1 Ra Anumzana marerisa ne' mani'neankita Anumzantimofo rankumapina, Agri ruotge agonarera zagamera huta agi'a ahentesga hugahune.
Yahweh is great, and he deserves to be greatly praised in the city where he [lives], [which is built on Zion], his sacred hill.

Many kings gathered [with their armies] to attack [that city],

Because they were very afraid, they trembled like a woman who is about to give birth to a child;

they shook [like] ships sailing from Tarshish are shaken by a strong wind.
8 Ke'age nehazageta ana rankumamofo konarari'agura antahi'nonanagi, Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamofo rankumara menina tagra tavufinti kone. E'i ana kumara tagri Anumzamofo rankumakino Agra'a kegava huvava hugahie.
We had heard [that this city is glorious], and now we have seen that it is. It is the city in which Yahweh, the almighty one, [lives]. It is the city which God will preserve/protect forever.
9 Anumzamoka mono nonka'afina mani'neta, vagaore kavesizantetima kavesinerantana zankura tagesa antahinegamune.
God, [here] in your temple we think about how you faithfully love us.
10 Anumzamoka kagi'amo'ma hu'neaza hu'za zagame'ma hu'za kagima erisgama hanaza zamo'a mopa atumparega vuno eno hugahie. Hanavenentake tamaga kazampina fatgo avu'avazamo avite'ne.
You [MTY] are famous and (are praised/people praise you) all over the earth, because you rule powerfully [MTY] and justly.
11 Saioni agonafi nemaniza veamo'za muse nehanage'za, Juda mopafima me'nea kumatamimpima nemaniza vahe'mo'za muse hiho. Na'ankure Kagra fatgo kavukvama hunka vahe'ma refkoma nehana kavukava zanku anara hugahaze.
The people who live near Zion Hill should be happy! The people in [all] the cities [MTY] in Judah should rejoice because you judge people fairly.
12 Saioni rankumara kaginka negenka, mani'neza kuma'ma kegavama nehaza za'za nontamima kinte'nazana hamprinka ko.
[You Israeli people should] walk around Zion [Hill] and count the towers there;
13 Kuma vihuma kino mareri'nea zana negenka, fraki hankave vihu keginama hu'nea kumara ketenka, henkama efore hu'za esnaza vahera nanekea zamasmio.
notice the walls there and examine the forts in order that you can tell about them to your children.
14 Na'ankure Anumzamo'a e'inahu hu'ne. Agra manivava Anumzanti mani'neankino, Agra kegava hurante'nenigeta manime vuta ufrigahune.
[Say to them], “This is [the city that belongs to] our God, [the one who lives] forever; he will guide us all of our lives.”
