< Jasi Vahere 4 >
1 Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za Ehuti'ma fritege'za Ra Anumzamofo avurera mago'ane ete kefo avu'ava zana hu'naze.
The children of Israel again did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight, when Ehud was dead.
2 Anama hazageno'a, Ra Anumzamo'a Hazori kuma kegava hu'nea Kenani kini ne' Jabini azampi Israeli vahera zamavarente'ne. Hagi ana kini ne'mofo sondia vahete kegavama hu'nea nera Haroset-Hagoimie nehaza kumate nemania nekino agi'a Sisera'e.
The LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, who reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose army was Sisera, who lived in Harosheth of the Gentiles.
3 Hagi Sisera'a 900'a ainire karisirami ante'neankino Israeli vahera 20'a kafufina arohura zamareno zamazeri haviza hige'za, zamaza hinogura Ra Anumzamofontega krafa hu'naze.
The children of Israel cried to the LORD, for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and he mightily oppressed the children of Israel for twenty years.
4 Hagi ana knafina kasnampa ara Debora'a Lapidoti nenarokino, Israeli vahe'mo'zama keagare'ma azageno'a keagazmia refko huno antahi'ne.
Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, judged Israel at that time.
5 Hagi Debora'a Rama kuma'ene Beteli kuma'ene amu'nompi Efraemi agona mopafi, tofegna zafa agafarere nehazare Debora mani'nege'za, Israeli vahe'mo'za knazazimia eri'za azageno keagazmia refko huno antahi'ne.
She lived under Deborah’s palm tree between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim; and the children of Israel came up to her for judgement.
6 Hagi mago zupa Debora'a Kedes-Naftali kumate ne' Abinoamu nemofo Barakintega kea atrentegeno vigeno, anante'ma egeno'a amanage huno asami'ne, Israeli vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a kagrikura amanage hu'ne, Vunka Naftali nagapinti'ene Zebuluni nagapintira 10tauseni'a venene zamavarenka Tabori agonare omeri atru hiho huno hu'ne.
She sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh Naphtali, and said to him, “Hasn’t the LORD, the God of Israel, commanded, ‘Go and lead the way to Mount Tabor, and take with you ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?
I will draw to you, to the river Kishon, Sisera, the captain of Jabin’s army, with his chariots and his multitude; and I will deliver him into your hand.’”
8 Anagema higeno'a Baraki'a amanage huno Deborankura hu'ne, Kagrama nagri'enema vanankena vugahue. Hianagi kagra nagri'enema ovnanana, nagra ovugahue.
Barak said to her, “If you will go with me, then I will go; but if you will not go with me, I will not go.”
9 Higeno Debora'a amanage huno hu'ne, Tamage nagra kagrane vugahue. Hu'neanagi amama vanana kamo'a, kagra ra kagia e'origosane. Na'ankure Ra Anumzamo'a Siserana mago a'mofo azampi avrentegahie. Anage nehuno Debora'a Barakina avaririno Kadesi kumatera vu'ne.
She said, “I will surely go with you. Nevertheless, the journey that you take won’t be for your honour; for the LORD will sell Sisera into a woman’s hand.” Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh.
Barak called Zebulun and Naphtali together to Kedesh. Ten thousand men followed him; and Deborah went up with him.
Now Heber the Kenite had separated himself from the Kenites, even from the children of Hobab, Moses’ brother-in-law, and had pitched his tent as far as the oak in Zaanannim, which is by Kedesh.
12 Hagi Abinoamu nemofo Baraki'ma Tabori agonare'ma marerie kema Siserama asamizageno nentahino,
They told Sisera that Barak the son of Abinoam had gone up to Mount Tabor.
13 Sisera'a 900'a ainire karisi ke hige'za eri'za neazageno, maka sondia vahetamina ke hutru hutege'za, Haroset-Hagoimitira Kisoni tinte vu'naze.
Sisera gathered together all his chariots, even nine hundred chariots of iron, and all the people who were with him, from Harosheth of the Gentiles, to the river Kishon.
14 Anante Debora'a Barakinkura amanage hu'ne, Otio! Na'ankure menina ama knarera Ra Anumzamo'a vugota huganteno, Siserana kagri kazampi avrente'ne. Anage higeno Baraki'a 10tauseni'a sondia vahera zamavareno, Tabori agonamofo asoparega urami'naze.
Deborah said to Barak, “Go; for this is the day in which the LORD has delivered Sisera into your hand. Hasn’t the LORD gone out before you?” So Barak went down from Mount Tabor, and ten thousand men after him.
15 Hagi Barakima ha'ma eri agafama higeno'a, Ra Anumzamo'a Siserane karisima eri'za vanoma nehaza maka sondia vahe'araminena antahintahi zimia zamazeri savari nehuno, zamazeri koro higeno Sisera'a karisi'afintira mopafi takaureno koro fre'ne.
The LORD confused Sisera, all his chariots, and all his army, with the edge of the sword before Barak. Sisera abandoned his chariot and fled away on his feet.
16 Ana higeno Baraki'a karisifi vanoma nehu'za ha'ma nehaza vahe'tmina zamavaririno Haroset-Hagoimi vuno magore huno ozmatreno, ome zamahe hana hu'ne.
But Barak pursued the chariots and the army to Harosheth of the Gentiles; and all the army of Sisera fell by the edge of the sword. There was not a man left.
However Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite; for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.
18 Hagi Jaeli'a seli noma'afinti'ma atiramino Siserama eme negeno'a amanage hu'ne, korora osunka seli noni'afi emarerinka emanio. Anage higeno Jaeli seli nompi Sisera'a umarerino umasegeno, franke erino kofinte'ne.
Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said to him, “Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; don’t be afraid.” He came in to her into the tent, and she covered him with a rug.
19 Anama nehigeno'a Sisera'a amanage hu'ne, nanankemo'a hagage hianki osi'a tina afinamige'na na'neno, higeno zagagafa akru'areti tro hu'nea tintafempinti mememofo amirina tagi amigeno netegeno, ete frankera eri kofintegeno mase'ne.
He said to her, “Please give me a little water to drink; for I am thirsty.” She opened a container of milk, and gave him a drink, and covered him.
20 Nemaseno amanage hu'ne, Seli nomofo kafante oti'nenka mago'a vahe'mo'ma eno'ma eme kantahigeno, mago'a vahera amafina mani'neoma hanigenka, i'o amafina mago'a vahera omani'ne hunka huo.
He said to her, “Stand in the door of the tent, and if any man comes and enquires of you, and says, ‘Is there any man here?’ you shall say, ‘No.’”
21 Hianagi Sisera'a asafe'atagu mase himre'negeno, Jaeli'a hamane seli no avazuhumpi huno negia azota eriteno, akoheno vuno Siserana ana frankepi taponeno asenia runagino aheno mopafi ahenarentegeno fri'ne.
Then Jael, Heber’s wife, took a tent peg, and took a hammer in her hand, and went softly to him, and struck the pin into his temples, and it pierced through into the ground, for he was in a deep sleep; so he fainted and died.
22 Anama nehigeno'a Baraki'a Siserana avaririno ne-egeno'a Jaeli'a viazamo amanage ome hu'ne, ege'na avaririnkama neana nera ome kaveri ha'neno, higeno Baraki'a amage vuno ome keana seli no avazuhumpi huno arenentea azotareti asenia renagino ahentenegeno ome ke'ne.
Behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael came out to meet him, and said to him, “Come, and I will show you the man whom you seek.” He came to her; and behold, Sisera lay dead, and the tent peg was in his temples.
23 E'i ana zupage Israeli vahe zamavufi Anumzamo'a Kenani kini ne' Jabinina hara hu agatere'ne.
So God subdued Jabin the king of Canaan before the children of Israel on that day.
The hand of the children of Israel prevailed more and more against Jabin the king of Canaan, until they had destroyed Jabin king of Canaan.
