ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲವೃತ್ತಾಂತ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಗ 6

2 ೨ ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಒಂದು ಆಲಯವನ್ನು, ನೀನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡತಕ್ಕ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿರಲೆಂದು ನಾನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂದನು.
and I to build house: home elevation to/for you and foundation to/for to dwell you forever: enduring
and to turn: turn [the] king [obj] face his and to bless [obj] all assembly Israel and all assembly Israel to stand: stand
4 ೪ ಅವನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವಾಗಲಿ; ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಈಗ ತನ್ನಿಂದ ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
and to say to bless LORD God Israel which to speak: promise in/on/with lip his with David father my and in/on/with hand: power his to fill to/for to say
5 ೫ ಆತನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ‘ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬರಮಾಡಿದ ದಿನ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಕುಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನೂ, ನನ್ನ ಆಲಯ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಪ್ರಭುವಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

6 ೬ ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರನ್ನು ಆಳುವುದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ದಾವೀದನನ್ನೂ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

8 ೮ ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ, ‘ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೇ ಸರಿ.
and to say LORD to(wards) David father my because which to be with heart your to/for to build house: home to/for name my be pleasing for to be with heart your
9 ೯ ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಬಾರದು; ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟುವ ಮಗನೇ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುವನು’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

10 ೧೦ ಯೆಹೋವನು ತಾನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆತನು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸನಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

11 ೧೧ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ದೊರಕಿದ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ನಿಬಂಧನಾಶಾಸನಗಳಿರುವ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

12 ೧೨ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಎದುರು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಭಂಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತನು.
and to stand: stand to/for face: before altar LORD before all assembly Israel and to spread palm his
13 ೧೩ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಐದು ಮೊಳ ಉದ್ದವೂ, ಐದು ಮೊಳ ಅಗಲವೂ, ಮೂರು ಮೊಳ ಎತ್ತರವೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಒಂದು ತಾಮ್ರದ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಅಂಗಳದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿದನು, ಆತನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೊಣಕಾಲೂರಿ ನಿಂತನು. ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ,

14 ೧೪ ಹೀಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದನು, “ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಭೂಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಸಮಾನನಾದ ದೇವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಪೂರ್ಣಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕರಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂಥ ಸೇವಕರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ದಯೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನೂ ತೋರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ದೇವರು ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

15 ೧೫ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನೂ, ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಆದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ್ದೀ; ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ನುಡಿದದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈ ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದೆ.
which to keep: obey to/for servant/slave your David father my [obj] which to speak: promise to/for him and to speak: speak in/on/with lip your and in/on/with hand: power your to fill like/as day: today [the] this
16 ೧೬ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನೂ, ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಆದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ, ‘ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ನಿನ್ನಂತೆ ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾದರೆ ಅವರು ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿರುವೆಯಲ್ಲಾ, ಅದನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸು.’

18 ೧೮ ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಮನಷ್ಯರೊಡನೆ ಭೂಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವನೋ? ಸ್ವರ್ಗವೂ, ಸ್ವರ್ಗಾಧಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಲವು, ಹೀಗಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಈ ಆಲಯವು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಕಾದೀತು?
for truly to dwell God with [the] man upon [the] land: country/planet behold heaven and heaven [the] heaven not to sustain you also for [the] house: home [the] this which to build
19 ೧೯ ಆದರೂ ನನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಈ ಸೇವಕನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗೂ, ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಗೂ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡು; ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಈ ಸೇವಕನ ಮೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಲಾಲಿಸು.
and to turn to(wards) prayer servant/slave your and to(wards) supplication his LORD God my to/for to hear: hear to(wards) [the] cry and to(wards) [the] prayer which servant/slave your to pray to/for face: before your
20 ೨೦ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು, ‘ನನ್ನ ನಾಮಪ್ರಭಾವವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವುದು’” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪಾ ಕಟಾಕ್ಷವು ಹಗಲಿರುಳು ಈ ಮಂದಿರದ ಮೇಲಿರಲಿ; ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವಾಗಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು.

21 ೨೧ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಲಾಲಿಸು. ಅವರು ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನ ನಿವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ಕ್ಷಮೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸು.

22 ೨೨ ನೆರೆಯವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿ, ಶಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತಾನು ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯೆಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ, ಅವನು ಈ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ,
if to sin man: anyone to/for neighbor his and to lift: raise in/on/with him oath to/for oath his and to come (in): come to swear to/for face: before altar your in/on/with house: home [the] this
23 ೨೩ ಆಗ ನೀನು ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸು; ದುಷ್ಟನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ದುಷ್ಟತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಬರಮಾಡಿ ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸು; ನೀತಿವಂತನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ನೀತಿಯ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಅವನು ನೀತಿವಂತನೆಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಡು.
and you(m. s.) to hear: hear from [the] heaven and to make: do and to judge [obj] servant/slave your to/for to return: pay to/for wicked to/for to give: give way: conduct his in/on/with head his and to/for to justify righteous to/for to give: give to/for him like/as righteousness his
24 ೨೪ “ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುವಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೋತು ಹೋದಾಗ ಅವರು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ,
and if to strike people your Israel to/for face: before enemy for to sin to/for you and to return: repent and to give thanks [obj] name your and to pray and be gracious to/for face: before your in/on/with house: home [the] this
25 ೨೫ ನೀನು ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಲಾಲಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ, ಅವರಿಗೂ ಅವರ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರಿಗೂ ನೀನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಸ್ವದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರಮಾಡು.
and you(m. s.) to hear: hear from [the] heaven and to forgive to/for sin people your Israel and to return: return them to(wards) [the] land: soil which to give: give to/for them and to/for father their
26 ೨೬ “ಅವರ ಪಾಪಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ, ನೀನು ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಮಳೆಗರೆಯದಂತೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿದವನು ನೀನೇ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿ ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವುದಾದರೆ,
in/on/with to restrain [the] heaven and not to be rain for to sin to/for you and to pray to(wards) [the] place [the] this and to give thanks [obj] name your from sin their to return: repent [emph?] for to afflict them
27 ೨೭ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ನೀನು ಲಾಲಿಸಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರು ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳೂ ಆದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ, ಅವರು ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವತ್ತಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸು.

28 ೨೮ “ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರಗಾಲ, ಘೋರವ್ಯಾಧಿ, ಬಿಸಿಗಾಳಿ, ಮಿಡತೆ, ಚಿಟ್ಟೇಹುಳು, ಹಸಿರುಹುಳು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕುವುದು, ಇಂಥ ಯಾವ ಉಪದ್ರವದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ, ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಬಾಧೆಯುಂಟಾದರೆ,
famine for to be in/on/with land: country/planet pestilence for to be blight and mildew locust and locust for to be for to confine to/for him enemy his in/on/with land: country/planet gate his all plague and all sickness
29 ೨೯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಾಗಲಿ, ಅವರಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬನಾಗಲಿ, ತಾವು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉಪದ್ರವ ದುಃಖಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕೈಯೆತ್ತಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನೂ, ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ,
all prayer all supplication which to be to/for all [the] man and to/for all people your Israel which to know man: anyone plague his and pain his and to spread palm his to(wards) [the] house: home [the] this
30 ೩೦ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲಂಥ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ನಿವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಅಲಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪಾಪ ಕ್ಷಮೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸು. ನೀನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲವನಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೂ ಅವನವನ ನಡತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡು.
and you(m. s.) to hear: hear from [the] heaven foundation to dwell you and to forgive and to give: give to/for man like/as all way: conduct his which to know [obj] heart his for you(m. s.) to/for alone you to know [obj] heart son: child [the] man
31 ೩೧ ಆಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಕಾಲವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವರು.

32 ೩೨ “ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನಲ್ಲದೆ ಸೇರದಂಥ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅನ್ಯನೂ, ಪರದೇಶಿಯು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ನಾಮ, ಭುಜಬಲ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಾಹಸ್ತ ಇವುಗಳ ವರ್ತಮಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ದೂರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಂದು, ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತು, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನಿವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ,

33 ೩೩ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಅವನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸು. ಆಗ ಲೋಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು, ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಆಲಯವು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟಿದ್ದೆಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

34 ೩೪ “ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಶತ್ರುಗಳೊಡನೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗಾದರೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ನೀನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಕಡೆಗೂ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿರುವ ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರೆ,

36 ೩೬ “ಅವರು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನೀನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿದು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ, ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ, ಇರುವ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಯ್ದಾಗ,

37 ೩೭ ತಾವು ಸೆರೆಯವರಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟು, ನಿನ್ನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರಿಗೆ ದೊರಕಿದ ದೇಶದ ಕಡೆಗೂ, ನೀನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಕಡೆಗೂ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿರುವ ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು, ‘ನಿನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ ದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳಾದೆವು’ ಎಂದು ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿ,

38 ೩೮ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ, ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ತಿರುಗಿ, ನೀನು ಅವರ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಕಡೆಗೂ, ನೀನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿರುವ ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಕಡೆಗೂ ಅವರು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ,

39 ೩೯ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ನಿವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು, ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ಷಮೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸು.

41 ೪೧ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಾಪವಾದ ಮಂಜೂಷದ ಸಂಗಡ, ನಿನ್ನ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನದೊಳಗೆ ಬರೋಣವಾಗಲಿ. ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಯಾಜಕರು ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯೆಂಬ ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತರು ನಿನ್ನ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯತನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಲಿ.

42 ೪೨ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾದವನನ್ನು ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಡಬೇಡ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪುಮಾಡಿಕೋ.” ಎಂದು ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು.
