1 Ama' antahi'zane mofavremo'a nefa'ma avumro'ma antesiankea antahigahianagi, veganokano kema hu mofavremo'a, vahe'mo'ma avumro'ma antesiankea ontahigahie.
A wise son [heareth] his father's instruction; but a scorner heareth not rebuke.
2 Knare kema vahe'mokizmima huzmi vahe'mo'za, knare zana e'neriza muse hugahaze. Hianagi hazenke vahe'mo'za vahe'ma zamazeri haviza nehu'za zamatama zamizanku zamave'nesie.
A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth; but the soul of the treacherous, violence.
3 Iza'o agi'ma kegavama huno kema himo'a, agra'a maniza kegava nehie. Hianagi rama'a keagama hania vahe'mo'a, agra'a azeri haviza hugahie.
He that guardeth his mouth keepeth his soul; destruction shall be to him that openeth wide his lips.
4 Feru vahe'mokizmi zamagu'amo'a, rama'a zama eri'zanku zamave'nesianagi, anazana e'norize. Hianagi amuho hu'za eri'zama erisaza vahe'mo'za zamavesinia zana eri knare hugahaze.
A sluggard's soul desireth and hath nothing; but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
5 Fatgo vahe'mo'za havigema huzankura zamavesra nehaze. Hianagi kefo zamavu'zamava nehaza vahe'mo'za rumokizmirera zamagaze huno zamagote zamavu'zmava nehaze.
A righteous [man] hateth lying; but the wicked maketh himself odious and cometh to shame.
6 Fatgoma huno manizamo'a kva hugantena, knare hunka hazenkea omanesigenka manigahane. Hianagi kefo avu'avamo'a, kumi vahera azeri haviza hugahie.
Righteousness preserveth him that is perfect in the way; but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.
7 Mago'a zamunte omane vahe'mo'za, feno vahe kna nehaze. Hagi mago'a feno vahe'mo'za, zamunte omane vahekna nehazanagi, feno vahe mani'naze.
There is that feigneth himself rich, and hath nothing; there is that maketh himself poor, and hath great wealth.
8 Feno vahe'mo'za nomaniza'zmima eri havizama huzankura, miza hu'za manigahaze. Hianagi zamunte'ma omane vahe'mofona, mago vahe'mo'a azeri korera osugahie.
The ransom of a man's life is his riches; but the indigent heareth not rebuke.
9 Fatgo vahe'mokizmi lamu tavimo'a, ru masa nehige'za, muse nehaze. Hianagi kefo zamavu'zamava'ma nehaza vahe'mokizmi lamu tavimo'a, asu nehie.
The light of the righteous rejoiceth; but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.
10 Avufga ra nehuno vahe'mofo agorga omani avu'avazamo'a, ha' fra hu'za avreno ne-e. Hianagi avumro kema antahino amagema ante vahe'pina, knare antahi'zamo'a megahie.
By pride there only cometh contention; but with the well-advised is wisdom.
11 Revatga hunka havige kanteti'ma erisana zagomo'a, ame huno fanane hugahie. Hianagi eri'zama erino, osia eri atruma hute hutema himo'a, rama'a eri atru hugahie.
Wealth [gotten] by vanity diminisheth; but he that gathereth by manual-labour shall increase [it].
12 Vahe'mo'za fore hugahie hu'za amuha nehaza zamo'ma fore'ma osanige'za, zamagu'amo'a haviza hugahie. Hianagi ana zamo'ma e'ama'ma hania zamo'a, asimu ami zafagna hugahie.
Hope deferred maketh the heart sick; but the desire [that] cometh to pass is a tree of life.
13 Avumro'ma antesia kemofoma zokagoma antesimo'a, agra'a hazenkefi mani'noe huno hugahie. Hianagi kasegema asaminia kemofo agorga'ama mani'nimo'a, nomani'zama'afina knare hugahie.
Whoso despiseth the word shall be held by it; but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.
14 Ama' antahi'zane vahe'mo rempima hugamisia zamo'a, asimu ami ti kapu'i hanatiankna hu'neankino, iza'o ana kema antahi'minimo'a fri'zamofo krifufintira agatenere.
The teaching of the wise [man] is a fountain of life, to turn away from the snares of death.
15 Knare hu'za antahi amama haza vahe'mokizmia, vahe'mo'za zamavesi nezamantaze. Hianagi hazenke vahe'mokizmi zamavu'zmavamo'a, hanavetino haviza hu'ne.
Good understanding procureth favour; but the way of the treacherous is hard.
16 Maka zamofo ankereno hu vahe'mo'a agesa antahiteno, maka zana nehie. Hianagi neginagi antahintahine vahe'mo'za, zamagesa ontahi neginagi zamavu'zmavaza eri ama nehaze.
Every prudent [man] acteth with knowledge; but the foolish layeth open [his] folly.
17 Kefo vahe'mofoma katogema huntesigeno vaniana, hazenkefi ufregahie. Hianagi iza'o tamagema huno kema hu vahe'ma, ke erino vanigu'ma katogema huntesigeno erino vaniana, vahe'mokizmia zamazeri knare hugahie.
A wicked messenger falleth into evil; but a faithful ambassador is health.
18 Iza'o avumaro'ma antesaza kema ontahisimofona amunte omnesigeno, agazegu hugahie. Hianagi izano azeri fatgohu kema asamisigeno antahino amage antesimofona, agrira husaga huntegahaze.
Poverty and shame shall be [to] him that refuseth instruction; but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured.
19 Ave'nesinia zama e'nerisigeno'a, agu'amo'a muse hugahie. Hianagi neginagi vahe'mo'za havi zamavu'zmava'ma nehaza zampinti'ma atreno atiramizankura zamavesra nehie.
The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul; but it is abomination to the foolish to depart from evil.
20 Iza'o knare antahi'zane vahe'enema vanoma nehia vahe'mo'a, knare antahi'za erigahie. Hianagi neginagi vahe'enema tagrote'za vanoma nehaza vahe'mo'za, hazenke erigahaze.
He that walketh with wise [men] becometh wise; but a companion of the foolish will be depraved.
21 Hazenke zamo'a kumi vahe'mokizmi nezmavaririe. Hianagi fatgo vahe'mokizmia, fenozmimo'a rama'a hugahie.
Evil pursueth sinners; but to the righteous good shall be repaid.
22 Knare vahe'mo'a mofavre'amo'ene henka negeho'ma erisintima haresia zana, ko retro huzmanteteno nefrie. Hianagi kumi vahe'mo'zama fenoma eri atruma haza fenona, fatgo vahe'mo'za erigahaze.
A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children; but the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the righteous [man].
23 Zamunte omane vahe'mokizmi hozafina, rama'a neza fore hugahianagi hazenke nomanizamo'a timo'ma hiaza huno eri harafi huno vugahie.
Much food is in the tillage of the poor; but there is that is lost for want of judgment.
24 Iza'o mofavre'amo hazenke nehanigeno kanoma amino azeri fatgoma osanuno'a, mofavre'a avesinonte. Hianagi iza'o mofavre'ama avesima nentemo'a, hanavetino azeri fatgo hugahie.
He that spareth his rod hateth his son; but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
25 Fatgo vahe'mo'za rama'a ne'za me'nege'za nezamu nehaze. Hianagi kefo vahe'mofoza, zamaga tevava nehaze.
The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul; but the belly of the wicked shall want.
