1 Na'a agafare ama mopafima me'nea kumatamimpi vahe'mo'za hara hunakura oku'a nanekea retro nehazage'za, vahe'mo'za nena'a fore osia nanekea oku'a retro hu'za vano nehaze?
(Why do the [leaders of] nations rage [against God]?/It is foolish for the nations to be angry [with God]) [RHQ]. (Why do people plan to rebel [against God] even though it is in vain?/It is useless for people to plan to rebel [against God]) [RHQ]!
2 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'ma masavema freno huhamprinte'nea kini ne'mofone, Anumzamofonena hara huznantenakura ama mopafi kini vahetamimo'za retrotra nehazageno, kva vahe'mo'zanena ome eritrua nehaze.
The kings of the nations prepare to revolt; the rulers plot together [to fight] against Yahweh and against his chosen king.
3 Ana hute'za anage nehaze, tagri'ma nofi'ma rerantena'a zana rukampru nehuta, kegavama huneranta'a zana zanatreta fru huta manisune hu'za nehaze.
They shout, “We should free ourselves from their control [MET]; we should not let them rule over us any longer!”
4 Monafima kini tra'are'ma mani'nea kini ne'mo'a zamagiza neregeno, Ra Anumzamo'a kiza zokago ke hunezmante.
But Yahweh, the one who sits [on his throne] in heaven, laughs [at them]; he ridicules those rulers.
5 Ana nehuno arimpahe zampinti kea hunezmino, rimpa akahe ke huno zamazeri koro nehuno amanage hugahie,
Then, because he is angry with them, he rebukes them. He causes them to be terrified when [they realize] that he will furiously punish them.
6 Nagra'ni'a Saioni ruotge agonanire kini ne'ni'a azeri oti'noe.
[Yahweh says], “I have installed my king on Zion, my sacred hill [in Jerusalem].”
7 Ra Anumzamo'ma trakema anaki namiankea zmasamigahue, Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno nasmie, Kagra nenamofoga maninke'na, menina nagra kavre'na negafa'za hue. (Hibru 1:5-5)
[And his king says], “I will proclaim what Yahweh has decreed. He said to me, ‘[It is as though] you are my son; today I have declared to everyone that [it is as though] [MET] I am your father.
8 Nantahigege'na ama mopafi kumatmina kami'nena erisanti haresankeno, maka mopamo'a kagri'za segahie.
Ask me to give you the nations, so that they belong to you [to rule over them permanently], and I will give them to you. [Even] the most remote nations will be yours.
9 Kazampina aini azompaka'a erinenka vahera kegava hunezmantenka, mopa kavo rufuzafupeankna hunka, ana vahetmina ana azompareti rufuzafupegahane. (Rev-Hufo hu'nea naneke 2:27)
You will defeat them completely [MET]; you will [destroy them like people] smash a clay pot with an iron rod [SIM].’”
10 E'ina hu'negu menina kini vahetmimota knare antahi'za e'nerinkeno, ama mopafi kva vahe'mota tamavumro kea antahiho.
So then, you kings and other rulers on the earth, act wisely! [Heed what Yahweh is] warning you!
11 Ra Anumzamofona koro hunteta agoraga'a mani'neta eri'zana erinenteta, tamahirahi nere'na koro hunteta agoraga'a mani'neta musena hiho.
Serve Yahweh, fervently revering him; Rejoice [about what he has done for you], but tremble before him!
12 Aru arimpa ahesigeno'a tamahe fanane hanigi, nemofona agihene, agona hene hiho. Na'ankure teve anefakna huno arimpama he'zamo'a, ame huno ruhagna hugahie. Agripima frakisu'za vahe'mo'za muse hugahaze.
Bow down humbly before his son! If you do not do that, Yahweh will be angry, and he will suddenly get rid of you. Do not forget that he can very quickly show that he is very angry! But he is very pleased with all those who request him to protect them [MET].
