ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 115

1 ೧ ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನಲ್ಲ, ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನಲ್ಲ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ಸತ್ಯತೆಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೇ ಘನಪಡಿಸು.

Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to Your name be the glory, because of Your loving devotion, because of Your faithfulness.

2 ೨ “ಅವರ ದೇವರು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ?” ಎಂದು ಅನ್ಯರು ಏಕೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು?

Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?”

3 ೩ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆತನು ತನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Our God is in heaven; He does as He pleases.

4 ೪ ಅವರ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳೋ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಬಂಗಾರದವುಗಳೇ; ಅವು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಕೈಕೆಲಸವಷ್ಟೇ.

Their idols are silver and gold, made by the hands of men.

5 ೫ ಅವು ಬಾಯಿದ್ದರೂ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಕಣ್ಣಿದ್ದರೂ ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

They have mouths, but cannot speak; they have eyes, but cannot see;

6 ೬ ಕಿವಿಯಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಮೂಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಮೂಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

they have ears, but cannot hear; they have noses, but cannot smell;

7 ೭ ಕೈಯುಂಟು ಮುಟ್ಟುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಕಾಲುಂಟು ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವುಗಳ ಗಂಟಲಲ್ಲಿ ಶಬ್ದವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

they have hands, but cannot feel; they have feet, but cannot walk; they cannot even clear their throats.

8 ೮ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರೂ, ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವವರೂ ಅವುಗಳಂತೆಯೇ.

Those who make them become like them, as do all who trust in them.

9 ೯ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡಿರಿ. ಅವರ ಸಹಾಯಕನು, ಗುರಾಣಿಯು ಆತನೇ.

O Israel, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.

10 ೧೦ ಆರೋನನ ಮನೆತನದವರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡಿರಿ. ಅವರ ಸಹಾಯಕನು, ಗುರಾಣಿಯು ಆತನೇ.

O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.

11 ೧೧ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಭಕ್ತರೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡಿರಿ. ಅವರ ಸಹಾಯಕನು, ಗುರಾಣಿಯು ಆತನೇ.

You who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.

12 ೧೨ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೆನಪುಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಸಣ್ಣವರು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ದೊಡ್ಡವರ ವರೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವನು.

The LORD is mindful of us; He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron;

13 ೧೩ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ ಮನೆತನದವರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವನು; ಆರೋನನ ಮನೆತನದವರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವನು. ತನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವನು.

He will bless those who fear the LORD— small and great alike.

14 ೧೪ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಿ;

May the LORD give you increase, both you and your children.

15 ೧೫ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವಾಗಲಿ. ಆತನು ಭೂಪರಲೋಕಗಳನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.

16 ೧೬ ಪರಲೋಕವು ಯೆಹೋವನದು; ಭೂಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಮಾನವ ಸಂತಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth He has given to mankind.

17 ೧೭ ಸತ್ತವರು ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಮೌನಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

It is not the dead who praise the LORD, nor any who descend into silence.

18 ೧೮ ನಾವೋ ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆವು. ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ!

But it is we who will bless the LORD, both now and forevermore. Hallelujah!
