ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 101

1 ೧ ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ನೀತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹಾಡುವೆನು; ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು.

David’s. A Melody. Of lovingkindness and of justice, will I sing! Unto thee, O Yahweh, will I touch the strings!

2 ೨ ಸನ್ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ನಡೆಯುವೆನು; ನನಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ದರ್ಶನಕೊಡುವಿ? ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದಲೇ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.

I will behave myself wisely in a blameless way, When wilt thou come in unto me? I will walk to and fro in the blamelessness of my heart, —in the midst of my house:

3 ೩ ಯಾವ ನೀಚವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ದುರಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಅದರ ಗೊಡವೆಯೇ ನನಗೆ ಬೇಡ.

I will not set before mine eyes, a vile thing, —The doing of them who fall away, I hate, It shall not cleave unto me;

4 ೪ ಮೂರ್ಖತನವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಲಿ; ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಅರಿಯದಿರುವೆನು.

A perverse heart, shall depart from me, A maker of mischief, will I not acknowledge;

5 ೫ ಗುಪ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಡಿ ಹೇಳುವವನನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವೆನು; ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ಕಣ್ಣೂ, ಉಬ್ಬಿದ ಮನಸ್ಸೂ ಉಳ್ಳವನನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

He that uttereth slander in secret against his friend, him, will I root out; One of lofty eyes, and of an ambitious heart, him shall I not be able to endure.

6 ೬ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಅವರೇ ನನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಬೇಕು, ಸನ್ಮಾರ್ಗಿಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.

Mine eyes, shall be upon the faithful of the land, That they may dwell with me, —he that walketh in a blameless way, he, shall attend me.

7 ೭ ಮೋಸಗಾರನು ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲೇಬಾರದು; ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರನು ನನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಕೂಡದು.

There shall not dwell in the midst of my house, One who worketh deceit, —he that speaketh falsehoods, shall not be established before mine eyes;

8 ೮ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಡುಕರೇ ಉಳಿಯದಂತೆ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಮುಂಜಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬರುವೆನು.

Morning by morning, will I uproot, All the lawless ones of the land, That I may cut off, out of the city of Yahweh—All the workers of iniquity.
