1 Havigema huno avamente'ma refkohu so'ema nosia vahera, Ra Anumzamo'a agoteno avesra hunente. Hianagi avamente'ma fatgo huno mizama asea vaheku avesinente.
Balances of deceit are an abomination of the Lord; but a full weight [obtaineth] his favor.
2 Kavufga atare'zamo'a, kagazeza erigamigahie. Hianagi kavufga anteramizamo'a, knare antahintahiza erino egahie.
When pride cometh, then cometh disgrace; but with the modest there is wisdom.
3 Maka zampima tamage huno fatgo avu'ava'ma hanimofona, ana avu'avazamo kegava huntegahie. Hianagi hazenke vahe'mofo akrehe akrehe'zamo'a, zamagrira zamahe fanane hugahie.
The integrity of the upright guideth them; but the cunning of the treacherous destroyeth them.
4 Refkoma hugantesia knarera, feno zankamo'a kaza osugosie. Hianagi fatgoma huno mani'zamo'a frizampintira kagu'vazigahie.
Wealth cannot profit on the day of wrath; but righteousness deliver from death.
5 Fatgo vahe'mokizmia tamage hu zamavu'zamava'mo hanige'za, kama nevaza kamo'a, knare hu'nesige'za vugahaze. Hianagi havi vahe'mokizmia zamagra nehanaza kumimofo kna'amo, zamazeri traka hugahie.
The righteousness of the perfect maketh even his way; but by his own wickedness will the wicked fall.
6 Fatgo zamavu'zmava'ma nehaza vahe'mokizmia, fatgo zamavu'zmava zmimo'a zamagu nevazie. Hianagi fatgo osu vahe'mokizmia fatgo osu zamavu'zmava zamo zamazerigahie.
The righteousness of the upright will deliver them; but through their own sinful desires are the treacherous caught.
7 Kefozama nehia vahe'mo'ma erinaku'ma amuha'ma nehia zamo'a frisigeno'a anama erinaku'ma amuhama nehiazamo'a, amane zankna hugahie.
When a wicked man dieth, [his] hope vanisheth; and the expectation of his children is lost.
8 Hazenke zamo'ma fatgo vahete'ma esniana, Ra Anumzamo'a aza huno avare atrenigeno, ana hazenke zamo'a kefozama nehanaza vahete egahie.
The righteous is delivered out of distress, and the wicked cometh in his stead.
9 Anumzamofonku'ma kore'ma hunte'za agoragama omaniza vahe'mo'za, kezmireti tava'ozmire'ma mani'namokizmia zamazeri haviza nehaze. Hianagi fatgo vahe'mo'za ama' antahi'za zamimo zamagu nevazie.
With his mouth doth the hypocrite destroy his neighbor; but through knowledge are the righteous delivered.
10 Fatgo vahe'mo'zama nomani'za zamifima knare hazageno'a, rankumapi vahe'mo'za musenkase nehaze. Hagi kefo zamavu'zamava'ma nehaza vahe'ma fri'zage'za, havizama nehia zana vagaregahie hu'za tusi muse nehaze.
When it goeth well with the righteous, the town rejoiceth loudly: and when the wicked perish, there is joyful shouting.
11 Anumzamo'ma fatgo vahe'mofo nomani'zama asomu'ma huntegeno'a, rankuma'mofo agimo'a marenerie. Hianagi kefo avu'ava'ma nehia vahe'mofo agipinti'ma esia kemo'a, rankumara eri haviza hutregahie.
Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted; but through the mouth of the wicked it is pulled down.
12 Tava'ozmire'ma nemaniza vahe'ma zamage henkaminetaza vahe'mo'za, neginagi vahe mani'naze. Hianagi fatgo antahi'zane vahe'mo'za kea osu akohe'za nemanize.
He that despiseth his neighbor is void of sense; but a man of understanding maintaineth silence.
13 Iza'o vahe amefi kema huno vanoma hanimo'a, oku'a fraki'nesia zana huama hugahie. Hianagi tamage kema hu vahe'mo'a, nefu'ma hu'ne'nia zana huama huontegosie.
He that walketh about as talebearer revealeth secrets; but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
14 Ama' antahi'zane kva vahe'ma omanisigeno'a, kuma'mo'a haviza hugahie. Hianagi knare antahi'zama ami vahe'ma rama'ama mani'nenageno'a, kuma'mo'a hankavetino knare hugahie.
Where there is no wise guidance, a people must fall: but [it will obtain] help through the multitude of counsellors.
15 Mago'mo'ma vahepinti'ma nofi'ma hu'nesigenka, anazamofo nona hu'na miza kamigahue hunka hanunka, knaza erifore hugahane. Hianagi ana'ma hu'zanku'ma avesrama hanimo'a, agra'a agu'vazigahie.
With evil will he be overwhelmed that is surety for a stranger: but he that hateth giving the hand as pledge is safe.
16 Rimpa fru avu'ava'ene a'mofona, agesga hunentaze. Hianagi vaheku'ma asuragionte ne'mo'a, feno zanke e'nerie.
A woman endowed with grace will surely obtain honor; and the powerful will obtain riches.
17 Vahe'mofo asuraginteno so'e avu'ava'ma hunte ne'mo'a, agra'a azeri so'e nehie. Hianagi vahe'mokizmi havizama huzmantea ne'mo'a, agra'a azeri haviza nehie.
The man of kindness doth good to his own soul; but he that troubleth his own flesh is cruel.
18 Kefo avu'ava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za antesaza feno zamimo'a atupa knafi megahie. Hianagi fatgo vahe'mokizmi mizamo'a, za'za kna megahie.
The wicked practiseth a work of falsehood; but he that soweth righteousness [obtaineth] the reward of truth.
19 Fatgo vahe'mo'za knare manizanku nehakaze. Hianagi havi avu'avazama nevaririza vahe'mo'za fri'zanku nehakaze.
He who is firm in righteousness attaineth to life: and he that pursueth evil [doth it] to his own death.
20 Hagi akrehe akrehe avu'ava zama agu'afima me'nea vahe'mofona, Ra Anumzamo'a agotenezmante. Hianagi fatgoma hu'za nemaniza vaheku, Ra Anumzamo'a musena hunezmante
An abomination of the Lord are those of a perverse heart; but his favor is for those who are unblemished in their way.
21 Tamage, havi avu'ava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za hazenkea agateore'za, ana hazenkea erigahaze. Hianagi fatgo vahe'mokizmi mofavreramina, Ra Anumzamo'a keaga huozmanteno zamagu'vazigahie.
The hand [of God] being against [his] hand, the bad man shall not go unpunished; but the seed of the righteous shall escape.
22 Hentofa agi agonane a'mo'ma fatgo osu avu'ava'ma nehia a'mo'a, agra afu'mofo golire tro hunte rinima agonafi antanintaza kna hu'ne.
As a golden ring in a swine's snout, so is a handsome woman that hath thrown off discretion.
23 Fatgo avu'ava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za, knare'zama erifore'ma hanaza zanku zamave'nesie. Hianagi havi zamavu'zamava'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za hazenkefi manigahune hu'za antahigahaze.
The desire of the righteous is only good: but the hope of the wicked is the wrath [of God].
24 Zamagragu'ma ontahi'za vahe'ma zamaza nehaza vahe'mo'za, zamagra mago'ane eri avitegahaze. Hianagi rumofo amiga zama omisnazana, maka zankura eme atupa hugahaze.
There is a man that scattereth gifts, and yet his wealth is increased: and there is one that withholdeth more than is proper, and still cometh only to want.
25 Muse hu'za vahe'ma veva'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za zamagra rama'aza erigahaze. Vahe'ma zamazahu vahe'mo'za, ana nona'a erigahaze.
A beneficent soul will be abundantly gratified; and he that refresheth [others] will be also refreshed himself.
26 Iza'o ne'zama'ama zagore'ma otreno, azeri akonama hania vahe'mofona, vahe'mo'za huhaviza huntegahaze. Hianagi iza'o ne'zama'ama zagore'ma atresimofona, asomu'mo agritera megahie.
Him that withholdeth corn, the people will denounce; but blessing will be heaped upon the head of the one that selleth it.
27 Iza'o knare avu'ava zanku'ma kazigazi huno hakesimo'a, knare'za erinkeno, kefo zanku'ma hake'simo'a, kefoza erigahie.
He that diligently searcheth after good seeketh favor; but if one inquireth after evil, it will come unto him.
28 Iza'o rama'a fenoma ante'nesia zanku'ma antahintahima hanimo'a, evuramigahie. Hianagi fatgo vahe'mo'za zafamo anina eri mareankna hu'za tretre hugahaze.
He that trusteth in his riches will surely fall; but the righteous shall grow like the leaves [of a tree].
29 Naga'amofoma hazanke'ma erimisimo'a, mago'zana erisinti oharegosie. Neginagima hanaza vahe'mo'za ama' antahi'zane vahe'mokizmi eri'za vahe manigahaze.
He that troubleth his own house will inherit the wind; and the fool will become the servant to the wise of heart.
30 Fatgo vahe'mofo avu'avamo'a, asimu eri zafagna hu'ne. Hagi iza'o vahe'ma agu'mavazimo'a ama' antahi'zane vahe mani'ne.
The fruit of the righteous is of the tree of life, and the wise draweth souls to himself.
31 Ama mopafina fatgo vahe'mo'za miza zamia e'nerisage'za, kefo zamavu'zamava'ma nehanaza vahe'mo'zane, kumi vahe'mo'za knazana erigahaze.
Behold, the righteous is recompensed on the earth: how much more the wicked and the sinner.
