1 Jisasi'a Jodani timpi mono ti fretegeno, Ruotage Avamumo agu'afi efre viteno avareno ka'ma kopi vu'ne.
THEN Jesus full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the spirit into the wilderness,
2 Hagi 40'a zageferupi Satana mago agi'a hankromofo kvamo, ne'za a'o huno mani'nea kna'afi Jisasina revatga hu'ne. Anama nehigeno Jisasi'a agaku hu'ne.
being tempted forty days by the devil; and did eat nothing during those days: and when they were ended, afterwards he was hungry.
3 Sata'a amanage huno Jisasinkura hu'ne, Kagrama Anumzamofo mofavre mani'nesnunka ama havegura breti fore huo hunka hugeno breti fore hino.
And the devil said to him, If thou art the Son of God, command this stone that it become a loaf.
4 Jisasi'a ana kemofo nona'a amanage hu'ne, Avontafepi anage huno krentene. Vahe'mo'za breti nesafintikera zmasimura e'origahaze huno krente'ne. (Diu-Kas 8:3)
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.”
5 Sata'a Jisasina avareno za'za agonare marerino, maka ama mopafima me'nea ranra kumatamina ame huno averi'ne.
And the devil taking him up into an exceeding high mountain, displayed before him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time:
6 Ana huteno Sata'a amanage huno asami'ne, maka'zana nagrike kvafi me'neankina, ama ana makazana kamigahue. Na'ankure ama ana mikazana, izano aminaku'ma hanumofona amane amigahue.
and the devil said unto him, I will give thee all this authority, and the glory of these; for to me it is delivered, and to whomsoever I will, I give it.
7 E'ina hu'negu kagrama krenarenka mono hunantesankena, ama ana maka'zana kaminugeno kagriza segahie huno higeno,
If therefore thou wilt worship before me, all shall be thine.
8 Jisasi'a ananke nona'a anage huno hu'ne, Avontafepina anage huno krente'ne, Kagra ranka'a Anumzamofo monora hunentenka, agri eri'zanke erigahane huno krente'ne. (Diu-Kas 6:13)
And Jesus answering him, said, Get thee behind me, Satan, for it is written, “Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and to him alone shalt thou pay divine honour.”
9 Anante Sata'a Jisasina avareno Jerusalemi kumate vuno, ra mono nomofo amumpare ome nenteno, amanage huno asami'ne, Kagra Anumzamofo mofavre mani'nenunka fenamufi takauro,
And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a wing of the temple, and said to him, If thou art the Son of God, cast thy self down from hence:
10 na'ankure avontafepina anage huno krente'ne, Anumzamo'a ankero vahe'a huzmantenke'za kva hugantesageno,
for it is written, “He shall give his angels a charge over thee, to guard thee safely;
11 havemo'a kagia taga hu'zanku zamazampi kavresga hanageno, kagia taga osugahie huno krente'ne, (Sam-Zga 91:11-12)
and that in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
12 Jisasi'a ana kemofo nona'a anage huno asami'ne, Avontafepi anage huno krente'ne, Ranka'a Anumzamofona rehenka onko huno hu'ne. (Diu-Kas 6:16)
And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, “Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”
13 Sata'ma mika revatga huvagareteno, henka'a kankamuma fore hanigeno revatga hanigu atreno vu'ne.
And when the devil had closed all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.
14 Jisasi'a ete Galili mopare Avamumofo hihamufi vigeno, agenke'amo ana mopafina vuno eno hu'ne.
And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and a report went out into all the region round about concerning him.
15 Ana nehuno Jisasi'a, agafa huno osi mono no zimifi mono kea nehige'za, agi erisga hu'naze.
And he taught in their synagogues, being universally admired.
16 Hagi Jisasi'a nenama hu'nea kumate Nazarete eno, nehiaza huno mani fruhu knazupa (sabat) osi mono nompi marerino avontafe hamprinaku o'netige'za,
And he came to Nazareth, where he was brought up; and he went, according to his usual custom, into the synagogue on the sabbath-day, and rose up to read.
17 Kasnampa ne' Aisaia avontafe regazarinte'naza eri'za eme nemizageno, eri vakanereno, hakreno amanage huno kre'nea ke hampri'ne,
And there was given to him the book of the prophet Isaiah: and unrolling the volume, he found the passage where it is written,
18 Ramofo avamumo Nagrane emani'ne. Na'ankure agra huhampri nanteno, zamunte omane vahepi Knare Musenkea huama huo huno hunante'ne. Agra hunanteno huama hugeno, kinafi mani'nesaza vahe'mo'za katufe'za nevnageno, zamu suhu vahe'mo'za negesageno, vahe'mo'za zamazeri haviza nehanaza nagamoza fru hu'za nemanisagena,
“The spirit of the Lord is upon me, for the work whereunto he hath anointed me; he hath sent me to preach glad tidings to the poor; to heal the contrite in heart; to proclaim liberty to the captives; and restore sight to the blind; to send forth the bruised free from bonds;
19 Ramo tamaza huno tamazeri so'ema hiazankura huama hu'na tmasaminaku e'noe. (Ais 61:1-2.)
to publish the acceptable year of the Lord.”
20 Anage huno hampriteno, ana avontafe regazarino, avontafemofo kva ne' nemino manige'za, ana osi mono nompi mani'namo'za zamua Agri kete'za mani'naze.
And rolling up the volume, he gave it to the attendant officer, and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were attentively fixed on him.
21 Ana huteno agafa huno zamasmi'ne, Amama hamprugetma antahiza kemofo avufa'a meni fore nehie.
And he began to say to them, To day this scripture is fulfilled in your ears.
22 Hagi maka vahe'mo'za knare kema hia kegura antri nehu'za, mago'ene ontahige antahige nehu'za, ama Josefe mofavre omaninefi? hu'za nehazageno,
And all concurred in their testimony to him, and marvelled at the gracious words which proceeded from his mouth. And they said, Is not this the son of Joseph?
23 Jisasi'a anage huno zamasami'ne, Tamage hutma huvame kea hunantegahaze. Tusa ne'moka kagra kavufa kazeri knare huo! Nehuno anage hu'ne, Kapeniamu kumate kaguvazama erifore hu'nanketa antahi'nonanki, e'i anazana kumaka'are huo hutma hugahaze.
And he said unto them, Ye will probably say to me this parable, Physician, heal thyself! the works which we have heard to have been performed by thee at Capernaum, do the like here in thy own country.
24 Tamage hu'na neramasamue. Magore huno kasnampa vahe'mofona kuma'afinti vahe'mo'za ke'a antahi omigahaze.
But he said, Verily, I say unto you, that no prophet is acceptable in his own country.
25 Hianagi tamage hu'na neramasamue, Israeli vahepina rama'a kento'ane Elaija knafina mani'nageno, monafinti 3'a kafugi 6si'a ikana kora origeno, tusi agate'za maka mopafina fore hu'ne.
Now I tell you of a certainty, that there were many widows in the days of Elias, in Israel, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, so that a grievous famine was upon all the land.
26 Ana hu'neanagi Elaijana huntegeno Israeli mani'naza kento a'nerera ovu'neanki, rurega kento ate huntegeno Sarefati kumate Saidoni mopare vu'ne. (Jem 5:17-18, 1 Kin 17:1-16.)
And unto none of them was Elias sent, but unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, to a widow woman.

And many lepers were in Israel in the days of the prophet Elisha, and no one of them was cleansed, but Naaman the Syrian.

And they were all filled with rage in the synagogue, when they heard these observations:

and rising up, dragged him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill, on which their city was built, in order to cast him down headlong:
30 Hianagi Jisasi'a amu'no zimifinti nezamatreno vu'ne.
but he passing through the midst of them, went away.
31 Ana huteno Kapaneamu rankumate Galili kaziga uramino umani'neno, mani fruhu knarera (sabat) mono kea rempi huzami'ne.
And he came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and was teaching them on the sabbath.
32 Zamagra rempima huzamia kegu zmagogogu hu'naze. Na'ankure hanave'a me'nea vahe'mo'ma nehiaza huno rempi huzamine.
And they were struck with astonishment at his teaching; for his discourse was with authority.
33 Hanki osi mono nompina agru osu havi avamumo agu'a fre'nea vahemo mani'neno, ranke huno kezati'ne.
And there was in the synagogue a man, who had a spirit of an unclean devil, and he roared out with a great cry,
34 Ee! Tatregeta mani'maneno Nazareti Jisasiga, Kagra tazeri haviza hu'naku ne-eampi? Nagra antahi'noe, Kagra izage, Kagra Anumzamofona Ruotage hu'namoke!
saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, Jesus the Nazarean? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.
35 Hianagi Jisasi'a kesuno, Kea osu atrenka atiramio! Higeno havi avamumo'a ana nera amuno zimifi rutraka hunetreno, azeri haviza osu atiramino vu'ne.
And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Stop thy mouth, and come out of him. And the devil throwing him down into the midst, came out of him, doing him no injury.
36 Ana nehige'za mafka vahe'mo'za antri nehu'za zamagogogu nehu'za ke ohumi ahumi hu'za anage hu'naze. Nankna hihamu'ane ke ama ne'mo'a nehie? Na'ankure agi me'nea vahe'mo nehiaza huno tusi'a hihamu hanave'areti, agru osu havi avamura huntegeno ke'a antahino atineramie!
And amazement seized on all present, and they spake one to another, saying, What a word is this? for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.
37 Ana higeno Jisasi agenke'amo'a ana mopa kagiafina vuno eno huvagare'ne.
And the fame of him went forth into all the adjacent region.
38 Jisasi'a ana osi mono nompinti atiramino Saimon nompi ufre'ne. Saimoni nenemo'a avufga teve ha kri erino mase'nege'za, aza haniegu Jisasina asami'naze.
Then rising up out of the synagogue, he came into the house of Simon: and Simon’s mother-in-law was seized with a violent fever, and they besought him on her behalf.
39 Jisasi'a ana a'te vuno, teveha kri huntegeno fanane higeno, ame huno ana a'mo'a otino ne'za kre'zmante'ne.
And standing over her, he charged the fever to depart; and it left her: and immediately she arose, and waited upon them.
40 Zage uramino kinaga sege'za, ruzahu ruzahu kri eri'za mase'naza vahe'mokizmia, naga'zmimo'za zamavare'za Jisasinte e'naze. Ageno magoke magoke'mofona azanu zamako hutere huno zamazeri knamaregeno, ana krizmimo atre zamante'ne.
So when the sun was set, all who had any indisposed with various diseases, brought them to him; and laying his hands severally on each of them, he cured them.
41 Ana hukna huno rama'a vahepinti, havi avamutamina huzmantege'za atinerami'za ranke hu'za, Kagra Anumzamofo mofavre! Hu'neanagi Agra zamazeri korino, e'inage osiho huno hu'ne. Na'ankure Kraisi'e hu'za zamagra ko antahi'nazageno'e.
And devils also went out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art the Messiah the Son of God. And rebuking them, he suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was the Messiah.
42 Jisasi'a maseno ko' atigeno ka'ma moparega vu'nege'za, vahe'mo'za hakre'za ome ke'za erifore nehu'za tagrane manigahananki, tatrenka ovuo hu'za kazigazi hu'za antahige'naze.
And as the day was coming on, he went forth and departed into a desert place: and the multitude sought him out, and came to him, and would have detained him that he should not leave them.
43 Hianagi Jisasi'a anage huno zamasami'ne, Nagra Anumzamofo kuma'mofo knare musenkea aruga'a kumapine huama hu'na vugahue. E'ina agafare Anumzamo'a hunantege'na ama mopafina e'noe.
But he said unto them, I must preach the glad tidings of the kingdom of heaven in other cities also: for on this service am I sent.
44 Anage nehuno mago'ene Judia osi mono nontamimpi vuno, vahera mono kea ome zmasamino vano hu'ne.
And he continued preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.
