For the end, for Idithun, a Psalm of Asaph. I cried to the Lord with my voice, yes, my voice [was addressed] to God; and he gave heed to me.
2 Hazenkefima unefre'na, Ra Anumzamofonku hake'noe. Kinagareti'ma agafama huno vuno ko'ma ome tu'neana monafinka nazana rusutete'na nunamuna hu'noanagi, narimpamo'a kna hu'ne.
In the day of mine affliction I earnestly sought the Lord; [even] with my hands by night before him, and I was not deceived; my soul refused to be comforted.
3 Anumzamokagu'ma nagesama nentahi'na, natagura karagi neru'na, kagriku'ma nentahi'na nunamuma nehugeno, zaferinani'a omne amne hu'ne.
I remembered God, and rejoiced; I poured out my complaint, and my soul fainted. (Pause)
4 Kagra navua eri hari hanke'na maka kinaga navura omase mani'nena, tusi antahintahi hakare nehu'na kea osu'noe.
All mine enemies set a watch [against me]: I was troubled, and spoke not.

And I meditated; I communed with my heart by night, and diligently searched my spirit, [saying],
7 Anumzamo'a ha natreno amefi hu'namifi? Ete mago'anena avesinanteno nazeri so'ea huonantegahifi?
Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be well pleased no more?
8 Vagaore avesizamo'a ha fanene hu vagarefi? Huvempama hu'nea kemo'a hago vagarefi?
Will he cut off his mercy for ever, even for ever and ever?
9 Anumzamo'a asunku'ma hurante zankura agekanifi? Hifi tusi'a arimpa aheneranteno asunku zama'a azenerifi?
Will God forget to pity? or will he shut up his compassions in his wrath? (Pause)
10 Anante anage hu'na antahi'noe, Marerirfa Anumzamo hara renante hu'na hu'noe.
And I said, Now I have begun; this is the change of the right hand of the Most High.

You are the God that do wonders; you have made known your power amongst the nations.
15 Kagra hankavenentake kazanuti vaheka'a Jekopu mofavreramine, Josefe mofavreraminena zamagu'vazi'nane.
You have with your arm redeemed your people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Pause)
16 Anumzamoka timo'ma negageno'a, koro nehigeno, hagerimo'ma negageno'a koro huno ahirahiku hu'ne.
The waters saw you, O God, the waters saw you, and feared; and the depths were troubled.
17 Hampompintira ko'mo'a herafi neramigeno, monagemo'a kragugu nehigeno, kopsinamo'a rutrage huno kevema ahene trazankna huno enevie.

The voice of your thunder was abroad, and around your lightnings appeared to the world; the earth trembled a quaked.
19 Kama vanoma nehana kamo'a hageri amu'nompi vu'ne. Kagra tusi'a hankave timpi nevankeno, vahe'mo'za kagiaka nonkaze.
Your way is in the sea, and your paths in many waters, and your footsteps can’t be known.
20 Sipisipi afutami avreno viankna hunka, vaheka'a ana kampina zamavarenka vananke'za, Aroni'ene Mosesekea sipisipi afu kva vahekna huke zamavareke vu'na'e.
You did guide your people as sheep by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
