ಯೋಹಾನನು 14
Let not your heart be troubled: Believe on God, and, on me, believe.
2 ೨ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿವೆ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು. ನಾನು ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನಲ್ಲಾ!
In the house of my Father, are, many dwellings; or else I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you.
3 ೩ ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಪುನಃ ಬಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನುನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ನಾನಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಇರಬೇಕು.
And, if I go, and prepare a place for you, again, am I coming, and will take you home unto—myself, that, where, I, am, ye also, may be.
And, whither, I, go, ye know, the way.
5 ೫ ತೋಮನು ಆತನಿಗೆ, “ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೀ ಎಂಬುದೇ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದು, ಮತ್ತೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಹೇಗೆ ತಿಳಿದೀತು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು,
Thomas saith unto him—Lord! we know not whither thou goest: How know we, the way?
6 ೬ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ನಾನೇ ಮಾರ್ಗವೂ, ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಮತ್ತುಜೀವವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮೂಲಕವಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾರೂ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಲಾರರು.
Jesus saith unto him—I, am the way, and the truth, and the life: No one, cometh unto the Father, but through me.
7 ೭ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ. ಈಗಿನಿಂದ ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
If ye had been getting to know me, my Father also, had ye known: from henceforth, are ye getting to know him, and have seen him.
Philip saith unto him—Lord! show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 ೯ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನೇ, ನಾನು ಇಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಇನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ! ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವನು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಮತ್ತು ನಮಗೆ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸು ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರು ಹೇಗೆ?
Jesus saith unto him—So long a time as this, have I been, with you, —and thou hast not come to know me, Philip? He that hath seen me, hath seen the Father. How art, thou, saying, Show us the Father?
10 ೧೦ ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೀನು ನಂಬುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನೇ ಆಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
Believest thou not, that, I, am in the Father, and, the Father, is, in me? The things which I am saying unto you, from myself, I speak not; but, the Father, within me abiding, doeth his works.
11 ೧೧ ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ. ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತದಿಂದಾದರೂ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ.
Believe me, That, I, am in the Father, and, the Father, in me; —or else, on account of the works themselves, believe ye.
12 ೧೨ “ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿಜನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವವನು ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಾನು ಸಹ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವನು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Verily, verily, I say unto you—He that believeth on me, the works which, I, am doing, he also, shall do; and, greater than these, shall he do, because, I, unto the Father, am going, —
13 ೧೩ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೇನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರೋ ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವೆನು. ಹೀಗೆ ಮಗನ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಮಹಿಮೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದು.
And because, whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, the same, will I do, that, the Father, may be glorified, in the Son:
If anything ye shall ask [me] in my name, the same, will I do.
If ye be loving me, my commandments, ye will keep;
16 ೧೬ ಆಗ ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು, ಆತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬ ಸಹಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡುವನು. (aiōn g165)
And, I, will request the Father, and, Another Advocate, will he give unto you, that he may be with you age-abidingly, (aiōn g165)
17 ೧೭ ಆ ಸಹಾಯಕನು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆಸತ್ಯದ ಆತ್ಮನೇ. ಲೋಕವು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡದೆಯೂ, ತಿಳಿಯದೆಯೂ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಆತನನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾರದು. ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲಿರಿ, ಹೇಗೆಂದರೆ ಆತನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಇರುವನು.
The Spirit of truth, —which, the world, cannot receive, because it beholdeth it not, nor getteth to know it. But, ye, are getting to know it; because, with you, it abideth, and, in you, it is.
I will not leave you bereft, —I am coming unto you.
19 ೧೯ ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಲೋಕವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಿರಿ. ನಾನು ಜೀವಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಜೀವಿಸುವಿರಿ.
Yet a little, and, the world, no longer beholdeth me; but, ye, behold me, —Because, I, live, ye also, shall live.
20 ೨೦ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ನೀವು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
In that day, shall ye get to know, That, I, am in my Father, and, ye, in me, and, I, in you.
21 ೨೧ ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯುವವನೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿರುವನು. ನಾನೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಪಡಿಸಿ ತೋರಿಸುವೆನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
He that hath my commandments and keepeth them, he, it is that loveth me; and, he that loveth me, shall be loved by my Father, and, I, will love him, and will manifest, myself, unto him.
22 ೨೨ ಯೂದನು, (ಇವನು ಇಸ್ಕರಿಯೋತನಲ್ಲ) “ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವೇನು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
Judas, not the Iscariot, saith unto him—Lord! what hath happened, that, unto us, thou art about to manifest thyself, and, not unto the world?
23 ೨೩ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವುದಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತಿನಂತೆ ನಡೆಯುವನು. ಅವನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವನು ಮತ್ತು ನಾವಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೆಲೆಸುವೆವು.
Jesus answered, and said unto him—If any man be loving me, my word, he will keep, and, my Father, will love him, —and, unto him, will we come, and, an abode with him, will we make.
24 ೨೪ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸದವನು, ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ಮಾತು ನನ್ನದಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ತಂದೆಯದೇ ಆಗಿದೆ.
He that loveth me not, doth not keep, my word; —and, the word which ye hear, is not mine, but, the Father’s who sent me.
These things, have I spoken unto you, With you abiding;
26 ೨೬ ಆದರೆ ಆ ಸಹಾಯಕನು, ಅಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆಯು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತಂದುಕೊಡುವನು.
But, the Advocate, The Holy Spirit, which the Father will send in my name, He, will teach you all things, and will put you in mind, of all things which, I, told you.
27 ೨೭ “ನಾನು ನನ್ನಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವಂಥ ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಲೋಕವು ಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳದಿರಲಿ, ಹೆದರದಿರಲಿ.
Peace, I leave with you, My own peace, give, I, unto you, —Not as, the world, giveth, give, I, unto you: —Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
28 ೨೮ ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ಪುನಃ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ತಂದೆಯು ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ದೊಡ್ಡವನು.
Ye heard that, I, said unto you—I go my way, and I come unto you, —Had ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced, that I am going unto the Father, for, the Father, is, greater than I.
But, now, have I told you, before it cometh to pass, that, whensoever it shall come to pass, ye may believe.
30 ೩೦ ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆಇಹಲೋಕಾಧಿಪತಿಯು ಬರಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
No longer, many things, will I speak with you; for, the world’s ruler, is coming, and, in me, hath, nothing, —
31 ೩೧ ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಂದೆ ನನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ನಾನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಏಳಿರಿ, ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೋಗೋಣ” ಎಂದನು.
But, that the world may get to know that I love the Father, and just as the Father hath given me commandment, so, I do. Be rousing yourselves! let us be leading on from hence.
