1 Zamavesra osu maka zupa nunamu hanagu, fronka ke Jisasi'a amagema nentaza disaipol naga'a anage huno zamasami'ne,
THEN he spake also to them a parable, to shew that we ought to pray always, and not faint;
2 Mago rankumatera ke refkohu (jas) kva nera mani'neakino, Anumzamofonku korera nosuno, vahe'mokizmia zmagefenkami netrea nere.
saying, There was a certain judge in a particular city, having no fear of God, nor respect for man:
3 Magora kento ara ana rankumapina mani'nea amo, ke refko nehia kva nete eva eva nehuno, anage hu'ne. Mago vahe'mo nazeri haviza nehianki naza huo hu'ne.
and there was a certain widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, Do me justice against my adversary.
4 Mago'a knafina ana a'mofo kea antahi omi'neanagi, henka anage huno agesa antahine. Nagra Anumzamofonkura korera nosu'na, vahe'mokizmia zmagefenkami netroanagi,
And he would not for a long while: but after this he said, Though I fear not God, nor respect man;
5 ama kento a'mo tutu hunenanteno hakare zupa evava nehuno nazeri navesra nehianki, ru evava huno nazeri naveresra hanigi aza hanue hu'ne.
yet because this woman is so troublesome to me, I will do her justice, lest by her perpetual coming she stun me with her importunity,
6 Ramo'a anage huno zamasmi'ne, Fatgo osu ke refkohu kva nemo'ma hu'nea kegu tamagesa antahiho hu'ne.
Then said the Lord, Hear what the unjust judge saith.
7 Hanki Anumzamo'ma huhampri zmantenea vahe'mo'za, hanine zagene antahigevava nehanageno'a, fatgo avu'avara huno zavikezmia antahino zamaza osugahio?
And shall not God execute vengeance for his own elect, who cry out to him day and night, though he bear long with them?
8 Amanage hu'na neramasamue. Agra ame huno zamasu ragizmanteno zamaza hugahie. Ana hugahianagi Vahe'mofo Mofavremo'ma esuno'a, Agra ama mopafi vahe'mofo zamentintia eme zamagegahifi eme ozamagegahie?
Yes, I tell you, that he will avenge them quickly. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, ah! shall he find faith on the earth?
Then he spake also this parable to certain persons, who had confidence in themselves, that they were righteous, and despised others:
10 Tare netremoke nunamu hunaku ra mono nompi mareri'na'e. Magora Farisi nere, magora takisi zago e'neria nere.
Two men went up to the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, the other a tax-farmer.
11 Farisi ne'mo'a otineno anage huno agra'agu nunamu hu'ne. Anumzamoka Nagra susu huna muse nehue, mago'a vaheknama osu'na havige huno musufa nesea vaheknara nosuna, kefoza nehaza vahekna osu'na, arave netanaza vahekna nosuna, ama takesi zago eneria ne'kna osu'noe.
The Pharisee, standing by himself, made this prayer: God, I thank thee, that I am not as the rest of mankind, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or as this tax-gatherer.
12 Maka sontamofo agu'afina tare zupa ne'zana a'o nehu'na, maka'zama atrena zagoma erufintira, 10ni'a kevufintira musezana mago kevu refko huna Anumzamoka negamue.
I keep a fast twice a week, I pay the tenth of all things I possess.
13 Hianagi takisi zagoma e'neria ne'mo ogantu otino manino monafinka kesga huno nonkeno, kepri huno amimizare nemasagino amanage hu'ne. Kumike vahe mani'noanki Anumzamoka kasuntaginanto huno hu'ne!
And the tax-gatherer standing at a distance, would not even so much as lift his eyes heaven-ward, but smote on his breast, saying, May God accept the atonement for me a sinner!
Hianagi iza'o avufama anteramisimofona, Anumzamo'a azeri sga hugahie.
I say to you, Went this man down to his house justified, or the other? for every one who exalteth himself shall be humbled; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Then they brought him infants also, that he should touch them: but the disciples, when they saw it, rebuked them.
Kazmia renkanire ozmanteho. Na'ankure Anumzamofo Kumara, e'inahu vahe'mokizmi kuma me'ne.
But Jesus calling them to him, said, Permit little children to come to me, and hinder them not for of such is the kingdom of God.
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
18 Mago afufenone kva ne'mo'a amanage huno Jisasina antahige'ne, Knare Rempi Hurami Ne'moke, nankna hute'na mani vava asimura erigahue? (aiōnios g166)
And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, by doing what shall I inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
19 Higeno Jisasi'a anage huno kenona ana ne'mofona asmi'ne, Na'a higenka Nagrikura knare hu'nane hunka nehane? Mago vahe'mo'a knarera osu'neanki, Anumzana magokemo knarera hu'ne.
Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good, but one, even God.
20 Hanki kagra kasegea antahinane, rumofo aro vea avazu osuo. Vahera aheofrio. Maka'zana musufa oso. Ru vahe'mofonkura havigea huonto. Negrerane negafane keznia erizafa huo, hu'nea kea antahinane. Huno Jisasi'a higeno, (Eks-Ati 20:12-16, Diu-Kas 5:16-20)
Thou knowest the commandments, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.
Then he said, All these things have I observed from my youth.
22 Jisasi'a ana ke antahiteno amanage huno ana ne'mofona asmi'ne, Mago zantfa atupara hu'nane, maka zanka'a zagore atrenka zago erinka, zamunte omne vahe nezamigeno, monafi fenonka'a mesigenka enka eme namage anto.
Then Jesus hearing this, said to him, Yet one thing thou lackest: sell all whatsoever thou hast, and distribute to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
But he, on hearing these things, was exceeding sorrowful: for he was very rich.
24 Jisasi'a ana nemofo negeno anage hu'ne, Fenozmine vahe'mo'za Anumzamofo Kumapima vunaku'ma hanazana tusi'a maraguzatigahaze!
Then Jesus, observing that he was very sorrowful, said, How difficultly shall they who have riches, enter into the kingdom of God!
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
26 Anampi mani'naza vahe'mo'za ana ne'kuma asamia kema nentahiza, hagi iza manivava asimura erigahie hu'za antahige'naze?
And those who heard it said, Who then can be saved?
27 Hianagi Jisasi'a anage hu'ne, Maka'zama vahe'mota osugazana, Anumzamo'a amne hugahie higeno,
And he said, The things impossible with men, are possible with God.
28 Pita'a amanage huno hu'ne. Ko, mika zantia atreta, Kagri kamage anteta neone.
Then said Peter, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee.
29 Higeno Jisasi'a anage huno zamasami'ne, Tamage hu'na neramasamue, magomo'a noma'o nenarono, afu aganano, nererano nefano, mofavre'ama Anumzamofo Kumaku'ma huno atresimo'a,
And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that there is no man who hath left family, or parents, or brothers, or wife, or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God,
30 amama mani'nea knafina rama'azantmi e'nerino, henkama esia knafina monarera, manivava asimura erigahie. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
who shall not receive back manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
31 Jisasi'a 12fu'a amage'nentaza disaipol naga'a zmavrekanti anteno, anage huno zamasami'ne, Antahiho, Tagra Jerusalemi kumate marerita vanunkeno, maka kema kasnampa vahe'mo'za, Vahe'mofo Mofavregu hu'za kre'naza kemofo avufa'a fore hugahie.
Then taking aside the twelve, he said to them, Lo, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all things written by the prophets concerning the Son of man will be fulfilled.
For he shall be delivered up to the Gentiles, and they shall insult him, and treat him with indignity, and spit upon him:
33 Ana nehu'za, sefu amite'za, ahefrisageno friteno, ete tagufa knazupa otigahie.
and after scourging, shall slay him: and the third day he shall rise again.
34 Hianagi amage'ma nentaza disaipol naga'mo'za fritena otigahue hiankemofo agafa'amo'a frakino oku'a me'nege'za, ana kemofo agafa'a antahi amara osu'naze.
And they understood none of these things: and the saying was concealed from them, and they knew not the things which were spoken.
35 Jisasi'ma Jeriko kumate vugofa nehigeno, mago avusuhu ne'mo kamofo ankenarega meme nehuno mani'neno,
And it came to pass, as he drew nigh to Jerusalem, a certain blind man sat by the road-side begging:
36 antahigeno rama'a vahe enevazageno, naza fore nehie? huno zmantahigege'za,
and hearing the multitude passing by, he inquired what was the cause.
And they told him, that Jesus the Nazarean is going by.
38 Ranke huno kezatino, Jisasio Deviti Nemofoga kasuntginanto! Higeno,
And he cried, saying, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me!
39 kotama vaza vahe'mo'za ana ke nentahi'za kesu'za, kea osunka kagira hamunkinka manio hu'naze. Hianagi mago'ane kezatino, Deviti Nemofoga kasuntginanto!
And they who were going before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me!
Then Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be brought to him: and when he was come near, he asked him,
41 Na'a huganteku hugenka nehane? Higeno, Ramoka ete navua keso'e hanuegu nehue!
saying, What wist thou that I should do for thee? Then he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.
42 Higeno Jisasi'a anage huno asmi'ne. Kamentintimo kazeri hari hianki kavua ko higeno,
And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee.
43 avurgamo'a ame huno anante hari higeno, ete knare huno negeno, Jisasina amage'anteno nevuno, Anumzamofo agi erisaga nehige'za, miko vahe'mo'za nege'za zamagranena Anumzamofo agi erisaga hu'naze.
And instantly he received sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise to God.
