ಅರಣ್ಯಕಾಂಡ 35
1 ೧ ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ನದಿಯ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆರಿಕೋ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹತ್ತಿರವಿರುವ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,
and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses in/on/with Plains (of Moab) (Plains of) Moab upon Jordan Jericho to/for to say
2 ೨ “ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ತಾವು ಹೊಂದುವ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನೂ ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ವಾಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸು.

3 ೩ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಲೇವಿಯರ ವಾಸ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗುವುದು. ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಗಳು ಅವರ ದನಕುರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಪಶುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವವು.
and to be [the] city to/for them to/for to dwell and pasture their to be to/for animal their and to/for property their and to/for all living thing their
4 ೪ ನೀವು ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಗೋಡೆಯಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳದಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು.

5 ೫ ನೀವು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ಉತ್ತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ಅಳೆಯಬೇಕು. ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿರಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಉಪನಗರಗಳು ಇರಬೇಕು.
and to measure from outside to/for city [obj] side east [to] thousand in/on/with cubit and [obj] side south thousand in/on/with cubit and [obj] side sea: west thousand in/on/with cubit and [obj] side north thousand in/on/with cubit and [the] city in/on/with midst this to be to/for them pasture [the] city
6 ೬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಹತ್ಯೆಮಾಡಿದವರು ಆಶ್ರಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಓಡಿ ಹೋಗುವುದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀವು ನೇಮಿಸುವ ಆರು ಆಶ್ರಯನಗರಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಬೇರೆ ನಲ್ವತ್ತೆರಡು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅಂತು ನಲ್ವತ್ತೆಂಟು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.

all [the] city which to give: give to/for Levi forty and eight city [obj] them and [obj] pasture their
8 ೮ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯಾ ಕುಲದ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ಜನರುಳ್ಳವರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿಯೂ, ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದ ಜನರಿಂದ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಊರುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿಸಬೇಕು.”

and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
to speak: speak to(wards) son: descendant/people Israel and to say to(wards) them for you(m. p.) to pass [obj] [the] Jordan land: country/planet [to] Canaan
11 ೧೧ ಆಶ್ರಯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದವನು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತನಾಗಿರಬಹುದು.

12 ೧೨ ಅವನು ಸಭೆಯವರಿಂದ ತೀರ್ಪು ಹೊಂದುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ ಹತವಾದವನ ಸಮೀಪಬಂಧುವಿನಿಂದ ಸಾಯದಂತೆ ಆ ಆಶ್ರಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಇರಬೇಕು.
and to be to/for you [the] city to/for refuge from to redeem: avenge and not to die [the] to murder till to stand: stand he to/for face: before [the] congregation to/for justice: judgement
and [the] city which to give: give six city refuge to be to/for you
14 ೧೪ ನೀವು ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ನದಿಯ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನಾನ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವು ಆಶ್ರಯದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕು.

15 ೧೫ ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನಾಗಲಿ, ಪರದೇಶದವನಾಗಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳಿದುಕೊಂಡವನಾಗಲಿ ಆ ಆರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ಆಶ್ರಯಹೊಂದಬಹುದು.

16 ೧೬ “‘ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಆಯುಧದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಕೊಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನರಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿದವನೆಂದು ನೀವು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಂಥವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.

17 ೧೭ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಕೊಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನರಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿದವನೇ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.

18 ೧೮ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮರದ ಆಯುಧವನ್ನು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಕೊಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನರಹತ್ಯೆಮಾಡಿದವನೇ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.

20 ೨೦ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿ ನೂಕುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಲಿ, ಸಮಯ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಎಸೆಯುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಲಿ,
and if in/on/with hating to thrust him or to throw upon him in/on/with ambush and to die
21 ೨೧ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ದ್ವೇಷದಿಂದ ಕೈಯಾರೆ ಹೊಡೆಯುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಕೊಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನರಹತ್ಯೆಮಾಡಿದವನೇ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಹತವಾದವನ ಸಮೀಪಬಂಧುವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡರೂ ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.

22 ೨೨ “‘ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಯಾವ ದ್ವೇಷವೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಆಕಸ್ಮಾತ್ತಾಗಿ ನೂಕುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಲಿ, ಹಾನಿಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಎಸೆಯುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಲಿ,
and if in/on/with suddenness in/on/with not enmity to thrust him or to throw upon him all article/utensil in/on/with not ambush
23 ೨೩ ಕೊಲ್ಲುವಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ಬೀಳಿಸುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಸತ್ತರೆ ಅವನು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ವೈರಿಯಾಗಿರದೆಯೂ ಹಾನಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆಯೂ ಇದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ,
or in/on/with all stone which to die in/on/with her in/on/with not to see: see and to fall: fall upon him and to die and he/she/it not enemy to/for him and not to seek distress: harm his
and to judge [the] congregation between [the] to smite and between to redeem: avenge [the] blood upon [the] justice: judgement [the] these
25 ೨೫ ಸಭೆಯು ಹತ್ಯಮಾಡಿದವನನ್ನು ಆ ಸಮೀಪ ಬಂಧುವಿನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಅವನು ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಆಶ್ರಯನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪಟ್ಟಾಭಿಷೇಕ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನು ಜೀವದಿಂದಿರುವ ತನಕ ಅವನು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲೇ ವಾಸಿಸಬೇಕು.
and to rescue [the] congregation [obj] [the] to murder from hand to redeem: avenge [the] blood and to return: rescue [obj] him [the] congregation to(wards) city refuge his which to flee there [to] and to dwell in/on/with her till death [the] priest [the] great: large which to anoint [obj] him in/on/with oil [the] holiness
and if to come out: come to come out: extends [the] to murder [obj] border: boundary city refuge his which to flee there [to]
and to find [obj] him to redeem: avenge [the] blood from outside to/for border: boundary city refuge his and to murder to redeem: avenge [the] blood [obj] [the] to murder nothing to/for him blood
28 ೨೮ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನು ಜೀವದಿಂದಿರುವ ತನಕ ಅವನು ಆಶ್ರಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗೆ ಇರಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನು ತೀರಿಹೋದ ನಂತರ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬಹುದು.

30 ೩೦ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದಾಗ ನೀವು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಬಾರದು.

31 ೩೧ “‘ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರನಾದ ಕೊಲೆಪಾತಕನನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಈಡನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯೇ ಆಗಬೇಕು.

32 ೩೨ ನೀವು ಆಶ್ರಯಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿಹೋದವನಿಂದ ಧನವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನು ಜೀವದಿಂದಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಗೊಡಿಸಬಾರದು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯೇ ಆಗಬೇಕು.

33 ೩೩ “‘ನೀವು ಹೀಗೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶವು ಅಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ರಕ್ತವು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಪವಿತ್ರ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನ ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೊಂದವನ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದಲೇ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೆ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವಿಲ್ಲ.

and not to defile [obj] [the] land: country/planet which you(m. p.) to dwell in/on/with her which I to dwell in/on/with midst her for I LORD to dwell in/on/with midst son: descendant/people Israel
