1 Anumzamoka nahigenka kamefira huraminka mani vava hunka nevane? Nahigenka trazampi zmantanke'zama vanoma nehaza sipisipi afutaminkura, Kagra krimpa ahenezmantane?
A psalm (maskil) of Asaph. God, why have you rejected us? Is it forever? Why does your anger burn so hot against the sheep of your own field?
2 Korapama Nagri vahe manigahaze hunkama huhampri'nana vahe mani'nonanki, kagera okaninka kagesa antahiramio. Tagu'ma nevazinka mareri fenozani'agna huta manigahaze hu'nana vahe tagra mani'none. Kagra Saioni agonarema nemanina agonagura (Jerusalemi) kagesa antahio.
Remember the people you made your own long ago, the tribe you redeemed and made your own. Remember too Mount Zion, the place where you live.
3 Eri havizama hazageno havizama huteno zazate'ma me'noma nea rankumapi, nevunka ko. Ha' vahetimo'za Kagri mono nona eri haviza hu'naze.
Come and walk through the complete devastation. The enemy has totally destroyed your Temple.
The enemy shouted in triumph right where you met with us. There they set up their war banners as signs of their victory.
They acted like men chopping down a forest with axes.
6 Hagi mono no zafare'ma antreno'ma keonke'zamofo amema'ama trohunteno avasasema hunte'nea zana, sasume tunuti'ene hamanteti antagi hantagutagi atre'ne.
With axes and hammers they smashed in the carved wooden panels.
7 Ana ha' vahe'mo'za zamagra teve tagintazageno mono nonka'a teno ko mopafi tepasaru huramigeno, Kagri kagima me'nea nona eri ankrare kre'naze.
Then they set fire to your Temple, burning it to the ground. They defiled the place where you live, the place that bears your name.
They said to themselves, “Let's destroy it all!” So they burned down every place where God was worshiped throughout the land.
9 Anumzamoka tamagrane mani'noe hunka mago avamezana eri fore hanketa onkone. Hagi ana maka kasnampa vahe'mo'za omanizageno, ama knazamo'ma vagamaresia zama tasami'naza vahera omani'naze.
We no longer see any signs. There are no prophets left. And no one among us knows how long this will last.
10 Anumzamoka nama'agna atresankeno ha' vahetimo'za huhavizana hugantegahaze? Hagi zamatre'sanke'za maka zupa kagia eri haviza huvava hanazo?
How long will the enemy ridicule you, God? Will they insult your character forever?
11 Nahigenka hankavenentake tamaga kazana rusutenka taza nosane? Hanavenentake kazana renamaginka omaninka rusutenka zamahe frio.
Why do you hold back from doing something? Take action and destroy them!
12 Hianagi Anumzamoka korapama evu'nea knafine meninena nagri kini ne' mani'nenka, ama mopafina tagura vazi'nane.
But you, God, are our king from long ago. You have saved us many times in the land.
13 Kagra hankaveka'areti hagerina eri atanankeno tare kaziga otikenka, hagerimpima nemania afizagamofo aseniramina rupraro vazi'nane.
You were the one who split apart the sea by your strength; you broke the heads of the sea monsters.
You were the one who crushed the heads of Leviathan, and you gave its body to the desert animals to eat.
15 Kagrake'za kampu'i tine, neone tinena erinkazo hankeno, timo'a krohupeno enevigenka, ontaneno evuvavama nehia tirantamina eri neranane.
You were the one who made springs and rivers flow with water. You made permanent rivers dry up.
16 Masane, haninena anantarega kagri suza me'na'e. Kagrake'za zagene ikanena, tro hunte'nane.
You created the day, and also the night; you made the moon and the sun.
17 Kagrake'za mopamofona isagana antetere nehunka, amuho knane zasi'ma hu kna trohu ante'nane.
You set the boundaries of the earth; you made summer and winter.
18 Ra Anumzamoka ha' vahe'mo'zama huhavizama hunegantazana kagesa nentahinka, neginagi vahe'mo'zama kagi'ama huhaviza nehaza zana ko.
So keep in mind how the enemy ridiculed you, Lord, and how irreverent people insulted your reputation.
19 Hagi atregeno maho namaka'a afi zagamo'za zamahe'za oneho. Vahe'mo'zama knama nezamiza vaheka'a kagerakani zamante vava osuo.
Don't let wild animals kill your turtledoves! Don't abandon your people forever!
20 Huhagerafi huvempa kema hu'nana zana kagera okanio. Na'ankure ama mopafima hanintirima hu'nefina, vahe'ma ohefri ahefrima hu'zamo'a avite.
Remember your promises in the agreement, because the land is full of dark places and violence.
Don't let those who suffer be mistreated again. Let the poor and needy praise you for you who are.
22 Anumzamoka otinka tagri kaziga antenka tahoko. Neginagi vahe'mo'za maka knafina, hago zazate huhaviza hugante'za nevaze.
Stand up, God, and plead your case. Don't forget how these foolish people insulted you all the time.
23 Ha' vahekamo'zama nehazankea antahi amnea osuo. Hagi ranke hu'zama huhaviza hunegantaza zamo'a anagamu mareri vava nehie.
Don't ignore what your enemies have said, for their loud accusations against you are getting worse and worse!
