ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 121

1 ೧ ಯಾತ್ರಾಗೀತೆ. ನಾನು ಕಣ್ಣೆತ್ತಿ ಪರ್ವತಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ಸಹಾಯವು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬರುವುದು?

“A psalm of the steps, or the goings up.” I lift up mine eyes to the hills: Whence cometh my help?

2 ೨ ಭೂಮಿ, ಆಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದಲೇ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹಾಯವು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ.

My help cometh from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.

3 ೩ ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಕದಲಗೊಡಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವವನು ತೂಕಡಿಸದಿರಲಿ.

He will not suffer thy foot to stumble; Thy guardian doth not slumber.

4 ೪ ಇಗೋ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವಾತನು, ತೂಕಡಿಸುವುದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ನಿದ್ರಿಸುವುದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

Behold, the guardian of Israel Doth neither slumber nor sleep.

5 ೫ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವವನು ಯೆಹೋವನೇ; ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರಳಿನಂತೆ ನಿಂತಿರುವಾತನು ಯೆಹೋವನೇ.

The LORD is thy guardian; The LORD is thy shade at thy right hand.

6 ೬ ಹಗಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯನೂ, ಇರುಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂದ್ರನೂ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, Nor the moon by night.

7 ೭ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಡಿನಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವನು; ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವನು.

The LORD will preserve thee from all evil; He will preserve thy life.

8 ೮ ನೀನು ಹೋಗುವಾಗಲೂ, ಬರುವಾಗಲೂ, ಈಗಿನಿಂದ ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವನು.

The LORD will preserve thee, when thou goest out and when thou comest in, From this time forth for ever.
