1 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno hu'ne.
And the word of the Lord of hosts came, saying,
2 Nagra Saionigura tusiza hu'na navesi nentoe. Tamagerfa hu'na navesinente'na, ha' vahe'agura tusi narimpa ahenezmantoe.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, I am jealous for Zion with a great jealousy, and with great fury am I jealous for her.
3 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Nagra ete Saioni vu'na Jerusalemi kuma amu'nompi umani'nugeno, Jerusalemi kumakura hugahuema hu'nea zama avariri fatgo nehuno tamage avu'ava'ma nehia rankumare nehu'za, Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamofo agonagura, ruotge hu'nea agone hu'za hugahaze.
Thus hath said the Lord, I return unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called, The city of truth; and the mount of the Lord of hosts, The holy mount.
4 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, ete mago'ene ozafa nafamo'zane tavavane'mo'za Jerusalemi kumapina eri tru hu'za azompazamia zamazampina eri'za mani'neza nanekea hugahaze.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, Again shall there sit old men and old women in the streets of Jerusalem, and every one with his staff in his hand because of their multitude of years.
5 Hagi ana rankumapina ne'mofa'mo'za avite'neza zokagore'za vano hugahaze.
And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in her streets.
6 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Anumzamofo naga'ma osi'ama mani'namotarera tusi amuho huramantegahie. Hianagi nagritera amuhoa hunantegahifi? huno Marerisa hihamu'ane Ra Anumzamo'a hie.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, If it should be marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in those days, should it also be marvelous in my eyes? saith the Lord of hosts.
7 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, vahe'ni'a zage hanati kaziga kokampinti'ene zage fre kaziga kokampintira zamagu vazigahue.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will save my people from the east country and from the country of the setting of the sun;
8 Ana vahera nagra zamavare'na esuge'za, Jerusalemi kumapi emanigahaze. Zamagra Nagri vahe manisage'na, Nagra zamagri Anumza mani'ne'na, ruzahe osu navu'nava zanteti'ene fatgo navu'nava zanteti'ene hu'na kegava huzmantegahue.
And I will bring them [back], that they may dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be unto me for a people, and I will be unto them for a God, in truth and in righteousness.
9 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Hihamu'ane Ra Anumzamofo mono noma eri agafama hu'za kiza zupama, kasnampa vahe'mo'zama hu'naza kema antahi'nesaza vahe'mota menina hankavetita mono nona kiho.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words out of the mouth of the prophets, who [spoke] on the day that the foundation of the house of the Lord of hosts was laid, when the temple was to be built.
10 Kote'ma mono noma ki eri'zama agafama osu'nerera, eri'zana omanegeno, eri'zama enerisage'noma atesizmante zagoa omane'negeno, afu'mo'zama eri'zama enerisagenoma tesizmantesia zagoa omanene. Hagi vahe'mo'a afete kana vano osu'ne. Na'ankure Nagra zamazeri otuge'za ha' vahe'mo'za maka kaziga oti'za hara nehazage'za, agra agra ohe ahema hu'zamo'a avite'ne.
For before those days there was no reward for man, nor any reward for beast; and for him that went out or came in there was no peace, because of the oppressor: and I let loose all men, every one against his neighbor.
11 Hianagi menina osi'ama maniza vahera Nagra kote'ma hu'noa kna navu'navara hu'na narimpa ahe ozmantegahue huno Hihamu'ane Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.
But now I am no more as in the former days unto the residue of this people, saith the Lord of hosts.
12 Na'ankure avimzama krisageno'a knare huno nehage'na, krepimo'za knare hu'za raga rentegahaze. Ana nehanigeno monafintira ata kora hozafina runtenkeno, mopamo'a fru hugahie.
For the seed shall be undisturbed; the vine shall give its fruit, and the ground shall give her production, and the heavens shall give their dew: and I will bestow on the remnant of this people all these things.
13 Ama mopafima manigagi'naza vahe'mo'za korapara Judane Israeli vahe'motagura sifana kea huranante'za huhaviza hu'nazanagi, ete tanavre'na asomu huranantegahuanki, koro osuta oti hankanaveti'o.
And it shall come to pass, that, in the same degree as ye have been a curse among the nations, O house of Judah, and house of Israel, so will I save you and ye shall be a blessing: fear not; let your hands be strong.
14 Na'ankure Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Ko'ma tamagehe'zama nazeri narimpama ahazage'na narimpa ahezmante'na zamagrira zamazeri haviza hunaku hu'noe. Hanki Nagra antahi'zani'a zahera osugahue.
For thus hath said the Lord of hosts, As I had purposed to do you evil, when your fathers incensed me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I bethought myself not:
15 Hianagi menina Jerusalemi kumate vahe'ene Juda kumate vahe'enena knare navu'nava huramante'na, tamazeri so'e hu'za huanki, korora osuta tamarimpa fru huta maniho.
So do I again purpose in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah; fear ye not.
16 Hianagi tamagra amanahu hugahaze, tamagra kema hanazana tamarimpa fru huta tamage kege'za nehuta, keaga trate'ma keagama hanazana, tamage huta fatgo kazigati refko hugahaze.
These are the things that ye shall do, Speak ye the truth every man to his neighbor; [with] truth and the judgment of peace judge ye in your gates;
17 Magomofoma azeri havizama hu nanekea retrora osuta, havigema huno huvempama huzankura tamavesi tamavesia osiho. Ama ana maka zantaminkura tusiza huno nagonete huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.
And let none of you think evil in your hearts against his neighbor; and love not a false oath, for all these are what I hate, saith the Lord.
18 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a nagrite eno amanage huno kea eme nasmi'ne.
And the word of the Lord of hosts came unto me, saying,
19 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a amanage hie, 4 ikante'ma, 5fu ikante'ma, 7ni ikante'ma 10ni ikante'ma ne'zama a'oma huta nunamuma nehazazana menina eme vagare. Hagi ana knaramimo'za Juda vahe'motarera ne'zama kreno neneno musemahu knarami fore hugahie. E'ina hu'negu tamage nanekegu'ene arimpa fruma huno mani'zanku tamavesinteho.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, The fast of the fourth, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth [month], shall become to the house of Judah gladness and joy, and merry festivals: only love ye the truth and peace.
20 Hihamu'ane Ra Anumzamo'a amanage hie, Vahe'mo'za ne-enageno ranra kumatmimpima nemaniza vahe'mo'zanena egahaze.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, [A time] shall yet be! when there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities;
21 Mago rankumapima nemanisaza vahe'mo'za eza, mago rankumapima nemani'naza vahera eme zamantahige'za amanage hugahaze, enketa vuta Ra Anumzamofo avesizankura ome antahinegeta, Hihamu'ane Ra Anumzamo'ma tazama hanigura ome hakamaneno hu'za hugahaze.
And the inhabitants of one [city] shall go to another, saying, Let us only go to pray before the Lord, and to seek the Lord of hosts: I too will likewise go.
22 Anage nehu'za rama'a vahetamine kokankokama hihamu'ane vahe'ma nemaniza vahe'mo'zanena e'za Ra Anumzamofo avesi zankura eme antahinege'za, Hihamu'ane Ra Anumzamofonkura hakegahaze.
And many people and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the Lord.
23 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, e'i ana knafina 10ni'a ru kumateti ru zamageru neranaza vahe'mo'za, mago Jiu nemofo kukena'are azerine'za amanage hugahaze, Tatregeta kagra'ene vamneno. Na'ankure Anumzamo'a tamagrane mani'ne hu'za hazageta antahi'none hu'za hugahaze.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, In those days [it shall happen], that ten men out of all the languages of the nations shall take hold—yea, they shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, Let us go with you; for we have heard that God is with you.
