ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 23

1 ೧ ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನಗೆ ಕುರುಬನು; ಕೊರತೆಪಡೆನು.

`The salm, ether the song of Dauid. The Lord gouerneth me, and no thing schal faile to me;

2 ೨ ಆತನು ಹಸಿರುಗಾವಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಂಗಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಕರವಾದ ನೀರುಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

in the place of pasture there he hath set me. He nurschide me on the watir of refreischyng;

3 ೩ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ನೀತಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

he conuertide my soule. He ledde me forth on the pathis of riytfulnesse; for his name.

4 ೪ ನಾನು ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲಿನ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವಾಗಲೂ, ನೀನು ಹತ್ತಿರವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಹೆದರೆನು; ನಿನ್ನ ದೊಣ್ಣೆಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಲೂ ನನಗೆ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಕೊಡುತ್ತವೆ.

For whi thouy Y schal go in the myddis of schadewe of deeth; Y schal not drede yuels, for thou art with me. Thi yerde and thi staf; tho han coumfortid me.

5 ೫ ವೈರಿಗಳ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ನೀನು ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಔತಣವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೀ; ನನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೆ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತೀ, ನನ್ನ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯು ತುಂಬಿ ಹೊರಸೂಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Thou hast maad redi a boord in my siyt; ayens hem that troblen me. Thou hast maad fat myn heed with oyle; and my cuppe, `fillinge greetli, is ful cleer.

6 ೬ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಶುಭವೂ ಮತ್ತು ಕೃಪೆಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವು. ನಾನು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವೆನು.

And thi merci schal sue me; in alle the daies of my lijf. And that Y dwelle in the hows of the Lord; in to the lengthe of daies.
