ಯಾಜಕಕಾಂಡ 16
And Yahweh spake unto Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron, —when they had offered strange fire before Yahweh and died.
2 ೨ “ನಿನ್ನ ಅಣ್ಣನಾದ ಆರೋನನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ತೆರೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ ಮಹಾಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಸ್ಥಾನದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಮೇಲಣ ಕೃಪಾಸನದ ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬಾರದೆಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು. ನಾನು ಕೃಪಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೇಘದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು.
And Yahweh said unto Moses—Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he do not come at all times into the holy place, within the veil, —into the presence of the propitiatory, which is upon the ark, so shall he not die, for, in the cloud, will I appear upon the propitiatory.
3 ೩ ಆರೋನನು ಮಹಾಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದೊಳಗೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಳುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರಬೇಕು. ಅವನು ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಟಗರನ್ನು ತರಬೇಕು.
Herewith, shall Aaron come into the holy place, —With a bullock the choice of the herd as a sin-bearer, and a ram as an ascending-sacrifice.
4 ೪ ಅವನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ನಾರಿನ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ನಾರಿನ ಒಳಉಡುಪನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು, ನಾರಿನ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಮತ್ತು ತಲೆಗೆ ನಾರಿನ ಪೇಟವನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅವು ದೀಕ್ಷಾವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳಾದುದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
A holy tunic of linen, shall he put on and drawers of linen, shall be upon his flesh, and with a band of linen, shall he gird himself, and with a turban of linen, shall his head be wrapped about, —holy garments, they are, therefore shall he bathe in water his flesh, and so put them on.
5 ೫ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಜನಸಮೂಹದಿಂದ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ಹೋತಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಟಗರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕು.
And, from the assembly of the sons of Israel, shall he receive two he-goats, for bearing sin, —and one ram, as an ascending-sacrifice.
Then shall Aaron bring near the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself, —and put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about his household.
Then shall he take the two goats, —and cause them to stand before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
8 ೮ ಆಗ ಅವನು ಆ ಹೋತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೆಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅಜಾಜೇಲನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೆಂದು ಚೀಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.
And Aaron shall cast lots over the two goats, —one lot for Yahweh, and one lot for Azazel.
Then shall Aaron bring near the goat over which came up the lot for Yahweh, —and shall make of him a sin-bearer;
10 ೧೦ ಯಾವ ಹೋತ ಅಜಾಜೇಲನದೆಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಜೀವವಾಗಿಯೇ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ದೋಷವನ್ನು ಹೊರಿಸಿ ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಜಾಜೇಲನಿಗಾಗಿ ಬಿಡಬೇಕು.
but, the goat over which came up the lot for Azazel, shall he cause to stand alive—before Yahweh to put a propitiatory-covering over him, —to send him away unto Azazel, towards the desert.
11 ೧೧ “ಆರೋನನು ತನಗಾಗಿ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞದ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿ ತನಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆತನದವರಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
So Aaron shall bring near the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself, and shall put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about his household, —and shall slay the sin-bearing bullock which is for himself;
12 ೧೨ ಅವನು ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಧೂಪಾರತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿಸಿ, ಪರಿಮಳಧೂಪದ್ರವ್ಯದ ಚೂರ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಹಿಡಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯೊಳಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
and shall take the censer-full of burning coals of fire from off the altar from before Yahweh, and his hands full of fragrant incense, beaten small, —and bring within the veil;
13 ೧೩ ಅವನು ಆ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕೆಂಡಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಣನಷ್ಟವಾಗದಂತೆ ಆ ಧೂಪದ ಹೊಗೆಯು ಮೇಘದೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಜ್ಞಾಶಾಸನಗಳ ಮೇಲಣ ಕೃಪಾಸನವನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
and shall put the incense upon the fire before Yahweh, —and the cloud of incense shall cover the propitiatory which is over the testimony, and he shall not die.
14 ೧೪ ಆಗ ಅವನು ಆ ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಕೃಪಾಸನದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಿ ಕೃಪಾಸನದ ಎದುರಾಗಿಯೂ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
Then shall he take of the blood of the bullock, and shall sprinkle with his finger upon the face of the propitiatory, eastwards, —and before the propitiatory, shall he sprinkle seven times, of the blood, with his finger.
15 ೧೫ “ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನು ಜನರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞದ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯೊಳಗೆ ತಂದು, ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಇದರ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದಲೂ ಮಾಡಿ, ಕೃಪಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಎದುರಾಗಿಯೂ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
Then shall he slay the sin-bearing goat which is for the people, and bring in its blood, within the veil, —and do with its blood, as he did to the blood of the bullock, and shall sprinkle it, upon the propitiatory and before the propitiatory:
16 ೧೬ ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ನಾನಾ ವಿಧವಾದ ಅಶುದ್ಧತ್ವ, ಅಪರಾಧ, ದ್ರೋಹ ಇವುಗಳಿಂದ ಮಹಾಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದ ದೋಷವನ್ನು ಆರೋನನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವನು. ಅಶುದ್ಧರಾದ ಅವರ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಅವನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡುವನು.
so shall he put a propitiatory-covering, over the holy place because of the uncleanness of the sons of Israel, and because of their transgressions to the extent of all their sins, —and, so, shall he do for the tent of meeting which abideth with them, in the midst of their uncleanness.
17 ೧೭ ಅವನು ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಹಾ ಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಯಾರೂ ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು. ಹಾಗೆ ತನಗಾಗಿಯೂ, ತನ್ನ ಮನೆತನದವರಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡುವನು.
And no human being, shall be in the tent of meeting, when he cometh in to make a covering by propitiation in the holy place, until he goeth out, —so shall he put a propitiatory-covering about himself and about his household and about all the convocation of Israel.
18 ೧೮ ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಆ ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಆ ಹೋತದ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಹಚ್ಚಬೇಕು.
Then shall he go out unto the altar which is before Yahweh and shall put a propitiatory-covering thereupon, —and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put upon the horns of the altar, round about;
19 ೧೯ ಅವನು ಆ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಂದ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಉಂಟಾದ ಅಶುದ್ಧತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
and shall sprinkle upon it, of the blood with his finger seven times, —and shall cleanse it and hallow it, from the uncleannesses of the sons of Israel.
20 ೨೦ “ಆರೋನನು ಮಹಾಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಾನ, ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರ, ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿ ಇವುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆ ಸಜೀವವಾದ ಹೋತವನ್ನು ತರಿಸಬೇಕು.
And, when he hath made an end of covering by propitiation the holy place, and the tent of meeting, and the altar, then shall he bring near the living goat.
21 ೨೧ ಅವನು ಅದರ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಎರಡು ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು, ದ್ರೋಹಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಪರಾಧಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಆ ಹೋತದ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕವಾದವನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡಬೇಕು.
And Aaron shall lean his two hands upon the head of the living goat, and confess over him, all the iniquities of the sons of Israel, and all their transgressions, to the extent of all their sins, —and shall put them upon the head of the goat, and then send him away, by the hand of a man appointed towards the desert:
22 ೨೨ ಆ ಹೋತ ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ನಿರ್ಜನವಾದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಅದನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡುಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕು.
so shall the goat bear upon him all their iniquities into a lone land, —and he shall set the goat free, in the desert.
23 ೨೩ “ತರುವಾಯ ಆರೋನನು ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದು ತಾನು ಮಹಾಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ನಾರುಮಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಇಡಬೇಕು.
Then shall Aaron come into the tent of meeting, and put off the linen garments which he put on when he came into the holy place, —and shall leave them there;
24 ೨೪ ಅವನು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಪ್ರಾಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನಮಾಡಿ, ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದು ತನಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಜನಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿ, ತನಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
and shall bathe his flesh in water in a holy place, and put on his [other] garments, —and go forth, and offer his own ascending-sacrifice, and the ascending-sacrifice of the people, so shall he put a propitiatory-covering about himself, and about the people;
and, with the fat of the sin-bearer, shall he make a perfume at the altar.
And he that sent away the goat unto Azazel, shall wash—his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, —and, after that, shall he come into the camp.
27 ೨೭ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞಪಶುಗಳಾದ ಹೋರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋತಗಳ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಹಾಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಶರೀರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಆಚೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ, ಚರ್ಮ, ಮಾಂಸ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಮಷಗಳೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
And the, sin-bearing bullock, and the sin-bearing goat whose blood was brought in to make a propitiatory-covering in the holy place, shall be carried forth outside the camp, —and they shall burn up, in fire, their skins and their flesh, and their dung;
and he that hath burned them, shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, —and, after that, shall he come into the camp.
29 ೨೯ “ಸ್ವದೇಶಸ್ಥರಾದ ನೀವೂ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯದೇಶದವರು, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಏಳನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕಲ ವಿಧವಾದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಉಪವಾಸಮಾಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕುಂದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಇದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ನಿಯಮ.
And it shall become unto you, a statute age-abiding, —In the seventh month on the tenth of the month, Shall ye humble you souls And, no work, shall ye do, The home-born, Or the sojourner that sojourneth in your midst;
30 ೩೦ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗುವುದು, ಯೆಹೋವನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೋಷಗಳು ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುವವು.
For on this day, shall a propitiatory-covering, be put over you, to cleanse you, —From all your sins before Yahweh, shall ye be clean.
31 ೩೧ ಈ ದಿನ ನೀವು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸಬ್ಬತ್ ದಿನವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು; ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಉಪವಾಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಇದೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತನಿಯಮ.
A sabbath of sacred rest, it is unto you, Therefore shall ye humble your souls, A statute age-abiding.
32 ೩೨ “ಆರೋನನ ವಂಶದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಿಗೆ ಪಿತೃಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನ ಸೇವಾವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಾಭಿಷೇಕವಾಗುವುದೋ ಅವನೇ ಈ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವನೇ ಆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ನಾರುಮಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
Therefore shall the priest who shall be anointed, and installed, to minister as priest in the stead of his father make propitiation, —So then he shall put on the linen garments the holy garments;
33 ೩೩ ಅವನು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ, ದೇವದರ್ಶನದ ಗುಡಾರ, ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿ, ಯಾಜಕರು, ಜನಸಮೂಹದವರು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
And make propitiation for the holy sanctuary, And for the tent of meeting, and for the altar, shall he make propitiation, —Over the priests also and over all the people of the convocation, shall he put a covering by propitiation.
34 ೩೪ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಣೆಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದಾವರ್ತಿ ದೋಷಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬುದೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತನಿಯಮ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಆರೋನನು ಮಾಡಿದನು.
So shall this become unto you an age-abiding statute, —to put a propitiatory-covering over the sons of Israel because of all their sins, Once in the year. And he did, As Yahweh commanded Moses.
