ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 147

1 ೧ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ! ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೂ, ಸಂತೋಷಕರವೂ ಆಗಿದೆ, ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವುದು ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.

Alleluia, [a Psalm] of Aggaeus and Zacharias. Praise you the Lord: for psalmody is a good thing; let praise be sweetly sung to our God.

2 ೨ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಚದರಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ,

The Lord builds up Jerusalem; and he will gather together the dispersed of Israel.

3 ೩ ಮುರಿದ ಮನಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳವರನ್ನು ವಾಸಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಅವರ ಗಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾನೆ.

He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

4 ೪ ಅವನು ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತುಮಾಡಿ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

He numbers the multitudes of stars; and calls them all by names.

5 ೫ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನು ದೊಡ್ಡವನೂ, ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಿಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಆತನ ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಅಪರಿಮಿತವಾಗಿದೆ.

Great is our Lord, and great is his strength; and his understanding is infinite.

6 ೬ ಯೆಹೋವನು ದೀನರಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿ ತುಳಿದುಬಿಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

The Lord lifts up the meek; but brings sinners down to the ground.

7 ೭ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿ ಮಾಡಿರಿ, ಕಿನ್ನರಿಯೊಡನೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ.

Begin [the song] with thanksgiving to the Lord; sing praises on the harp to our God:

8 ೮ ಆತನು ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕವಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಭೂಮಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who causes grass to spring up on the mountains, [[and green herb for the service of men; ]]

9 ೯ ಆತನು ಪಶುಗಳಿಗೂ, ಕೂಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾಗೆಮರಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಬೇಕಾದ ಆಹಾರಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

and gives cattle their food, and to the young ravens that call upon him.

10 ೧೦ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲ, ಆಳಿನ ತೊಡೆಯ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಆತನು ಮೆಚ್ಚುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

He will not take pleasure in the strength of a horse; neither is he well-pleased with the legs of a man.

11 ೧೧ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಆನಂದಿಸುವುದು ತನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಭಕ್ತರಲ್ಲೇ.

The Lord takes pleasure in them that fear him, and in all that hope in his mercy.

12 ೧೨ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸು, ಚೀಯೋನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸು.

Alleluia, a Psalm of Aggaeus and Zacharias. Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Sion.

13 ೧೩ ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

For he has strengthened the bars of your gates; he has blessed your children within you.

14 ೧೪ ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದೊಳಗೆ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ಗೋದಿಯಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

He makes your borders peaceful, and fills you with the flour of wheat.

15 ೧೫ ತನ್ನ ನುಡಿಯನ್ನು ಭೂಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಆತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಬಹು ವೇಗಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

He sends his oracle to the earth: his word will run swiftly.

16 ೧೬ ಉಣ್ಣೆಯಂತಿರುವ ಹಿಮವನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಇಬ್ಬನಿಯನ್ನು ಬೂದಿಯಂತೆ ಹರವುತ್ತಾನೆ.

He gives snow like wool: he scatters the mist like ashes.

17 ೧೭ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ತುಂಡುಗಳಂತಿರುವ ಆನೆಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಆತನು ಚಳಿಯನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡಲು ಅದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರು?

Casting [forth] his ice like morsels: who shall stand before his cold?

18 ೧೮ ಆತನು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡಲು ಅವು ಕರಗುತ್ತವೆ, ತನ್ನ ಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಬೀಸಮಾಡಲು ನೀರು ಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.

He shall send out his word, and melt them: he shall blow [with] his wind, and the waters shall flow.

19 ೧೯ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಯಾಕೋಬ್ಯರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ತನ್ನ ನಿಯಮವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

He sends his word to Jacob, his ordinances and judgments to Israel.

20 ೨೦ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಜನಾಂಗದವರಿಗೂ ಆತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಆತನ ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಅರಿಯರು. ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ!

He has not done so to any [other] nation; and he has not shown them his judgments.
