ಮಾರ್ಕನು 11
1 ೧ ಅವರು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿ ಬೆತ್ಫಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇಥಾನ್ಯದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಣ್ಣೆಮರಗಳ ಗುಡ್ಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು,
And, when they are drawing near unto Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, towards the Mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples, —
2 ೨ “ನಿಮ್ಮೆದುರಿಗಿರುವ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿರಿ; ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಕತ್ತೆಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಿರಿ; ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾರೂ ಸವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ತನ್ನಿರಿ.
and saith unto them—Go your way into the village that is over against you, and, straightway, as ye are entering it, ye shall find a colt tied, upon which, no, man, yet, hath sat: loose him, and bring him.
3 ೩ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು, ‘ಅದನ್ನೇಕೆ ಬಿಚ್ಚುತ್ತೀರಿ?’ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರೆ, ‘ಇದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ’ ಅನ್ನಿರಿ, ಅವರು ಬೇಗನೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವರು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
And, if anyone unto you should say—Why are ye doing this? say—The Lord, of him hath need; and, straightway, he sendeth him off again here.
4 ೪ ಆ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಹೋಗಿ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಕತ್ತೆಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿದರು.
And they departed, and found a colt, tied unto a door outside, on the street, —and they are loosing him.
And, certain of them that were there standing, were saying unto them—What are ye doing, loosing the colt?
and they said unto them as, Jesus, said, —and they let them go.
7 ೭ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಆ ಕತ್ತೆಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಂಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಲು ಆತನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡನು.
And they bring the colt unto Jesus, and throw upon him their mantles, —and he took his seat upon him.
8 ೮ ಆಗ ಅನೇಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಂಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸಿದರು. ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲವರು ತೋಟಗಳಿಂದ ಎಳೆಯ ರೆಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿದು, ತಂದು ಹಾಸಿದರು.
And, many, spread out, their mantles, along the way, and, others, young branches, —cutting them out of the fields.
And, they who were going before, and they who were following after, were crying aloud—Hosanna! Blessed, is he that is coming in the name of the Lord!
10 ೧೦ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃವಾದ ದಾವೀದನ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವುಂಟಾಗಲಿ; ಮೇಲಣ ಲೋಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸನ್ನ” ಎಂದು ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸಿದರು.
Blessed, is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!
11 ೧೧ ತರುವಾಯ ಯೇಸು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನು ಸೇರಿ ದೇವಾಲಯದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ನೋಡಿದನು, ಅಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಜೆಯಾದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ಶಿಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬೇಥಾನ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದನು.
And he entered into Jerusalem, into the temple, and, looking round on all things, late already being the hour, he went out into Bethany, with the twelve.
And, on the morrow, when they came forth from Bethany, he hungered;
13 ೧೩ ಎಲೆಗಳಿದ್ದ ಅಂಜೂರದ ಮರವನ್ನು ದೂರದಿಂದ ಕಂಡು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ತನಗೇನಾದರೂ ಹಣ್ಣು ಸಿಕ್ಕೀತೆಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದನು. ಅದರ ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀ ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತೇನೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅದು ಅಂಜೂರದ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಕಾಲವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
and, seeing a fig-tree from afar, having leaves, he came… if, therefore, he should find aught in it, and, coming up to it, nothing, found he, save, leaves; for it was not, the season, of figs.
14 ೧೪ ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಆ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ, “ಇನ್ನೆಂದಿಗೂ ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನದಿರಲಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. (aiōn g165)
And, answering, he said unto it—No more, unto times age-abiding, let anyone of thee, eat fruit. And his disciples were listening. (aiōn g165)
15 ೧೫ ಅವರು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಯೇಸು ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರನ್ನೂ, ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರನ್ನೂ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿಬಿಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತೊಡಗಿದನು; ನಾಣ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ವಿನಿಮಯಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿಹಾಕಿದನು; ಪಾರಿವಾಳಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರುವವರ ಮಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉರುಳಿಸಿದನು;
And they come into Jerusalem. And, entering into the temple, he began to be casting out them who were selling and them who were buying in the temple, and, the tables of the money-changers, and the seats of them who were selling doves, he overthrew, —
and was not suffering that anyone should carry a vessel through the temple;
17 ೧೭ ಮತ್ತು ಆತನು ಉಪದೇಶಮಾಡಿ, “‘ನನ್ನ ಆಲಯವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಲಯವೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು’ ಎಂದು ಬರೆದಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ? ಆದರೆ‘ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳ್ಳರ ಗವಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ’” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
and was teaching, and saying—Is it not written, My house, a house of prayer, shall be called, for all the nations? but, ye, have made it, A den of robbers.
18 ೧೮ ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಯಾಜಕರೂ, ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳೂ ಕೇಳಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಉಪಾಯದಿಂದ ಕೊಲ್ಲೋಣ ಎಂದು ಕಾದು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಆತನ ಉಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಅತ್ಯಾಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಹೆದರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
And the High-priests and the Scribes, heard, it, and began seeking how they might, destroy, him, —for they were fearing him; for, all the multitude, were being struck with astonishment at his teaching.
And, as soon as it became late, they were going forth outside the city.
And, passing by early, they saw the fig-tree, withered from its roots;
21 ೨೧ ಆಗ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನದ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆತನಿಗೆ, “ಗುರುವೇ, ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ಶಾಪ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಅಂಜೂರದ ಮರವು ಒಣಗಿಹೋಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ
and, put in mind, Peter saith unto him—Rabbi! see! the fig-tree which thou didst curse, is withered.
And, answering, Jesus saith unto them—Have faith in God.
23 ೨೩ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಈ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ, ‘ನೀನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳು!’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ತನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶಯಪಡದೆ ತಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ಆಗುವುದೆಂದು ನಂಬಿದರೆ ಅವನು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಆಗುವುದು.
Verily, I say unto you—Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be lifted up, and cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart but shall believe that, what he speaketh, cometh to pass, it shall be his.
24 ೨೪ ಆದಕಾರಣ ನೀವು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಮಾಡಿ ಏನೇನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರೋ ಅದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆಂದು ನಂಬಿರಿ; ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕುವುದೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
For this cause, I say unto you—All things, whatsoever ye are praying for and asking, believe that ye have received, and they shall be yours.
25 ೨೫ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀವು ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವಾಗ ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ವಿರೋಧವಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿರಿ; ಆಗ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯು ಸಹ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸುವನು” ಅಂದನು.
And, when ye stand praying, forgive, if aught ye have against any, —that, your Father also, who is in the heavens, may forgive you your offences.
27 ೨೭ ಅವರು ಪುನಃ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಯೇಸು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿರಲಾಗಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಯಾಜಕರೂ, ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳೂ, ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು,
And they come again into Jerusalem. And, as he is walking in the temple, the High-priests and the Scribes and the Elders come unto him,
28 ೨೮ “ನೀನು ಯಾವ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ? ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು ಯಾರು?” ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
and were saying unto him—By what authority, these things, art thou doing? And who to thee hath given this authority that, these things, thou shouldst be doing?
29 ೨೯ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ನಾನೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ನಾನೂ ಸಹ ಯಾವ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
But, Jesus, said unto them—I will question you, as to one matter, and answer me, —and I will tell you, by what authority, these things, I am doing:
30 ೩೦ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಯೋಹಾನನಿಗೆ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿತೋ ಅಥವಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದ ಬಂದಿತೋ?” ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
The immersion by John, Of heaven, was it, or, of men? Answer me!
And they were deliberating among themselves, saying—If we say, Of heaven, he will say, Wherefore [then] did ye not believe him?
32 ೩೨ ‘ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದ ಬಂದಿತು’” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ಏನಾಗುವುದೋ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಯೋಹಾನನು ನಿಜವಾದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯೆಂದು ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅನುಮಾನವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಜನರ ಭಯವಿತ್ತು.
But, should we say, Of men…, they were in fear of the multitude, for, one and all, were holding John, in very deed, that he was, a prophet.
33 ೩೩ ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ಅವರು, “ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ನಾನೂ ಕೂಡ ಯಾವ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಅಂದನು.
And, making answer unto Jesus, they say—We know not; and Jesus saith unto them—Neither do, I, tell you, by what authority, these things, I am doing.
