1 Agra'aku'ma nemanisia vahe'mo'a, agraguke agesa nentahie. Knare antahizama eri'nea vaheku'enena ana ne'mo'a avesiozmantegahie.
For [an object of] desire he who is separated doth seek, With all wisdom he intermeddleth.
2 Neginagi vahe'mo'a ama' antahintahima erizankura, musena osugosie. Hianagi agra'a antahi'zanke hu'netreno manigahie.
A fool delighteth not in understanding, But — in uncovering his heart.
3 Kefo avu'ava'ene vahe'mo'a, mago'a vahekura antahi amane'za neseno, zamagi'a eri haviza nehuno, zamagaze erinezamie.
With the coming of the wicked come also hath contempt, And with shame — reproach.
4 Knare antahi'zane vahe'mofo agipinti ke'mo'a, tiru kna hu'ne. Hianagi mika knare antahizamo'a, timo kerifinti aviteno herafiramino neviankna nehie.
Deep waters [are] the words of a man's mouth, The fountain of wisdom [is] a flowing brook.
5 Hazenkema huteno keagahu trate'ma otisigenka, hazenkema hu'nesia vahera aza osutfa huo. Hagi fatgo vahe'ma keagafima oti'nenigenka havigema huntenka azeri atre'zankura kva huo.
Acceptance of the face of the wicked [is] not good, To turn aside the righteous in judgment.
6 Neginagi vahe'mofo kemo'a, hafra hu'za eri fore nehigeno, ana ke'zmimo'a kanonkevegu meme nehie.
The lips of a fool enter into strife, And his mouth for stripes calleth.
7 Neginagi vahe'mofo agi'mo'a, havi ke'agage nehanigeno, krifu agra'a avufare anaginente'ankna nehiakino, agrira azeri haviza hugahie.
The mouth of a fool [is] ruin to him, And his lips [are] the snare of his soul.
8 Vahe agenkema hu'zamo'a, haga ne'zankna hu'neankino, ame huno vahe agu'afina ufregahie.
The words of a tale-bearer [are] as self-inflicted wounds, And they have gone down [to] the inner parts of the heart.
9 Zaferina omane feru vahe'mo'a, maka'zama eri havizama nehia vahe'mofo nefu manine.
He also that is remiss in his work, A brother he [is] to a destroyer.
10 Ra Anumzamofo agimo'a hanavenentake vihugna hu'neankino, fatgo vahe'mo'za agritega zamagare'za nevazageno, zamagu nevazie.
A tower of strength [is] the name of Jehovah, Into it the righteous runneth, and is set on high.
11 Feno vahe'mofo fenomo'a ra kuma zmimofo vihugna hu'neakino, kegava hurantenkenta knare huta manigahune hu'za nentahize.
The wealth of the rich [is] the city of his strength, And as a wall set on high in his own imagination.
12 Avufga ra hu'zamo'a, henka hazenkefi kavrentena manigahane. Hianagi knare hunka anteraminka mani'zamo'a, kazerisga huno knare kagi kamigahie.
Before destruction the heart of man is high, And before honour [is] humility.
13 Iza'o kema antahi anke ore'neno ke'nonama hanimo'a, agra neginagi avu'ava nehuno agaze zana agra'a erigahie.
Whoso is answering a matter before he heareth, Folly it is to him and shame.
14 Krima eri'nesimo'ma ana zankuma antahintahi hakarema osaniana, ana krifina amane manino vugahie. Hianagi vahe'mofo antahintahimoma havizama haniana, iza knarera huno manigahie?
The spirit of a man sustaineth his sickness, And a smitten spirit who doth bear?
15 Maka'zama antahi ankere vahe'mo'a, knare antahintahima erinakura muse nehie. Knare vahe'mo'a agesazofo huteno nemanie.
The heart of the intelligent getteth knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
16 Musezama eri'neno esimofona, kafana anagisigeno keagama hukuma hania rankva nera negesigeno, keaga humigahie.
The gift of a man maketh room for him, And before the great it leadeth him.
17 Keagafima otinesia ne'ma ese'ma keagama refkoma huno kesiana tamage hugahazanagi, anantema antahigesia ne'mo, hazenke'a keno erifore hugahie.
Righteous [is] the first in his own cause, His neighbour cometh and hath searched him.
18 Taisi zokagoma re'zamo ha' frama hu'zana eri fru nehuno, hanave netremoke'ma ha'ma hu'zana zanazeri netane.
The lot causeth contentions to cease, And between the mighty it separateth.
19 Kagrama negafu'ma arimpama azeri havizama hu'nenana ne'ma avare'zamo'a, rankumamofo hanavenentake vihu hunteankna huno negafu'ma avare'zamo'a amuho hu'ne. Ha' frama hu'zamo'a, rone ka'a hanavenentake kafa erigino rentroko huno, refko hiankna hugahie.
A brother transgressed against is as a strong city, And contentions as the bar of a palace.
20 Knare kema kagipintima atiramisuno'a, knare ne'zama nankeno kamuma hiankna huno kaza hugahie. Fatgo kema hanana kemo'a, kazeri knare hugahie.
From the fruit of a man's mouth is his belly satisfied, [From the] increase of his lips he is satisfied.
21 Kekamo'a vahera zamazeri so'e nehuno, zamazeri havizana hugahie. Hagi kema huzantema avesima nentesimo'a, ana ke'amoma rentesia raga'a agra'a erigahie.
Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue, And those loving it eat its fruit.
22 Iza'o a'ma hakreno erinesimo'a, knare'za hakreno eri'neankino, Ra Anumzamo'a avesinente.
[Whoso] hath found a wife hath found good, And bringeth out good-will from Jehovah.
23 Amunte omane vahe'mo'a, asumaraginteno azama hanigu meme nehianagi, feno vahe'mo'a, hanave kefinti kenona nehie.
[With] supplications doth the poor speak, And the rich answereth fierce things.
24 Rama'a ronekamo'a kazeri haviza hugahianagi, tamage ronekamo'a negafuma nehiaza huno tava'onkare manigahie.
A man with friends [is] to show himself friendly, And there is a lover adhering more than a brother!
