1 Hanki ana zupa Mosese kasege avontafepinti ranke hu'za nehamparizage'za mika vahe'mo'za antahi'naze. Hagi ana avontafepina amanage huno krente'nege'za hampri'naze, Amoni vahe'mo'zane Moapu vahe'mo'za Anumzamofo vahe'ma atruma hanafina magore hu'za eofregahaze hu'ne.
And on that day they read in the book of Moses in the hearing of the people: and therein was found written, that the Ammonites and the Moabites should not come in to the church of God for ever:
2 Na'ankure zamagra Israeli nagara ne'zane tinena nozami'za, kazusi ke huzmantenogu Balamuna zago ami'naze. Hianagi tagri Anumzamo'a ana kazusi kea eri rukrahe huno asomu hurante'ne.
Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and water: and they hired against them Balaam, to curse them, and our God turned the curse into blessing.
And it came to pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated every stranger from Israel.
4 Hagi pristi ne' Eliasibi'a Tobiana naga'agino, kora Anumzamofo mono nompima fenozama nentaza nonte kva hino hu'za huhamparinte'naza nere.
And over this thing was Eliasib the priest, who was set over the treasury of the house of our God, and was near akin to Tobias.
5 Ana hu'neankino Eliasibi'a Tobiana huntegeno, Anumzamofo mono nompima ra zantema hunaragintene'za, witi ofama hu zantamine, mnanentake insensine mono nompima eri'zama eneriza zantaminema nente'za, kasegemo'ma huno Livae naga'ma zamihoma hu'nea zantamina, hozafi zama 10ni'a kevuma eritruma hu'nafintima mago kevuma zamiza zantamine, kasefa wainine, masavenema eri'za azage'za nente'za Livae nagamokizmine, zagamema hu vahe'ene, mono no kafante'ma kvama nehaza vahe'ene, pristi naga'mokizmi musezama ko'ma eme anteterema nehaza nona amigeno mani'ne.
And he made him a great storeroom, where before him they laid up gifts, and frankincense, and vessels, and the tithes of the corn, of the wine, and of the oil, the portions of the Levites, and of the singing men, and of the porters, and the firstfruits of the priests.
But in all this time I was not in Jerusalem, because in the two and thirtieth year of Artaxerxes king of Babylon, I went to the king, and after certain days I asked the king:
7 Anama hute'na Jerusalemi oge'za nasamiza Eliasibi'a havi avu'avaza huno, Anumzamofo ra mono nompima hunaraginte'naza nona Tobia'na amigeno mani'ne hu'naze.
And I came to Jerusalem, and I understood the evil that Eliasib had done for Tobias, to make him a storehouse in the courts of the house of God.
8 Hagi ana kema nentahugeno'a, tusi narimpahege'na, Tobia fenozana ana nompintira maka eri fegi atre'noe.
And it seemed to me exceeding evil. And I cast forth the vessels of the house of Tobias out of the storehouse.
9 Hagi anante vahe huzamantoge'za hunaraginte'naza nona Anumzamofo avure harafi hu'za eri agru hutazage'na, mono nompi zuomparamine ofama hu witine, mnanentake zantamina insensinena ete eri'na anampinka ome ante'noe.
And I commanded and they cleansed the storehouses: and I brought thither again the vessels of the house of God, the sacrifice, and the frankincense.
10 Hagi anahukna hu'na ke'na eri fore'ma huana, hozama vasagazafintira, Livae naga'mozama eri'ga ne'zana, eriza eme ozami'naze. E'ina hu'negu ana maka Livae naga'ene zagame'ma hu vahe'mo'za mono nompi eri'zazamia atre'za mopa zamirega ete vu'naze.
And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them: and that the Levites, and the singing men, and they that ministered were fled away every man to his own country:
11 Hagi anante kva vahera amanage hu'na zamasami'noe. Na'ahigeta Ra Anumzamofo mono nona tamefira humi'naze. Anagema hute'na Livae vahetamine zavenama aheno zagamema hu vahera ke hutru hu'na, eri'za kankamu zamire zamazeri otitere hu'noe.
And I pleaded the matter against the magistrates, and said: Why have we forsaken the house of God? And I gathered them together, and I made them to stand in their places.
12 Anante ana maka Juda witi zamifinti'ene, waini zamifinti'ene, masave zamifinti'ma, hamprizageno vuno 10nima hia kevua eri'za mono nompima fenozama nentafi eme ante'naze.
And all Juda brought the tithe of the corn, and the wine, and the oil into the storehouses.
And we set over the storehouses Selemias the priest, and Sadoc the scribe, and of the Levites Phadaia, and next to them Hanan the son of Zachur, the son of Mathania: for they were approved as faithful, and to them were committed the portions of their brethren.
14 E'ina hu'negu Anumzanimoka ama ana eri'zama eri'noa zankura kagesa antahinamio. Ana nehunka Anumzanimoka mono nonte'ene, mono nompima eri'zama erisaza zama nagu'areti'ma hu'na erinte fatgoma hu'noa navu'navazana Anumzanimoka kagerakani onanto.
Remember me, O my God, for this thing, and wipe not out my kindnesses, which I have done relating to the house of my God and his ceremonies.
15 Hanki e'ina knafima zamagoana Juda vahe'mo'za Sabati mani fruhu knarera, waini zafa raga regatati hu'za tima'a eri'naze. Ana nehu'za donki afu'mofo agumpina witi kutamine wainine, grepine, fiki zafa raganena erinente'za mago'a nezantaminena, mani fru kna Sabati zupa Jerusalemi vu'za zagore ome atre'naze. Ana hu'negu ana Sabati knarera ne'zana zagorera otreho hu'na asevazi zamante'noe.
In those days I saw in Juda some treading the presses on the sabbath, and carrying sheaves, and lading asses with wine, and grapes, and figs, and all manner of burthens, and bringing them into Jerusalem on the sabbath day. And I charged them that they should sell on a day on which it was lawful to sell.
16 Hanki Tairi vahe'ma Jerusalema nemaniza, nozameramine mago'a zantaminena, eri'za mani fruhu kna Sabati zupa Juda vahete zagore ome atre'naze.
Some Tyrians also dwelt there, who brought fish, and all manner of wares: and they sold them on the sabbaths to the children of Juda in Jerusalem.
17 Anama hazageno'a tusi narimpa hege'na, Juda vahe'mokizmi kva vahera amanage hu'na zamasami'noe, ama havi tamavu tamava'ma hazazamo'a Sabati mani fruhu kna erihaviza nehaze hu'na hu'noe.
And I rebuked the chief men of Juda, and said to them: What is this evil thing that you are doing, profaning the sabbath day?
18 Tamagrira tafahe'za amanahu zamavu zamava hazazamo higeno, tagri Anumzamo'a tagrite'ene ama rankuma'enena knazana tami'ne. Hanki menima Sabati mani fruhu knama eri pehanama hazazamo higeno Israeli vahe'mota Anumzamo'a tusi'a rimpa ahenerante.
Did not our fathers do these things, and our God brought all this evil upon us, and upon this city? And you bring more wrath upon Israel by violating the sabbath.
And it came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem were at rest on the sabbath day, I spoke: and they shut the gates, and I commanded that they should not open them till after the sabbath: and I set some of my servants at the gates, that none should bring in burthens on the sabbath day.
20 Hagi zagore'ma nanazama eme netraza vahe'mo'za tareo mago kenage naza Jerusalemi rankumamofo kafantera megi'a emase'naze.
So the merchants, and they that sold all kinds of wares, stayed without Jerusalem once or twice.
And I charged them, and I said to them: Why stay you before the wall? if you do so another time, I will lay hands on you. And from that time they came no more on the sabbath.
22 Anante Sabati knagu'ma ruotage hu'ne hu'zama antahinagura, Livae nagara huzamante'na tamagra'a tamazeri agru huteta vuta kuma kegina kafantera kva hiho hu'na huzamante'noe. Hagi Anumzanimoka ama ana avu'ava zama tro'ma hu'noa zankura kagesa antahinamio, ana nehunka vagaore kavesi zanteti, zamavesi zamante vava hugahue hunkama hu'nana keka'a amage antenka kasunku hunanto.
I spoke also to the Levites that they should be purified, and should come to keep the gates, and to sanctify the sabbath day: for this also remember me, O my God, and spare me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
23 Hagi ana knafima koana, mago'a Juda vene'ne naga'mo'za Astoti kumatetiki, Amoni kumatetiki, Moapu kumatetiki hu'za a'nea eri'naze.
In those days also I saw Jews that married wives, women of Azotus, and of Ammon, and of Moab.
24 Hagi mago'a mofavre nagazamimo'za, Astoti vahe zamagerura antahi'neza zamagerura ru'naze. Ana nehazage'za mago'amo'za ruga'a vahe zamageru ru'naze. Hianagi Juda vahe zamagerura oru'naze.
And their children spoke half in the speech of Azotus, and could not speak the Jews’ language, but they spoke according to the language of this and that people.
25 Hagi ana vahera zamazeri koneri'na kazusi ke huzamante'noe. Mago'a nagara sefu nezami'na zamazokara eri varare'noe. Hagi Anumzamofo agifi huvempa kea amanage hiho hu'na huzmante'noe. Tamagra ne' mofavretamirera megi'ati a'nenea zamavare ozamigahaze. Ana zanke huta mofa'netamia zamatresage'za megi'a vene'nea e'origahaze.
And I chid them, and laid my curse upon them. And I beat some of them, and shaved off their hair, and made them swear by God that they would not give their daughters to their sons, nor take their daughters for their sons, nor for themselves, saying:
26 Hige'na amanage hu'na zamasami'noe, Solomoni'a Israeli kini ne' mani'neanagi agranena a'neneramima erino amanahu kumi'ma hu'neana ontahi'nazo? Ama mopafima me'nea kumatmimpina magore huno Solomonikna kini nera omani'ne. Agri Anumzamo'a avesinteno kinia azeri otigeno, ana maka Israeli mopa kegava hu'ne.
Did not Solomon king of Israel sin in this kind of thing? and surely among many nations, there was not a king like him, and he was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: and yet women of other countries brought even him to sin.
27 Hagi ana havi tamavu tamava zama tagrama amage'ma anteta, megi'ati a'nenema erisunana, tagra Ra Anumzamofonkea rutagreta, tusi'a kumi hugahune. Hagi tamagrama antahi'zana tagrikura ana hanaze hutma nentahizafi?
And shall we also be disobedient and do all this great evil to transgress against our God, and marry strange women?
And one of the sons of Joiada the son of Eliasib the high priest, was son in law to Sanaballat the Horonite, and I drove him from me.
29 Ana hu'negu Anumzanimoka pristi vahe'mo'zama hu'naza havi zamavu zamava zankura kaganera okanino. Na'ankure zamagra pristi vahe'ene Livae naga'enema huhagerafi'nana kasegea runetagre'za zamagra'a zamazeri haviza hu'naze.
Remember them, O Lord my God, that defile the priesthood, and the law of priests and Levites.
30 E'ina hu'negu megi'a zantamimo'ma zamazeri pehanama hu'neana zamazeri agru hu'noe. Ana hute'na Livae naga'ene pristi nagara eri'za zamire huhampari zamantetere hu'noe.
So I separated from them all strangers, and I appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites, every man in his ministry:
31 Nagra anazanke hu'na, mago mago zupama tevema hare'zama kresramnama vu itare'ma esnaza vahe'ene, ese ne'zama hozafinti'ma hamare'za eri'za esaza vahe'ene, ese zafa rgama tagisaza zama Ra Mono nompima eriza esaza vahe'enena huhampari zamante'noe. Ana maka zama hu'noa zanku antahi nenaminka Anumzanimoka nazeri so'e hunanto.
And for the offering of wood at times appointed, and for the firstfruits: remember me, O my God, unto good. Amen.
