< Ruku 20 >
1 Hagi mago zupa ra mono nompi mani'neno, Knare Musenkea Jisasi'a veamokizmi rempi hunezmigeno, pristi vahe'mo'zane, kasegere ugota hu'naza vahe'mo'zane, ranra vahe'mo'zanena eme nege'za,
One of those days, as he was teaching the people in the temple, and publishing the good tidings, the chief priests, and the scribes, with the elders, came upon him,
2 anage hu'za Jisasina asami'naze, Nankna himamu eri'nenka amazana nehampi tasamio. Hifi i'za ama hihamua kaminegenka nehane?
saying, Tell us by what authority you do these things; or who is he that empowered you?
3 Hazageno Jisasi'a kenona anage hu'ne, Nagranena tamagrira tamagenoka hugahuanki nasamiho.
He answering, said to them, I also have a question to put to you. Tell me, then,
4 Joni'ma mono ti frezmante'nea zana, vahe'mofo eri'zampi, monafinti eri'za eri fore hu'neo?
Was the commission which John had to immerse, from heaven, or from men?
Huno hugahie.
But they reasoned thus among themselves, If we say, From heaven, he will reply, Why, then, did you not believe him?
6 Hianagi tagrama huta mopafi vahe'mofo eri'zanema hanunkeno'a, maka vahe'mo'za have knonu tahefrigahaze.
And if we say, From men, all the people will stone us; for they are persuaded that John was a prophet.
7 Anage hu'za nehu'za, Jisasina kenona hunte'za, Mono tima frentezana igati e'neo tagra ontahi'none hazageno,
They therefore answered, that they could not tell whence.
Jesus replied, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
9 Hagi Jisasi'a veamokizmia amanahu fronka kea agafa huno zamasmine. Mago ne'mo'a waini hoza anteteno, kna'are kna'are mizaseterehu (rent) vahete waini hoza'a netreno, afete zazakna umaninaku vu'ne.
Then he spoke to the people this parable: A man planted a vineyard, and farmed it out, and having traveled, continued long abroad.
The season being come, he sent a servant to the husbandmen, to receive of the produce of the vineyard; but they beat him, and sent him back empty.
Afterward, he sent another servant, whom they, having beaten, and used shamefully, also sent away empty.
12 Anante ana hozamofo nefa'a, ete mago'ane rumofo huntegeno vige'za, anazanke hu'za ahe kuzafa nente'za, ana hozafintira fegi'a asagafe atre'naze.
He afterward dispatched a third to them. Him, likewise, they wounded and drove away.
Then the proprietor of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; they will surely reverence him, when they see him.
14 Hianagi waini hozama kegava hu'naza vahe'mo'za nege'za, zamagra zamagra hu'za, amana mofavre'mo nefazana erisanti haregahianki, enketa aheta erisantima haresiazama'a erisune hu'naze.
But when then husbandmen saw him, they reasoned thus among themselves, This is the heir, come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be our own.
And having thrust him out of the vineyard, they killed him. What, therefore, will the proprietor of the vineyard do to them?
16 Hoza nefa'a Agra eno ana vahera eme zamahe nefrino, ana waini hoza rumokizmi hanare zamigahie. Jisasima ana kema hige'za nentahiza, anahura osugahie hu'za zamagra hu'naze!
He will come and destroy those husbandmen, and give the vineyard to others. And some of his hearers said, God forbid.
17 Hianagi Jisasi'a nezmageno anage hu'ne, Na'ante amanage huno avontafepina krentene. Nogi vahe'mo'za zamesra huntaza havemo'a, no renegentete ugagota huno azeri hanaveti have fore hu'ne? (Sam-Zga 118:22)
Jesus, looking on them, said, What, then, means that expression of scripture, "A stone which the builders rejected, is made the head of the corner.
18 Maka vahe'ma ana have agofetuma takauresamo'za, kori kofagofa hugahaze. Hianagi ana havemo'ma iza agofetu takauresuno'a, rehapatisigeno kugusopa fore hugahaze.
Whosoever shall fall upon that stone, shall be bruised; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will crush him to pieces"?
19 Kasegere ugota hu'naza vahe'mo'zane, pristi vahe'mo'za Jisasina anante azerinaku hunazanagi, vaheku kore hu'naze. Na'ankure Agrama fronka kema hu'neana zamagrama nehaza zamuzmaku hu'negeze.
At that time, the chief priests and the scribes, knowing that he had spoken this parable against them, would have laid hands on him, but feared the people.
20 Ana nehu'za zmavu anteza keteza manine'za, afure vahe huzmantage'za, fatgo vahekna huza umanine'za kema hania kere azeriza ugagota vahete (gavana) vanage'za, kva vahete avrenente'za kegaga huntehogu vu'naze.
And they watched him, and set spies upon him, instructing them to personate conscientious men, and surprise him in his words, that they might deliver him to the power and authority of the procurator.
21 Zamagra anage hu'za Jisasina agenoka hu'za, tagra antahinone, Rempi hurami nemoka, kema nehunka rempi huzaminana fatgo hunka nehunka, mago vahe aza huzankuke nosunka, rempima huzaminana fatgo hunka Anumzamofo avu'avazankuke nehane.
These accosted him with this question, Rabbi, we know that you speak and teach uprightly, and that, without respect of persons, you faithfully recommend the way of God.
22 Hanki Romu kva ne' Sisama takisi zago nemunazamo'a knare hunefi, haviza hu'ne?
Is it lawful for us to pay taxes to Cesar, or not?
23 Hianagi Jisasi'a revatga hunaku'ma hazana ko negeno, amanage huno zamasmi'ne,
He perceiving their subtlety, answered,
24 Naveri hinkena mago zagoa kaneno, iza amema'a megeno, na'ane hu'za anantera krente'naze? Higeno, zamagra Sisa amema'e hu'za hu'naze.
Why would you entangle me? Show me a denarius. Whose image and inscription has it? They answered, Cesar's.
25 Jisasi'a anage huno zmasamine, Sisa zama me'neniana Sisa amiho. Hagi Anumzamofo zama me'neniana Anumzamofo amiho.
He replied, Render, therefore, to Cesar, that which is Cesar's, and to God, that which is God's.
26 Hige'za rama'a vahe zamavufi manineno kea nehige'za, zamagra revatga hu'za ke'afintira magore hu'za azerigara nosu'za, kenona zmima hiankegura antri hu'za kea osu'naze.
Thus they could not surprise him in his discourses before the people; wherefore, admiring his answer, they kept silence.
27 Anante mago'a Sadusi vahe'mo'za, fripintira o'otigahaze nehaza vahe'mo'za, Jisasinte e'za,
Afterward, some of the Sadducees, who deny a future state, came to him
28 anage hu'za antahige'naze. Rempi hurami ne'moka, Mose'a anage huno avontafema kreraminefina hu'ne, Nempuamo a' erino manineno, mofavre kaseonteno frinigeno'a, negna ana ara erino, nefu mofavre erifore hino huno hu'ne. (Diu-Kas 25:5-6)
with this question: Rabbi, Moses has enjoined in his writings, that a man whose brother dies childless, outlived by his wife, shall marry the widow, and raise issue to his brother.
29 Hanki 7ni'a kogna mani'nazankino nempuzmimo ara erino mofavre onte manineno frigeno,
Now there were seven brothers; the first of whom, having taken a wife, died childless;
30 negna ana ara eri'ne. Eriteno mofavre onte manineno fri'ne.
the second married the widow, and also died childless;
31 Anantemo'a anazanke huno ana ara erinteno, mofavre onteno frine. Anahukna hu'za ana maka'mo'za ana ara eri'za mofavre kaseonte manine'za fri'naze.
the third married her, as did likewise the rest; and all seven died, leaving no children.
32 Fri vagaretazageno henkarfana ana ara fri'ne.
Last of all, the woman also died.
33 Hanki fri'nafinti oti snaza knazupa, inamofo a' manigahie?
To which of them, therefore, will she be wife, at the resurrection; for she had been married to all the seven?
34 Jisasi'a amanage huno zamasmi'ne, Ama knafi mani'naza vahe'mo'za ara e'neriza, ara masi ome ami nehaze. (aiōn )
Jesus answering, said to them, The people of this world marry, and are given in marriage; (aiōn )
but, among them who shall be honored to share in the resurrection, and the other world, there will be neither marrying nor giving in marriage; (aiōn )
for they can not die any more; because, like the angels, they are children of God, being children of the resurrection.
37 Hianagi frite'za oti'naza zankura, Mosese'enena osi zafafinti teve anefa nehigeno ke'neazamofo naneke krenefina eriama huno, Abrahamuma, Jekopuma, Aisaki Ra Anumza mani'noe huno hu'ne. (Eks-Ati 3:6)
But that the dead are raised, even Moses has suggested, calling the Lord who appeared in the bush, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
38 Hagi Agra fri vahe'mofo Anumzana omanine.
Now he is not a God of the dead, but of the living; for they are all alive to him.
39 Mago'a kasegere ugota hu'naza vahe'mo'za kenona'a hu'za, Rempi Hurami Ne'moka knare ke hane hu'za hu'naze.
Then some of the scribes said to him, Rabbi, you have spoken well.
After that, they did not venture to ask him any more questions.
41 Anante Jisasi'a amanage huno zamantahige'ne, Inankna hu'negu zamagra Kraisinkura Deviti nemofo'e hu'naze?
And he said to them, Why is it affirmed that the Messiah must be a son of David?
42 Na'ankure Deviti'a zagame avontafepina huno, Ramo'a nagri Ramofonku huno, nazantmaga kaziga mani'negena,
Yet David himself says, in the book of the Psalms, "The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand,
43 ha' vaheka'a kagiafi zamare antanena zamagofetu kagia antenka manio hu'ne. (Sam-Zga 110:1)
till I make thy foes thy footstool."
44 E'ina hu'negu Deviti'ma Ranimo'e hu'neana, inankna huno Deviti mofavrea Ramo'a manigahie?
As David thus calls him his Lord, how can he be David's son?
45 Hakare veamo'za ana naneke nentahizageno, Jisasi'a amage'ma nentaza disaipol nagakura anage huno zamasami'ne,
Then, in the audience of all the people, he said to his disciples,
46 Kasegere ugota hu'naza vahekura kva hiho. Zaza kukena hu'za vahe zmavuga vu'zankuke nehu'za, maketi kumapi vahe'mo'za antahinezmiza hu frufra huzmantesaza zanku nehu'za, osi mono nompina ugota trate manisaza zanku nehu'za, ra nezama nezupa, knare trate mani'zankuke nentahize.
Beware of the scribes, who love to walk in robes, and affect salutations in public places, and the principal seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost places at feasts;
47 Kento a'nemokizmi fenozantami havige hu'za eneriza, anaza nosaza vahekna hu'za, vahe'mo'za antahiramisazegu zaza nunamu nehaze. E'inahukna zmavuzmava nehaza vahera, refkoma hania zupa tusi'a knaza zamigahie.
who devour the families of widows, and make long prayers for a disguise. These shall suffer the severest punishment.
