< Roma 10 >
1 Hagi nafuhetane, nasaraheta, nagri'ma nagu'afima navenesigena Jiu vaheku'ma Anumzamofontega nunamuma nehuana, zamahokeno zamaza hanigu nentahue.
My friends, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for my people is for their salvation.
2 Na'ankure nagra anage hu'na Israeli vahekura huama nehue, Anumzamofona antahimi'za avesi avu'avara hanavetiza nevaririzanagi, Anumzamofo antahi'zana antahi amara hu'za novaririze.
I can testify that they are zealous for the honor of God; but they are not guided by true insight,
3 Na'ankure Anumzamofo fatgo avu'avazankura nohakrazanki, zamagra'a zmavuzmavateti fatgo zmavuzmavara erifore hugahune nehu'za, Anumzamofo fatgo avu'avazamofo agorga'a nomanize.
for, in their ignorance of the divine righteousness, and in their eagerness to set up a righteousness of their own, they refused to accept with submission the divine righteousness.
4 Na'ankure miko kasegemofona Kraisi'a emeri knare huvagarene. E'i ana agafare iza'zo Agrite'ma zamentintima hanamo'za Anumzamofo avurera fatgo vahe manigahaze.
For Christ has brought Law to an end, so that righteousness may be obtained by everyone who believes in him.
5 Fatgo avu'avazanku'ma Mosese kasegemo'ma hu'nea kante krente'neana, Ina ne'mo kasegemo'ma hu'nea kante fatgo avu'avazama hanimo'a, ana fatgo avu'avazanteti asimu erigahie hu'ne. (Lev-Pri 18:5)
For Moses writes that, as for the righteousness which results from Law, those who practice it will find life through it.
6 Hu'neanagi amentintiretima Anumzamofo avure'ma fatgo huno mani'zankura anage hu'ne, Iza monafinka vuno Kraisina tazahinogura avrefenkamia tamigahie hunka kagu'afina ontahio.
But the righteousness which results from faith finds expression in these words: ‘Do not say to yourself “Who will go up into heaven?”’ (which means to bring Christ down)
7 Hifi iza fri vahe kerifina uramino, Kraisina fripintira avreno marerigahie? (Abyssos )
‘or “Who will go down into the depths below?”’ (which means to bring Christ up from the dead). (Abyssos )
8 Hu'neanagi na'ane huno hu'ne? Kemo'a tavaonka'are me'ne, e'i ana kea kagipine tumo ka'afine me'ne. (Diu-Kas 30:12-14) E'i ana kea amentinti kemofonku tagra huama nehune.
No, but what does it say? ‘The message is near you, on your lips and in your heart’ (which means ‘The message of faith’ which we proclaim).
9 Hagi tamagra'ma tamagipinti huama huta Jisasi'a Ramo'e nehutma, Anumzamo fripinti Jisasina azeri oti'ne huta tamagu'areti tamentinti hanageno'a, tmaguvazigahie.
For, if with your lips you acknowledge the truth of the message that JESUS IS LORD, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 Na'ankure tamagu'areti tamentinti hazageno, Anumzamo'a fatgo vahere nehigeta, tamaginuti huama nehazageno, tamahokera nehe.
For with their hearts people believe and so attain to righteousness, while with their lips they make their profession of faith and so find salvation.
11 Anazankura Avontafemo'a anage hu'ne, Iza'o Agrite'ma amentinti hanimofona agaze huontegahie hu'ne. (Ais 28:16)
As the passage of scripture says – ‘No one who believes in him will have any cause for shame.’
12 Na'ankure mago'zamo'a Jiu vahe'ene megi'a vahe'mokizmi amu'nonpina ruzahura osu'ne. Magoke Ramo ana mikamokizmi Rana mani'neno, Agritegama kezamatiza vahera rama'a asomu hunezmante.
For no distinction is made between the Jew and the Greek, for all have the same Lord, and he is bountiful to all who invoke him.
13 Na'ankure Iza'zo Ramofo agima ahesaza vahera zamaguvazigahie. (Jol 2:32)
For everyone who invokes the name of the Lord will be saved.
But how, it may be asked, are they to invoke one in whom they have not learned to believe? And how are they to believe in one whose words they have not heard? And how are they to hear his words unless someone proclaims him?
15 Hagi kema erino ome huama hu vahe'ma humaozmante'snage'za inankna hu'za mono kea huamara hugahaze? Knare Musenkema eri'zama aza vahe'mokizmi zamagamo'a hentofaza hu'ne huno Avontafepi krente'ne. (Ais 52:7)
And how is anyone to proclaim him unless they are sent as his messengers? As scripture says – ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’
16 Hu'neanagi ana maka vahe'mo'za Knare Musenke e'ori'naze. E'inanku kasnampa ne'mo' Aisaia huno, Ramoka iza ama anankema huama'ma nehunkeno'a amentintia hugahie hu'ne? (Ais 53:1)
Still, it may be said, everyone did not give heed to the good news. No, for Isaiah asks – ‘Lord, who has believed our teaching?’
17 E'ina hu'negu vahe'mo'za ke naneke nentahizageno, zamentintia erionetie. E'i anankea Kraisina Knare Musenke me'ne.
And so we gather, faith is a result of teaching, and the teaching comes in the message of Christ.
18 Hu'neanagi nagra amanage hu'na nehue. Tamage Israeli vahe'mo'za ana nanekea antahinafi? Izo zamagra antahi'naze. Anumzamofo avontafepi hu'neana, Zamagenkemo'a ama mopamofona maka kaziga vuno eno hu'ne. Zamagri kemo'a maka kokankoka vuno eno hu'ne. (Sam-Zga 19:4)
But I ask ‘Is it possible that people have never heard?’ No, indeed, for – ‘Their voices spread through all the earth, and their message to the ends of the world.’
19 Mago'ane nagra tamantahinegoe, Israeli vahe'mo'za antahinira osu'nazafi? Kotazana Mosese'a amanage huno hu'ne, Nagra megi'a vahekuke hanugenka kaniveregahane. Antahizazmi omne'nea vahekuke hanena, krimpa hegahie hu'ne. (Diu-Kas 32:21)
But again I ask ‘Did not the people of Israel understand?’ First there is Moses, who says – ‘I, the Lord, will stir you to rivalry with a nation which is no nation; against an undiscerning nation I will arouse your anger.’
20 Hagi Aisaia'a hakavetino anage hu'ne, Nagrikura nohakraza vahe'mo'za, nagefore hu'naze. Nantahi nogaza vahete Nagra'a eama huge'za nenagaze. (Ais 65:1)
And Isaiah says boldly – ‘I was found by those who were not seeking me; I made myself known to those who were not inquiring of me.’
21 Hu'neanagi Israeli vahekura amanage huno Anumzamo'a hu'ne, Nagra hakare zupa zamavarenakura nazana rutaneroanagi, ke'ni'a zamefi hunenamiza namagera nontaze hu'ne. (Ais 65:2)
But of the people of Israel he says – ‘All day long I have stretched out my hands to a people who disobey and contradict.’
