾರಿದಾಗ, ಹುಳಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

22 ೨೨ ಅವರ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉರುಲಾಗಲಿ; ನಿಶ್ಚಿಂತರಾಗಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೋನಾಗಲಿ.

Let their table before them become a snare; and when they are in peace, [let it become] a trap.

23 ೨೩ ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣು ಮೊಬ್ಬಾಗಿ ಕಾಣದೆ ಹೋಗಲಿ; ಅವರ ನಡುವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಡಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿ.

Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.

24 ೨೪ ನಿನ್ನ ರೌದ್ರವನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿದುಬಿಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಪಾಗ್ನಿಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ದಹಿಸಲಿ.

Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let the fierceness of thine anger overtake them.

25 ೨೫ ಅವರ ಪಾಳೆಯವು ಹಾಳುಬೀಳಲಿ; ಅವರ ನಿವಾಸಗಳು ಜನಶೂನ್ಯವಾಗಲಿ.

Let their habitation be desolate; let none dwell in their tents.

26 ೨೬ ನೀನು ಹೊಡೆದವನನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನೀನು ಗಾಯಮಾಡಿದವರ ನೋವು ಅವರ ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they tell of the sorrow of those whom thou hast wounded,

27 ೨೭ ಅವರ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು ಒಂದೊಂದಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಾ ಬರಲಿ. ನಿನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪಾಲುಕೊಡಬೇಡ.

Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.

28 ೨೮ ಜೀವಿತರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕು, ಸದ್ಭಕ್ತರ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಡದಿರಲಿ.

Let them be blotted out of the book of life, and not be written with the righteous.

29 ೨೯ ದೇವರೇ, ನೊಂದು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವನಾದ ನನ್ನನ್ನಾದರೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಭದ್ರಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸುವುದು.

But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.

30 ೩೦ ನಾನು ಸಂಕೀರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಾ ದೇವರ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿಯಿಂದ ಘನಪಡಿಸುವೆನು.

I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

31 ೩೧ ಇದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಂಬುಗೊರಸುಗಳುಳ್ಳ, ಎಳೇ ಹೋರಿಗಳ ಯಜ್ಞಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಬಹು ಪ್ರಿಯವಾದದ್ದು.

And it shall please the LORD better than an ox, [or] a bullock that hath horns and hoofs.

32 ೩೨ ದೀನರು ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸುವರು. ದೇವದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮವು ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸಲಿ.

The meek have seen it, and are glad: ye that seek after God, let your heart live.

33 ೩೩ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಬಡವರ ಮೊರೆಗೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕೊಡುವನು; ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತನ್ನವರನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

For the LORD heareth the needy, and despiseth not his prisoners.

34 ೩೪ ಭೂಮ್ಯಾಕಾಶಗಳೂ, ಸಮುದ್ರಗಳೂ, ಜಲಚರಗಳೂ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಲಿ.

Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.

35 ೩೫ ದೇವರು ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಯೆಹೂದ ದೇಶದ ನಗರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುವನು; ಆತನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ವದೇಶವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah; and they shall abide there, and have it in possession.

36 ೩೬ ಅವರ ಸಂತತಿಗೇ ಅದರ ಹಕ್ಕಿರುವುದು; ಆತನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವರು.

The seed also of his servants shall inherit it; and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
