ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲವೃತ್ತಾಂತ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಗ 27

1 ೧ ಯೋತಾಮನು ಪಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅವನು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ವರ್ಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹದಿನಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆಳಿದನು. ಚಾದೋಕನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಯೆರೂಷ ಎಂಬಾಕೆಯು ಇವನ ತಾಯಿ.

[was] a son of Twenty and five year[s] Jotham when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jerusha [the] daughter of Zadok.

2 ೨ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಉಜ್ಜೀಯನಂತೆ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಚಿತ್ತಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನಂತೆ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾದರೋ ದುರಾಚಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದರು.

And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Uzziah father his only not he went into [the] temple of Yahweh and yet the people [were] behaving corruptly.

3 ೩ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲಣ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಇಡಿಸಿ, ಓಫೇಲ್ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದವನು ಇವನೇ.

He he built [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh upper and on [the] wall of Ophel he built to abundance.

4 ೪ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇವನು ಯೆಹೂದ ಪರ್ವತ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಕಾಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಗೋಪುರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು.

And cities he built in [the] hill country of Judah and in the wooded areas he built fortresses and towers.

5 ೫ ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿಯರ ಅರಸರೊಡನೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದನು. ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿಯರು ಆ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವನಿಗೆ ನೂರು ತಲಾಂತು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ, ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋರ್ (ಸಾವಿರ ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಟನ್) ಗೋದಿ, ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋರ್ ಜವೆಗೋದಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿಯರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರನೆಯ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

And he he waged war with [the] king of [the] people of Ammon and he prevailed over them and they gave to him [the] people of Ammon in the year that one hundred talent[s] of silver and ten thousand cors wheat and barley ten thousand this they brought to him [the] people of (Ammon. *LBH(a)*) And in the year second and third.

6 ೬ ಯೋತಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಚಿತ್ತಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಲವುಳ್ಳವನಾದನು.

And he strengthened himself Jotham for he had directed ways his before Yahweh God his.

7 ೭ ಯೋತಾಮನ ಉಳಿದ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯೂ, ಅವನು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಯುದ್ಧಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ರಾಜ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jotham and all wars his and ways his there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] kings of Israel and Judah.

8 ೮ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹದಿನಾರು ವರ್ಷ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸಿದನು.

A son of twenty and five year[s] he was when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem.

9 ೯ ಯೋತಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಲು ಅವನ ಶವವನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಧಿಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅವನ ನಂತರ ಅವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಆಹಾಜನು ಅರಸನಾದನು.

And he lay down Jotham with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David and he became king Ahaz son his in place of him.
