ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 118

1 ೧ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆತನು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನು. ಆತನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿದೆ.

Give ye thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

2 ೨ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು, “ಆತನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಿ.

Oh let Israel say, that his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

3 ೩ ಆರೋನನ ಮನೆತನದವರು, “ಆತನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಿ.

Oh let the house of Aaron say, that his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

4 ೪ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಭಕ್ತರು, “ಆತನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಿ.

Oh let them that fear Jehovah say, that his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

5 ೫ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟೆನು; ಆತನು ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

I called upon Jah in distress; Jah answered me [and set me] in a large place.

6 ೬ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನ್ನ ಕಡೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ; ಭಯಪಡೆನು. ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ನನಗೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಾನು?

Jehovah is for me, I will not fear; what can man do unto me?

7 ೭ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನಗೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆತನೇ ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕನು; ನನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುವೆನು.

Jehovah is for me among them that help me; and I shall see [my desire] upon them that hate me.

8 ೮ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ, ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು.

It is better to trust in Jehovah than to put confidence in man;

9 ೯ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ, ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು.

It is better to trust in Jehovah than to put confidence in nobles.

10 ೧೦ ಜನಾಂಗದವರೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡರು; ಯೆಹೋವನ ಬಲದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವೆನು.

All nations encompassed me; but in the name of Jehovah have I destroyed them.

11 ೧೧ ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಮುತ್ತಿದರು; ಯೆಹೋವನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಬಲದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವೆನು.

They encompassed me, yea, encompassed me; but in the name of Jehovah have I destroyed them.

12 ೧೨ ಅವರು ಜೇನು ನೊಣಗಳಂತೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕವಿದರೂ; ಮುಳ್ಳಿನ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳಿದುಹೋಗುವರು. ಯೆಹೋವನ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವೆನು.

They encompassed me like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of Jehovah have I destroyed them.

13 ೧೩ ವೈರಿಯೇ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದಿ; ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

Thou hast thrust hard at me that I might fall; but Jehovah helped me.

14 ೧೪ ನನ್ನ ಬಲವು, ಕೀರ್ತನೆಯು ಯೆಹೋವನೇ; ಆತನಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯುಂಟಾಯಿತು.

My strength and song is Jah, and he is become my salvation.

15 ೧೫ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿಯು, ಜಯಘೋಷವು ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿವೆ; ಯೆಹೋವನ ಬಲಗೈ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ.

The voice of triumph and salvation is in the tents of the righteous: the right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly;

16 ೧೬ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಬಲಗೈ ಉನ್ನತವಾಗಿದೆ; ಯೆಹೋವನ ಬಲಗೈ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ.

The right hand of Jehovah is exalted, the right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly.

17 ೧೭ ನಾನು ಸಾಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಜೀವದಿಂದಿದ್ದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರುವೆನು.

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of Jah.

18 ೧೮ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು; ಆದರೆ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

Jah hath chastened me sore; but he hath not given me over unto death.

19 ೧೯ ನೀತಿದ್ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಒಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು.

Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will enter into them; Jah will I praise.

20 ೨೦ ಇದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಂದಿರದ್ವಾರವು; ಇದರೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸತಕ್ಕವರು ನೀತಿವಂತರೇ.

This is the gate of Jehovah: the righteous shall enter therein.

21 ೨೧ ನನಗೆ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದಾತನೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

I will give thee thanks, for thou hast answered me, and art become my salvation.

22 ೨೨ ಮನೆಕಟ್ಟುವವರು ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟ ಕಲ್ಲೇ, ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲಾಯಿತು;

[The] stone which the builders rejected hath become the head of the corner:

23 ೨೩ ಇದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದಲೇ ಆಯಿತು; ನಮಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತೋರುತ್ತದೆ.

This is of Jehovah; it is wonderful in our eyes.

24 ೨೪ ಈ ದಿನವು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದಲೇ ನೇಮಕವಾದದ್ದು; ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸದಿಂದ ಆನಂದಿಸೋಣ.

This is the day that Jehovah hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 ೨೫ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು; ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸಾಫಲ್ಯಕೊಡು.

Oh save, Jehovah, I beseech thee; Jehovah, I beseech thee, oh send prosperity!

26 ೨೬ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೆ ಬರುವವನಿಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ; ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of Jehovah. We have blessed you out of the house of Jehovah.

27 ೨೭ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ ದೇವರು; ಆತನು ನಮಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ರೆಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ.

Jehovah is God, and he hath given us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, — up to the horns of the altar.

28 ೨೮ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ದೇವರು; ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Thou art my God, and I will give thee thanks; my God, I will exalt thee.

29 ೨೯ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆತನು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನು. ಆತನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದದ್ದು.

Give ye thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.
