1 Anante Rubeni naga'ma Gati naga'ma, amu'nompinti refko hu'naza Manase nagara Josua'a kehige'za eme eri tru hazageno,
Then Joshua calls for the Reubenite, and for the Gadite, and for the half-tribe of Manasseh,
2 amanage huno zamasami'ne, Ra Anumzamofo eri'za ne' Mosese'ma hihoma huno'ma huramante'nea zana ana maka hago huvagare'naze. Ana nehutma nagrama hihoma hu'na huankea ana maka amage ante'naze.
and says to them, “You have kept the whole of that which Moses, servant of YHWH, commanded you, and you listen to my voice, to all that I have commanded you;
3 Hanki korapa knareti eno menima ama knare'ma egetma, tamagra tamafuhe'ina zamatreta ofretma, Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma e'ina hugahaze huno'ma tami'nea eri'zana ana maka erivagare'naze.
you have not left your brothers these many days to this day, and have kept the charge—the command of your God YHWH.
4 Hanki menina Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo huvempama hu'nea ke'a amage anteno tamafuhe'ina manigsa zami'ne. E'ina hu'negu Ra Anumzamofo eri'za ne' Mosese'ma tami'nea mopa zage hanati kaziga Jodani timofo kantu kaziga nonkumatamima mane'nea mopare vugahaze.
And now, your God YHWH has given rest to your brothers, as He spoke to them; and now, turn, and go for yourselves to your tents, to the land of your possession, which Moses, servant of YHWH, has given to you beyond the Jordan.
5 Hianagi Ra Anumzamofo eri'za ne' Mosese'ma tami'nea kasegene tra kenena kegava huso'e hu'netma amage anteho. Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamofo avesinenteta, Agri avu'ava nevaririta, kasege'a amage nenteta, Agrane tragoteta mani'neta, maka tamagu tamenteti hutma Agri eri'zana erinteho.
Only, be very watchful to do the command and the Law which Moses, servant of YHWH, commanded you, to love your God YHWH, and to walk in all His ways, and to keep His commands, and to cleave to Him, and to serve Him, with all your heart, and with all your soul.”
6 Anante Josua'a asomu ke huzamanteteno huzmantege'za seli nonkuma zamirega vu'naze.
And Joshua blesses them, and sends them away, and they go to their tents.
7 Hanki amu'nompinti'ma refkoma haza ruga'a Manase nagara Mosese'a Basani kazigati mago mopa ko zami'ne. Hanki Manase naga'ma amu'nompinti'ma refkoma hu'naza nagara Israeli vahe'mo'za'ma Jodani timofo zage fre kaziga mopama erinafinti Josua'a mopa zami'ne. Anama huteno'a Josua'a asomu ke huzamanteteno huzamantege'za seli nonkuma zamirega nevzageno,
And to the half-tribe of Manasseh Moses has given, in Bashan, and to its [other] half Joshua has given with their brothers beyond the Jordan westward; and also when Joshua has sent them away to their tents, then he blesses them,
8 amanage huno zamasami'ne, tamagra rama'a feno zantamine bulimakao afu kevutamima, silvama, golima, bronsima, aenine, rama'a knare kukenanema, ha'ma hu zamagatereta eri'naza zantamina erita menina seli nonkuma tamirega vuta tamafuhe'zanena ome refko huta eriho.
and speaks to them, saying, “Turn back to your tents with great riches, and with very much livestock, with silver, and with gold, and with bronze, and with iron, and with very much raiment; divide the spoil of your enemies with your brothers.”
9 Ana hutege'za, Rubeni naga'ma, Gati naga'ma, ruga'a Manase naga'mo'za Israeli vahera Kenani kaziga Sailo kumate zamatre'za, Ra Anumzamo'ma Mosese asami'nea kante ante'za eri'naza moparega Gileati vu'naze.
And the sons of Reuben, and the sons of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, turn back and go from the sons of Israel out of Shiloh, which [is] in the land of Canaan, to go to the land of Gilead, to the land of their possession, in which they have possession, according to the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses;
10 Hanki Rubeni naga'ma, Gati naga'ma, ruga'a Manase naga'mo'zama Kenani Mopa atre'za Jodani ti tava'onte Geliloti ete'za, anante tusi'a kresramna vu ita tro hu'naze.
and they come to the districts of the Jordan, which [are] in the land of Canaan, and the sons of Reuben, and the sons of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, build an altar there by the Jordan—a great altar in appearance.
11 Hagi anama hazazana mago'a vahe'mo'za kete'za vu'za Israeli vahe'mokizmia ome zmasami'za, Rubeni naga'ma, Gati naga'ma, ruga'a Manase naga'mo'za vu'za Kenani mopama ome atretega Gelilotia, Jodani timofo tavaonte tagri mopa kaziga, Kresramana vu ita ome tro hu'naze hazage'za,
And the sons of Israel hear, saying, “Behold, the sons of Reuben, and the sons of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, have built the altar at the frontier of the land of Canaan, in the districts of the Jordan, at the passage of the sons of Israel.”
12 ana zamofo nanekema nentahi'za ana maka Israeli vahe'mo'za oti'za ha' huzmante'naku Sailo kumate eri tru hu'za trotra hu'naze.
And the sons of Israel hear, and all the congregation of the sons of Israel is assembled at Shiloh, to go up against them to war;
13 Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za pristi ne' Eleazar nemofo Fineasina huntazageno, Rubenima, Gatima, amu'nompinti'ma refko hu'za vu'naza Manase naga'ma Gileatima mani'narega vu'ne.
and the sons of Israel send to the sons of Reuben, and to the sons of Gad, and to the half-tribe of Manasseh—to the land of Gilead—Phinehas son of Eleazar the priest,
14 Hanki Finiasi'enena 10ni'a vugagota kva vahetamine huzmantazage'za vu'naze. Ana vahera tauseni'a Israeli vahepima mago'mago naga'nofi'ma mani'nafintira vugagota hu'naza vahe'age, mago'mago huhamprintetere hazage'za vu'naze.
and ten princes with him, one prince—one prince for a house of a father, for all the tribes of Israel, and each of them a head of a house of their fathers, for the thousands of Israel.
15 Hanki Rubeni naga'ma, Gati naga'ma, ruga'a Manase naga'ma hu'za Gileati kumate'ma mani'nare e'za amanage hu'za eme zamasmi'naze,
And they come to the sons of Reuben, and to the sons of Gad, and to the half-tribe of Manasseh, to the land of Gilead, and speak with them, saying,
16 ana maka Ra Anumzamofo kevu naga'mo'za amanage hu'za hu'naze. Na'ahigeta amanahu tamavu tamavara huta Ra Anumzamofona antahi omi'naze. Na'ahigeta Ra Anumzamofona tamefira humita ke'a rutagreta menina ama kresramna vu ita Ra Anumzamofoma ha'marente'zana tamagra tro hu'naze.
“Thus said all the congregation of YHWH: What [is] this trespass which you have trespassed against the God of Israel, to turn back today from after YHWH, by your building an altar for yourselves, for your rebelling today against YHWH?
17 Kora Peori kumate'ma, mani'neta kumi hunkeno Ra Anumzamo'a mago kri atregeno vahe'a eme zamazeri haviza hu'neane, hagi meninena ana kumimo'a tatreno ovu'ne. Tamagrama antahi'zana ana hazenke zamo'a knare hu'nefi, ana hu'negeta mago'ene ru hazenkea nehazo?
Is the iniquity of Peor little to us, from which we have not been cleansed until this day—and the plague is in the congregation of YHWH,
18 Hagi menina Ra Anumzamofona tamamefira hunemize, menima Ra Anumzamofoma Agri kema ontahita ha'ma rentesageno'a, okina Agra ana maka Israeli vahe'mota rimpa aherantegahie.
that you turn back today from after YHWH? And it has been [that] you rebel against YHWH today, and tomorrow He is angry against all the congregation of Israel.
19 Hagi mopa tamimo'ma Anumzamofo avure'ma havizama hu'ne hutama hanuta, tamagra eta tagri mopafima Ra Anumzamofo seli mono noma me'nere, Agri mopa fatgofi tagrane emaniho. Hanki tamagra na'a hu'negeta Ra Anumzamofona ke'a antahi nomita tagrira tatreta vuta, Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamofo Kresramana vu itama ko'ma me'neana atreta, ru kresramna vu ita tro nehaze.
And surely, if the land of your possession is unclean, pass over for yourselves to the land of the possession of YHWH, where the Dwelling Place of YHWH has dwelt, and have possession in our midst; and do not rebel against YHWH, and do not rebel against us, by your building an altar for yourselves, besides the altar of our God YHWH.
20 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'ma i'o hu'nea zantamima, Zera nemofo Akani'ma Jeriko rankumapinti'ma Ra Anumzamofo ke'ma ru tagreno'ma eri'nea kumi'amofo kna'a agrakera ofri'neanki mago'a nema agri kumimofo kna'ama eri'za fri'naza zana tamagera okaniho.
Did Achan son of Zerah not commit a trespass in the devoted thing, and there was wrath on all the congregation of Israel? And he alone did not expire in his iniquity.”
21 Anante Rubeni naga'ma, Gati naga'ma, ruga'a amu'nompinti refkoma hu'naza Manase naga'mo'za oti'za Israeli vahepima nagate nofite'ma ugagota hu'naza vahera amanage hu'za zamasmi'naze,
And the sons of Reuben, and the sons of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, answer and speak with the heads of the thousands of Israel:
22 hankavenentake Anumzana Ra Anumzana Agrake mani'ne, magoke hankavenentake hu'nea Ra Anumzamo Agra antahi'ne, hu'negu Israeli vahe'motanena antahiho, tagrama Ra Anumzamofo kema rutagrege, Agri kasegema ovariri nesunketa menina oratreta tahe friho.
“The God of gods—YHWH, the God of gods—YHWH, He is knowing, and Israel—he knows, if [we are] in rebellion, and if in trespass against YHWH, do not save us this day!
23 Hanki tagrama Ra Anumzamofoma tamefi humi kazigati'ma kresramna vu ofama huge, witi ofa huge, mago tarimpa hu ofama hu kresramna vu itama tro'ma hu'nesunkeno'a, Ra Anumzamo'a Agra'a tagrira tazeri haviza hugahie.
[If we] are building an altar for ourselves to turn back from after YHWH, and if to cause burnt-offering and present to go up on it, and if to make peace-offerings on it—YHWH Himself requires [it].
24 Hianagi tagrama ana itama tro'ma hu'nonana, henkama tamagri tamagehe'za, tagri tageheinku hu'za, tagri Ra Anumzantera monora huontege, amagera ontegahazema hu'za hu'zanku koro huta tro hu'none.
And nevertheless, we have done it from fear of [this] thing, saying, Hereafter your sons speak to our sons, saying, And what have you to [do with] YHWH God of Israel?
25 Hanki tagri'ene, tamagri'ene amu'nompina Ra Anumzamo Jodani tinte mopamofo agema'a ante'neankita, tamagra Rubeni naga'ene Gati nagara tagri naga omani'naze nehu'za, Anumzana tamagri Anumza omani'neankita monora huonteho hu'za hu'zanku koro huta ana ita tro hu'none.
For YHWH has put a border between us and you, O sons of Reuben, and sons of Gad—Jordan; you have no portion in YHWH—and your sons have caused our sons to cease, not to fear YHWH.
26 E'ina agafare amanage hu'none, kresramna vu itama tro'ma hu'nonana tevefima kresramna vu ofa hu ito, mago'a zama kresramna vu ofa hu ita trora osu'none.
And we say, Now let us prepare to build the altar for ourselves—not for burnt-offering, nor for sacrifice—
27 Hagi tamagri'ene tagri'enena ama anazamo'a mago avame'za mane'neno, tagehezama henkama fore'ma hanaza vahera zamaveri huno, tagranena Ra Anumzana Agriteke monora hunentone hugahaze. Ana hanige'za tamagranena Ra Anumzamofo avurera tevefi kresramna vu ofane, ruzahu ruzahu ofaramine, rimpa fru ofanena mono noma'afina hunentaze hugahaze. Ru ete henka tamagri tamagehe'za tagri tagehe'inku hu'za tamagra Ra Anumzamofo vahe omani'naze huzanku anara hu'none.
but it [is] a witness between us and you, and between our generations after us, to do the service of YHWH before Him with our burnt-offerings, and with our sacrifices, and with our peace-offerings, and your sons do not say hereafter to our sons, You have no portion in YHWH.
28 E'ina hu'negu tagra amanage huta hu'none, tamagrama amanahu kema tagritero, tagehe'inte'ma hanageta amanage huta zamasmigahune huta hu'none, Ra Anumzamofo kresramna vu itama tafahezama tro hazageno me'neana keho, mago kresramna vu ofa huge, ruzahu ruzahu ofa hu ita trora osu'nonanki tamagri'ene tagri'ene amu'nompina, ama ana itamo'a mago avame'za me'ne huta hugahune.
And we say, And it has been, when they say [so] to us, and to our generations hereafter, that we have said, See the pattern of the altar of YHWH, which our fathers made—not for burnt-offering nor for sacrifice—but it [is] a witness between us and you.
29 Tagrama ama ana itama tro'ma hu'nonana, tevefi kre fanane hu ofa huge, witi ofa huge, ruzahu ruzahu ofama hu ita trora osu'none. Tagra e'inama hanuta, Ra Anumzamofona tamefi humita ke'a rutagregahune. Hagi Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamofo itama seli mono nomofo avugama me'nea kresramna vu itamofo noma eri'nigure huta trora huonte'none.
Far be it from us to rebel against YHWH, and to turn back from after YHWH today, to build an altar for burnt-offering, for present, and for sacrifice, apart from the altar of our God YHWH, which [is] before His Dwelling Place.”
30 Hanki pristi ne' Fineasi'ene Israeli vahepima mago mago naga nofite'ma ugagota hutere hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Rubeni naga'ma, Gati naga'ma, Manase naga'mo'zama hazankema nentahi'za, zamagra zamarimpa fru nehu'za muse hu'naze.
And Phinehas the priest, and the princes of the congregation, and the heads of the thousands of Israel, who [are] with him, hear the words which the sons of Reuben, and the sons of Gad, and the sons of Manasseh have spoken, and it is good in their eyes.
31 Hanki anante pristi ne' Eleazari nemofo Finiasi'a, Rubenima, Gatine, Manase nagara amanage huno zamasami'ne, menina tagrama keama'ma hunana Ra Anumzamo'a tagrane mani'ne. Na'ankure tamagra Ra Anumzamofo ke'a tamefira huonte'naze, e'inama hazana maka Israeli vahe'mota Ra Anumzamofo azampintira tagu'vazize.
And Phinehas son of Eleazar the priest says to the sons of Reuben, and to the sons of Gad, and to the sons of Manasseh, “Today we have known that YHWH [is] in our midst, because you have not committed this trespass against YHWH—then you have delivered the sons of Israel out of the hand of YHWH.”
32 Ana keagama hute'za pristi ne' Eleaza nemofo Finiasi'ene Israeli nagapi nagate nofite ugagota hu'naza kva vahe'mo'za ete Kenani e'za Rubenine, Gati, naga'enema keagama hu'naza zamofo agenkea Israeli vahera Gileati kumate mani'nage'za eme zamisami'naze.
And Phinehas son of Eleazar the priest, and the princes, turn back from the sons of Reuben, and from the sons of Gad, out of the land of Gilead, to the land of Canaan, to the sons of Israel, and bring them back word;
33 Hanki anazamofo agenkema Israeli naga'mo'zama nentahi'za muse hu'za Anumzamofo ra agi nemi'za, Rubenine, Gati naga'ma nemaniza mopama ha' huzamanteta mopazamima eri haviza hugahunema hu'naza ke'a eri atre'naze.
and the thing is good in the eyes of the sons of Israel, and the sons of Israel bless God, and have not spoken to go up against them to war, to destroy the land which the sons of Reuben, and the sons of Gad, are dwelling in.
34 Hanki Rubenine, Gati naga'mo'za ana itamofonkura hu'za Amu'nontifi Avame'za me'nena Ra Anumzana tagri Anumza mani'ne huta antahi amigahune hu'za agi'a antemi'naze.
And the sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad proclaim concerning the altar, that, “[It is] a witness between us that YHWH [is] God.”
