ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 10
Wherefore, O Yahweh, shouldst thou stand afar off? [Wherefore] hide thyself, in times of destitution?
2 ೨ ದುಷ್ಟರು ಅಹಂಕಾರದಿಂದ ದೀನರನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂಸಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವೇ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ಬೀಳಲಿ.
In the pride of the lawless one, he hotly pursueth the poor, let them be caught in the plots which they have devised!
3 ೩ ದುಷ್ಟನು ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಗಳು ನೆರವೇರಿತೆಂದು ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಲಾಭಬಡುಕನು ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
For the lawless one hath boasted over the longing of his soul, and, the robber, hath blasphemed Yahweh.
4 ೪ ದುಷ್ಟನು ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ಮುಖದಿಂದ, “ಯೆಹೋವನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು, ದೇವರಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಸದಾ ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
The lawless one, in the loftiness of his countenance, will not enquire, God is not in any of his plots:
5 ೫ ಅವನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕೈಗೂಡುತ್ತವೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಮಹೋನ್ನತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅದು ಅವನ ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆಗೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ವೈರಿಗಳ ಗುಂಪನ್ನಾದರೋ ತಾತ್ಸಾರಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
His ways are firm at all times, On high, are thy righteous regulations, out of his sight, As for all his adversaries, he puffeth at them:
He hath said in his heart, I shall not be shaken, —From generation to generation, shall I be in no misfortune.
With cursing, his mouth is full, and with deceptions and oppression, Under his tongue, are trouble and mischief:
8 ೮ ಅವನು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಸಂದುಗೊಂದುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಮರೆಯಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನು ಗತಿಹೀನನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಯ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
He abideth in the lurking-place of villages, In the hiding-places, he murdereth the innocent, —His eyes, for the unfortunate, are on the watch:
9 ೯ ಗವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸಿಂಹದಂತೆ ಅವನು ಮರೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವನು. ಅವನು ಬಲೆಯೊಡ್ಡಿ ಕಾದಿದ್ದು, ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
He lieth in wait in a hiding-place, like a lion in his covert, He lieth in wait to catch the humbled, He catcheth the humbled, by drawing him into his net:
He croucheth, he lieth down, then falleth he with his strong claws upon the unfortunate.
11 ೧೧ ಆ ದುಷ್ಟನು ತನ್ನೊಳಗೆ, “ದೇವರು ಇವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ವಿಮುಖನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆತನು ನೋಡುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ” ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
He hath said in his heart, GOD hath forgotten, —He hath veiled his face, Oh he hath never seen!
Arise! Yahweh! O GOD! raise thy hand, —Do not forget the patient!
Wherefore hath the lawless one blasphemed God? He hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require [it]!
14 ೧೪ ನೀನು ಅವರ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಹಾಗು ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಿ; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುತ್ತೀ, ಗತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿನಗೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವನು; ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವನಿಗೆ ನೀನೇ ದಿಕ್ಕು.
Thou hast seen! For, thou, mischief and misery, dost discern, to requite with thine own hand, Unto thee, doth, the unfortunate one, give himself up, To the fatherless, thou thyself, hast become a helper.
Shatter thou the arm of the lawless one, And, as for the wrongful, wilt thou not enquire for his lawlessness—wilt thou not find [it]?
Yahweh, is king, to times age-abiding and beyond, The nations have perished out of his land.
17 ೧೭ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ದೀನರ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವವನೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದಿ; ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಧೈರ್ಯಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿ; ಅವರ ಮೊರೆಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುತ್ತಿ.
The longing of the patient, thou hast heard, O Yahweh, Thou wilt establish their heart, Thou wilt make attentive thine ear:
18 ೧೮ ನೀನು ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವರ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿ. ಹೀಗಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದಾದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿಕೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
To vindicate the fatherless and the crushed, A man of the earth, shall, no further, cause terror!
