1 Maka kna nagra Ra Anumzamofona husga hunente'na, Agri agi'a hentesga huvava hugahue.

I will always thank Yahweh; I will constantly praise him [MTY].

2 Nagra Ra Anumzamofonku musena nehu'na navufga rana hugahuanki'za, vahe'mo'zama zamazeri havizama nehaza vahe'mo'za nentahi'za muse hugahaze.

I will boast about what Yahweh [has done]. All those who are oppressed/discouraged should hear me and rejoice.

3 Enketa Ra Anumzamofo avu'avazama'a huama nehuta, agi'a husga huntamneno.

Join with me in telling others that Yahweh is great! You and I should together proclaim how glorious he is!

4 Ra Anumzamofontega nunamuna hugeno, nunamuni'a antahinamino koro'ma nehua zana eri amne hu'ne.

I prayed to Yahweh, and he (answered my prayer/did what I asked him to do); he rescued me from [all those who caused me] to be afraid.

5 Ra Anumzamofontegama zamavuma antete'za nemaniza vahe'mokizmi zamavugosafintira rumasa nehanige'za, muse nehanageno zamavugosafina zamagaze zamo'a refi'otegahie.

Those who trust [IDM] that he [will help them] will be joyful; (they will never be disappointed/he will always do for them the things that he promises) [LIT].

6 Amunte omne ne'ma amama mani'nea ne'mo'a nunamu higeno, Ra Anumzamo'a antahimino ana maka knazama'afintira agu'vazi'ne.

I was miserable/helpless, but I called out to Yahweh, and he heard me. He rescued me from all my troubles.

7 Ra Anumzamofo ankeroma'amo'a Agri'ma koro'ma hunte'za agoraga'ama nemaniza vahera manigagino kegava hunezmanteno hazenke zampintira zamagu'nevazie.

An angel from Yahweh guards those who revere him, and the angel rescues them.

8 Agra knare avu'ava nehia ne' mani'neanki Ra Anumzamofona rehenka ko, Agripinkama frakino manisia vahe'mo'a muse hugahie.

Find out for yourself, and you will experience that Yahweh is good to you! He is very pleased with those who ask him to protect them.

9 Anumzamofo amage'ma nentaza vahe'mota Ra Anumzamofona koro hunteta agoraga'a maniho. Na'ankure Agri'ma koro'ma hunte'za agoraga'ama nemaniza vahe'mo'za mago zankura atupara nosaze.

All you who belong to him, revere him! Those who do that will always have the things that they need [LIT].

10 Hankavenentake laionimo'a mago'a kna agakura hugahie. Hianagi Ra Anumzamofonte'ma amentintima himo'a, knare zantaminkura upara nosie.

Lions [are usually] very strong, [but sometimes] even young lions are hungry and become weak, but those who trust in Yahweh will (have everything/not lack any good thing) [LIT] [that they need].

11 Mofavrenimota nagrite eta eme antahiho. Ra Anumzamofoma koroma hunteno agoraga'ama mani'zana rempi huramigahue.

You (who are my students/whom I teach), come and listen to me, and I will teach you how to revere Yahweh.

12 Izaga ofrinka zaza kna ama mopafina knare hunka manizankura kave'nesie?

If [RHQ] any of you wants to enjoy life and have a good long life,

13 E'ina hunaku'ma hanunka, kefo nanekene havi nanekema hu'zankura, kagira kegava huo.

do not say anything that is evil! Do not tell lies!

14 Kefo kavukava'ma nehanazana atrenka knare kavukva huo. Arimpa fruma huno mani zankuke nehakenka, ana kavukavake huo.

Turn away from doing evil, and do what is good! Always try hard to enable people to live peacefully [with each other.]

15 Ra Anumzamo'a fatgo zamavu'zamavama nehaza vahete avua anteno kegava hunezmante. Agritegama krafagema hanageno'ma zamaza hanigu agesa anteteno nemanie.

Yahweh [MTY] carefully watches over those who [act] righteously; he always responds [MTY] to them when they call [to him for help].

16 Hianagi Ra Anumzamo'a kefo zamavu'zmava'ma nehaza vahera amefi hunezmino, ama mopafintira zamahe fanane hanige'za vahe'mo'za zamagesa ru'enena antahi ozamigahaze.

But Yahweh [SYN] (is opposed to/turns away from) those who do what is evil. [And after they die], people will forget them completely.

17 Fatgo zamavu'zmava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'zama Ra Anumzamofontegama krafagema nehazageno'a, Agra antahi nezmino maka hazenkefintira zamagu'nevazie.

Yahweh hears righteous people when they call out to him; he rescues them from all their troubles.

18 Ranknazampima mani'naza vahera Ra Anumzamo'a tva'ozmire nemanino, vahe'mo'zama knazama zami'za zamagu'ama zamazeri havizama nehaza vahera, zamagu'nevazie.

Yahweh is always ready to help those who are discouraged; he rescues those who have nothing good to hope for.

19 Fatgo zamavu'zmava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za rama'a hazenkefi ufretere hugahazanagi, Ra Anumzamo'a ana hazenkefintira zamaza huno zmagu'vazitere hugahie.

Righteous people may have many troubles, but Yahweh rescues them from all those troubles.

20 Na'ankure Ra Anumzamo'a fatgo avu'ava'ma nehia vahe'mofo zaferina kegava huntegahiankino mago zaferina'amo'a hara ontagigahie.

Yahweh protects them from being harmed; [when their enemies attack them], they will not break any bones of those righteous people.

21 Kefo avu'ava'ma nehia vahera agrama nehania kefo avu'ava zamo'a ahenefrisigeno, fatgo avu'ava zanku'ma avresrama nehania vahera, ana avu'ava'zantera nona huno knazana amigahie.

Wicked people will be killed by their own evil deeds (OR, by [people doing to them] the same evil things [that the wicked do to others]) [PRS], and Yahweh will punish those who oppose righteous people.

22 Hianagi Ra Anumzamo'a eri'za vahe'a agu'vazigahie. Hanki Ra Anumzamofompima frakisia vahe'mo'a hazenkefina uofregahie.

Yahweh will save those who serve him. He will (not condemn/forgive) [LIT] those who trust in him.
