And it comes to pass, after the plague, that YHWH speaks to Moses and to Eleazar son of Aaron the priest, saying,

These [are] families of the Reubenite, and their numbered ones are forty-three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.

8 Hagi Palumpinti'ma fore hu'neana Eliapue.

And the son of Pallu [is] Eliab;

9 Hagi Eliapumpintima forehu anante anante hu'nazana Nemueliki, Dataniki, Abiramu'e. Hagi ana nagapintira Abiramuke Datanike kva eri'zana eri'na'a netremoke Mosesene Aroninena kehara rezanante'ne Ra Anumzamofo kea rufutagi'na'e.

and the sons of Eliab [are] Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram; this [is that] Dathan and Abiram, called ones of the congregation, who have striven against Moses and against Aaron in the congregation of Korah, in their striving against YHWH,

and the earth opens her mouth, and swallows them and Korah, in the death of the congregation, in the fire consuming the two hundred and fifty men, and they become a sign;

but the sons of Korah did not die.

These [are] families of the Simeonite—twenty-two thousand and two hundred.

15 Hagi Gatipinti'ma fore hu'naza nagara ama'na hu'ne, Sefoni nagara nezmageho agire Sefoni nagare hu'za asanemare'za, Haggi nagamokizmia, nezmageho agire Haggi nagare hu'za asanemare'za, Suni nagara nezmageho agire, Suni nagare hu'za asanemare'za,

Sons of Gad by their families: of Zephon [is] the family of the Zephonite; of Haggi the family of the Haggite; of Shuni the family of the Shunite;

16 hagi Ozni nagara nezmageho agire Ozni nagare hu'za asanemare'za, Eri nagara nezmageho agire, Eri nagare hu'za asamre'naze.

of Ozni the family of the Oznite; of Eri the family of the Erite:

17 Hagi Aroti nagara nezmageho agire, Aroti nagare hu'za asanemare'za, Areli nagara nezmageho agire, Areli nagare hu'za asamre'naze.

of Arod the family of the Arodite; of Areli the family of the Arelite.

18 Hagi Gatimpinti'ma fore'ma hu'nazana ana maka vahera 40 tausen 500'a vene'ne mani'naze.

These [are] families of the sons of Gad by their numbered ones—forty thousand and five hundred.

19 Hagi Juda'a tare mofavrea, Erine Onanine kasezanante'ne. Hianagi zanagra ko Kenani mopafi fri'na'e.

Sons of Judah [are] Er and Onan; and Er dies—Onan also—in the land of Canaan.

and sons of Perez are: of Hezron the family of the Hezronite; of Hamul the family of the Hamulite.

22 Hagi Judampinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza naga'ma hampri'nazana 76 tausen 500'a vahe fore hu'za mani'naze.

These [are] families of Judah by their numbered ones—seventy-six thousand and five hundred.

23 Hagi Isakapinti'ma forehu anante anante'ma hu'naza nagara ama'ne, Tora nagara nezmageho agire asamre'za Tora nagare nehu'za, Puva nagare nezmageho agire asamre'za Puva nagare hu'za zamasamre'naze.

Sons of Issachar by their families: of Tola [is] the family of the Tolaite; of Pua the family of the Punite;

24 Hagi Jasubu nagara nezmageho agire, Jasubu nagare hu'za asanemare'za, Simroni nagara nezmageho agire, Simroni nagare hu'za asamre'naze.

of Jashub the family of the Jashubite; of Shimron the family of the Shimronite.

These [are] families of Issachar by their numbered ones—sixty-four thousand and three hundred.

26 Hagi Zebulonimpiti'ma forehu anante anante'ma hu'za e'naza vahera ama'ne, Seredi nagara nezmageho agire Seredi nagare hu'za asanemare'za, Eloni nagara nezmageho agire Eloni nagare hu'za asanemare'za Jeleli nagara nezamageho agire Jeleli nagare hu'za zamasamre'naze.

Sons of Zebulun by their families: of Sered [is] the family of the Sardite; of Elon the family of the Elonite; of Jahleel the family of the Jahleelite.

These [are] families of the Zebulunite by their numbered ones—sixty thousand and five hundred.

28 Hagi Josefempinti'ma fore hu'na'ana Manase'ene Efremike fore hu'na'e.

Sons of Joseph by their families [are] Manasseh and Ephraim.

29 Hagi Manasempinti'ma fore hu anante anante'ma hu'naza nagara Makirimpinti'ma fore hu'za Makiri nagare hu'za mani'naze. Hagi Makirimpinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Giliati vahere hu'za mani'naze.

Sons of Manasseh: of Machir [is] the family of the Machirite; and Machir has begotten Gilead; of Gilead [is] the family of the Gileadite.

32 Hagi Semidapinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza naga'mo'za Semida nagare hu'za mani'naze. Hagi Hefampinti'ma fore hu'naza naga'mo'za Hefa nagare hu'za mani'naze.

and of Shemida the family of the Shemidaite; and of Hepher the family of the Hepherite.

33 Hagi Hefa nemofo Zelofehadi'a mofavrea onte'ne. Hianagi mofa'neraminke ante'neankino zamagi'a Malaki, Noaki, Hoglaki, Milkaki, Tirsae hu'za mani'naze.

And Zelophehad son of Hepher had no sons, but [only] daughters, and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad [are] Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

34 Hagi ama'i ana miko Manasempinti'ma fore hu'naza vahera 52 tausen 700'a vene'ne mani'naze.

These [are] families of Manasseh, and their numbered ones [are] fifty-two thousand and seven hundred.

35 Hagi Efraemimpinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza nagara amane, Suterampinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza nagara, Sutera nagara hu'za manizageno, Bekelimpinti'ma fore hu'naza nagara, Bekeli nagare hu'za mani'zageno, Tahanimpinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza nagara, Tahani nagare hu'za mani'naze.

These [are] sons of Ephraim by their families: of Shuthelah [is] the family of the Shuthelhite; of Becher the family of the Bachrite; of Tahan the family of the Tahanite.

36 Hagi Sutelampinti'ma fore hu'naza vahera ama'ne, Eranimpinti'ma fore hu'naza nagara, Erani nagare hu'za mani'naze.

And these [are] sons of Shuthelah: of Eran the family of the Eranite.

37 Hagi e'i maka Efraemimpinti'ma fore hu'naza nagaki'za hapri'nazana 32 tausen 500'a vene'ne mani'naze.

These [are] families of the sons of Ephraim by their numbered ones—thirty-two thousand and five hundred. These [are] sons of Joseph by their families.

38 Hagi Benzamenimpinti'ma fore hu anante anante'ma hu'za e'naza vahera ama'ne, Belampinti'ma fore hu'nazana nagara, Bela nagare hu'za manizageno, Asbelimpintima fore'ma hu'naza nagara, Asbeli nagare hu'za manizageno, Ahirimpinti'ma fore'ma hu'nazana nagara, Ahiri nagare hu'za mani'naze.

Sons of Benjamin by their families: of Bela [is] the family of the Belaite; of Ashbel the family of the Ashbelite; of Ahiram the family of the Ahiramite;

39 Hagi Sefufamumpinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za Sefufamu nagare hu'za mani'naze. Hagi Hufamumpinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Hufamu nagare hu'za mani'naze.

of Shupham the family of the Shuphamite; of Hupham the family of the Huphamite.

40 Hagi Bela'a Adine Namakizni kasezanante'ne. Hagi Adipinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Adi nagare hu'za mani'zageno, Namanimpinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Namani nagare hu'za mani'naze.

And sons of Bela are Ard and Naaman: [of Ard is] the family of the Ardite; of Naaman the family of the Naamite.

41 Hagi ama'i miko Bezamenimpinti'ma fore hu'naza vene'negi'za zamagra 45 tausen 600'a vene'ne mani'naze.

These [are] sons of Benjamin by their families, and their numbered ones [are] forty-five thousand and six hundred.

42 Hagi Danimpinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza vahera ama'ne, Suhamupinti'ma fore'ma hu'nazana vahekura, Suhamu nagare hu'naze.

These [are] sons of Dan by their families: of Shuham [is] the family of the Shuhamite; these [are] families of Dan by their families;

all the families of the Shuhamite by their numbered ones—sixty-four thousand and four hundred.

44 Hagi Asapinti'ma fore hu anante anante'ma hu'za mani'naza nagara ama'ne, Imnampinti'ma fore hu'naza naga'mo'za, Imna nagare hu'za manizageno, Isvimpintima fore hu'naza naga'mo'za, Isvi nagare hu'za mani'naze. Hagi Beriampinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Beria nagare hu'za mani'naze.

Sons of Asher by their families: of Jimna [is] the family of the Jimnite; of Jesui the family of the Jesuite; of Beriah the family of the Beriite.

45 Hagi Beriampintima fore hu anante anante'ma hu'nazana ama'ne, Hebapinti'ma fore hu'naza naga'moza, Heba nagare hu'za mani'zageno, Malkimpinti'ma fore hu'naza naga'mo'za, Malki nagare hu'za mani'zageno, magora Malkielkino, Malkiel nagare hu'za mani'naze.

Of sons of Beriah: of Heber [is] the family of the Heberite; of Malchiel the family of the Malchielite.

46 Hagi Asa mofamofo agi'a Sera'e.

And the name of the daughter of Asher [is] Sarah.

48 Hagi Naftarimpinti'ma fore hu'naza nagara ama'ne, Jazerimpinti forema hu'naza naga'mo'za Jazeri nagare hu'za manizageno, Gunimpinti'ma fore'ma haza vahe'mo'za Guni nagare hu'za mani'naze.

Sons of Naphtali by their families: of Jahzeel [is] the family of the Jahzeelite; of Guni the family of the Gunite;

49 Hagi Jezerepinti fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Jezeri nagare hu'za manizageno, Silemumpinti fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Silemu nagare hu'za mani'naze.

of Jezer the family of the Jezerite; of Shillem the family of the Shillemite.

50 Hagi ama'i miko Naftarimpinti'ma fore hu anante anante hu'naza vahe'ma hampri'nazana 45 tausen 400'a vene'ne mani'naze.

These [are] families of Naphtali by their families, and their numbered ones [are] forty-five thousand and four hundred.

51 Hagi ama'i mika'a Israeli vahe'ma hampri'neana 601tausen 700 30'a vahe mani'naze.

These [are] numbered ones of the sons of Israel—six hundred thousand and one thousand seven hundred and thirty.

52 Hagi anante Ra Anumzamo'a Mosesena asamino,

And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

53 ama'i zamagima hampriza vahe'mofo avamente nagate nofite hunka ana mopa refako hunka erisintima haresazana zamitere huo.

“The land is apportioned to these by inheritance, by the number of names;

54 Hagi mopama refkoma hananana, rama'a vahe'ma mani'nesamokizmia rama'a mopa refko hunka nezaminka, osi'a vahe'ma mani'nesamokizmia osi'a mopa zamitere huge'za erisantihare'za maniho.

to the many you increase their inheritance, and to the few you diminish their inheritance; each is given his inheritance according to his numbered ones.

Surely the land is apportioned by lot; they inherit by the names of the tribes of their fathers;

And these [are] numbered ones of the Levite by their families: of Gershon [is] the family of the Gershonite; of Kohath the family of the Kohathite; of Merari the family of the Merarite.

58 Hagi ama'i mago'a Livae nagapinti'ma fore'ma hu'nazana, Libnikino, Libni nagare hu'za manizageno, Hebronimpinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Hebroni nagare hu'za mani'zageno, Maharimpinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za Mahari nagare hu'za mani'zageno, Musimpinti'ma fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za Musi nagare hu'za manizageno, Kora nagapinti'ma fore'ma hu'naza vahe'mo'za Kora nagare hu'za mani'naze. These [are] families of the Levite: the family of the Libnite, the family of the Hebronite, the family of the Mahlite, the family of the Mushite, the family of the Korathite. And Kohath has begotten Amram,

59 Hagi Amrami nenaro'a Livae nagapinti a' Jokabetie. Hagi Isipi mani'ne'za Livae nagapinti ana ara ksentegeno, ana a'mo'a Mosesene Aroninena kaseneznanteno, magoke mofa Miriamunke kasente'ne.

and the name of Amram’s wife is Jochebed, daughter of Levi, whom has been born to Levi in Egypt; and she bears to Amram Aaron, and Moses, and their sister Miriam.

And born to Aaron [are] Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar;

and Nadab dies—Abihu also—in their bringing strange fire near before YHWH.

And their numbered ones are twenty-three thousand, every male from a son of a month and upwards, for they have not numbered themselves in the midst of the sons of Israel, because an inheritance has not been given to them in the midst of the sons of Israel.

and among these there has not been a man of those numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest, who numbered the sons of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai,

for YHWH said of them, “They certainly die in the wilderness”; and there has not been left a man of them, except Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun.
