< Joni 1 >

1 Ese agafare Ke me'neane, higeno ana Kemo'a Anumzane me'ne, ana Kea e'i Anumzane.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 Ese agafarera Agra Anumzane tragoteno mani'neane.
The same was in the beginning with God.
3 Maka'zana Agrake'za tro hu'ne, hagi mago'zana ru kampintira fore osu'ne, makazana Agrake tro hu'ne.
By Him were all things made, and without Him was not any one thing made that was made.
4 Agripi asimura me'ne, hagi ana asimumo'a vahe'mofo Masa'e.
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
5 Ana masamo'a hanizana remsa hunetreankino hanizamo'a agateore'ne.
And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness attained it not.
6 Hagi mago nera Anumzamo huntegeno e'ne, Ana ne'mofo agi'a Joni'e.
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John:
7 Ana ne'ma e'neana, Masamofo naneke hanigu e'ne. Ana hanige'za naneke'a nentahiza zamentinti hugahaze.
this man came for witness, that he might testify concerning the light, that through him all might believe.
8 Agra ana masa omani'ne, hanki ana masamofo naneke hu'ama hanigu e'ne.
He was not that light, but was sent to bear witness of the light.
9 Agra tamage masamo ama mopafi maka vahe remsa huzmentesigu ne-e.
The true light was that which enlightneth every man that cometh into the world.
10 Ama mopafi Agra mani'ne, hagi Agra'a ama mopa tro hu'ne, hu'neanagi ama mopafi vahe'mo'za Agrira antahi'za ke'za osu'naze.
He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and yet the world knew Him not:
11 Agra'a vaheku huno e'ne, hianagi Agri vahe'mo'za ovare'naze.
yea, He came to his own peculiar right, and even his own people received Him not.
12 Hianagi iza'zo nevare'za Agri agifima zamentintima nehaza vahe'mokizmia, Agra'a hugnare hige'za Anumzamofo mofavre se'naze.
But as many as received Him, to them granted He the privilege to become the children of God, even to them that believe on his name;
13 Hagi Anumzamofo mofavrema senazana arera afa zamesitero, vahe avesitero, neve avesitera forera osunazanki, Anumzamo zamazeri fore hu'ne.
who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14 Ana Kemo vahe fore huteno, tagri'ene mani'ne. Agri masazama'a tagra ke'none, magoke ante'nea Ne'mo hanave'ane masa zama'ane Nefantegati e'ne. Asunku zamo'ene tamage kemo'a avite'nea Nere.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, being full of grace and truth: and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only-begotten of the Father.
15 Joni'a huama huno Agriku hu'ne. Agra kezatino amanage hu'ne, nagrama amama nehuana Agriku nehue, nagri namage'ma ne-emo'a, nagrira nagateretfa hu'ne. Na'ankure nagra fore osu'nogeno Agra pusante fore huno mani'neane.
Of Him did John bare witness, and publicly declared, saying, This was He of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me; for He was before me.
16 Higeta tagra ana maka'mota hakare zana Agripi avitenefinti e'nerunkeno, asunku huranteno muse zama'a agumpi agumpi huno neramie.
And of his fulness have we all received, even grace for grace.
17 Na'ankure kasegea Mosesempi tami'ne. Hagi asunku'zane tamage kea, Jisas Kraisimpi tami'ne.
For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ:
18 Mopafi vahe'mo'a magore huno Anumzana onketfa hu'ne. Anumzamofo mofavrea magoke mani'neno, Nafa'amofo asumpinka mani'ne, Agra'a Anumzana mani'neno huama hu'ne.
and though no one hath ever seen God, or can see Him: yet the only-begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, hath made Him known.
19 Hagi Jiu kva vahe'mo'za, mono kva pristi vahe'ene Livae vahera Jerusalemi kumateti huma zamantage'za Jonina antahigeku vu'za, Kagra azage? hu'za ome antahige'naze.
And this is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent from Jerusalem priests and Levites to ask him, Who art thou?
20 Antahigageno'a agra huama nehuno vahane osuno, huama huno, Nagra tamazahu nera Kraisi'na omani'noe.
he confessed, and denied not; but declared openly, I am not the Christ.
And they asked him, What then? art thou Elias? And he said, I am not. Art thou a prophet? and he answered, No.
22 Hagi hurantagetama e'nona vahe ome zamasmisunku nehune. Azaga mani'nane huta kagrikura ome zamasmigahune? Kagragura azage hunka nehane?
Therefore said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us: What dost thou say of thy self?
23 Hazageno Agra anage hu'ne, Mago Kezanke ka'ma mopafi mani'neno keza tino, Ramofo ka azeri ante fatgo hiho huno Aisaia kasnampa ne'mo korapa hunte'nea ne' mani'noe. (Ais 40:3.)
and he said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, "Make straight the way of the Lord," according to Esaias the prophet.
24 Hu'zmantage'za e'naza Farisi vahe'mo'za,
Now they that were sent, were of the pharisees:
25 zamagra antahige'za, amanage agriku hu'naze, kagra Kraisigafi, Elaijagafi, mago Kasnampa ne'ma omaninenka, nahigenka mono tina fre nezmantane?
and they asked him, and said to him, Why then dost thou baptize, if thou art not the Christ, nor Elias, nor a prophet?
26 Joni'a kenona zamirera anage hu'ne, nagra amne tintfanteti mono tina frenermantoe. Hu'neanagi tamagri amunompina magora tamagra keta antahita osu'naza ne' oti'ne.
John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not;
27 E'ima Agra nagri nmage'ma esanimofona Agri aga'nona knare osu'noankina katu ofegahue.
that cometh after me, but is preferred before me, the latchet of whose shoe I am not worthy to unloose.
28 Ana nanekea Betani kumara Jodani timofo asoparega Joni'ma mono tima frenezmanterega antahigazageno zmasami'ne.
These things passed at Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
29 Anante kotigeno Jisasi'a agrite egeno negeno, Joni'a amanage hu'ne, keho, Anumzamofo Sipisipi anentara, ama mopafi vahe'mokizmi kumira, Agra eri atregahie!
The next day John seeth Jesus coming towards him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world.
30 Ama'ne ana nera, Agriku'ma hu'na nagrama kema hu'noana, nagri namge'ma esnia nera, nagrira nagatereno ra agi eri'nea nere, nagra fore osu'nogeno, Agra korapa Agraragisa mani'nea nere.
This is He of whom I said, After me cometh a man, who is preferred before me: for He was before me.
31 Nagra antahi'na ke'na Agrira osu'noanagi, Israeli vahe'mo'za Agrira antahiza keza hanaze hu'na, nagra ena mono tina eme frezmante'noe.
And I knew Him not: but therefore came I baptizing with water, that He might be made known to Israel.
32 Joni'a huama huno amanage hu'ne, Nagra kogeno Avamura maho namamo hiaza huno monafinti eramino Agrite emanige'na ke'noe.
And John testified saying, I saw the Spirit descending like a dove from heaven, and it abode upon Him.
33 Nagra ke'na antahi'na Agrira osu'noanagi, mono tima frezmanto huno'ma hunante'nea ne'mo'a anage huno nasmi'ne, kesnankenoma Avamumo'ma monafinkati'ma eramino Agrite'ma emani'nea ne'mo, Agra Ruotge Avamupina mono tina fre zamantegahie hu'ne.
And I knew Him not: but He that sent me to baptize with water, said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending and abiding on Him, the same is he that baptizeth with the Holy Spirit.
34 Nagrani'a kete'na, huama hu'na ama Anumzamofo mofavre hu'na neramasmue.
And I saw it, and therefore testified that this is the Son of God.
35 Anante zupa Joni'a, amage'ma nenta'a disaipoli netrema'ane oti'neno,
The day following John was standing, (and two of his disciples, )
36 Jisasi'a ne-egeno Joni'a negeno amanage huno hu'ne, Keho, amu Anumzamofo Sipisipi anentare,
and looking upon Jesus as He was walking, he saith, "Behold the lamb of God."
37 anage hige'ne, Joni amagema nenta'a disaipol netremoke nentahi'ne, Jisasi amage'anteke vu'na'e.
And when the two disciples heard what he said, they followed Jesus.
38 Jisasi'a amage'a nevakeno rukrahe huno neznageno, Na'anku nehakra'e? huno znantahigege'ne, Rempi hurami ne'moka inante Kagra nemanine? hu'ne antahigena'e.
And Jesus turning, and seeing them following Him, saith unto them, What do ye seek? They said unto Him, Rabbi (that is to say, Master, ) where is thine abode?
39 Agra anage zanagriku hu'ne, E'netna tanagratani'a emege'o hige'ne, Agrane vuke nemania nonkuma omenege'ne ana zupa Agrane mani'nakeno, 4 kiloki hu'ne.
He saith unto them, Come and see. And they came and saw where He dwelt, and abode with Him that day: and it was about the tenth hour.
40 Hagi nanterana mago'mo Joni hiankema antahiteno Jisasi amage'ma vu'nea nera Endru'e, Saimon Pitana nefu'e.
Now Andrew the brother of Simon Peter, was one of the two that heard what John said, and thereupon followed Jesus.
41 Hagi Endru'a, Jisasima keteno pusante Endru'a nefu Saimoni keno, amanage huno asami'ne. Tagra hago Mesaiana hakreta erifore hu'none. (E'i ana agima eri rukrehe'ma hu'neana Kraisi'e hu'ne.)
He first meeteth with his own brother Simon, and telleth him, "We have found the Messiah, which is to say, the Christ."
42 Jisasinte Endru'a, Saimonina avreno vu'ne. Vigeno Jisasi'a negeno anage huno asmi'ne, Kagra Saimonige Joni nemofoga mani'nane, kagri kagi'a Sifasi'e hugahaze. (E'i ana agima eri rukrehe'ma hu'neana Pita'e hu'ne.)
And Andrew brought him to Jesus: and Jesus looking at him said, Thou art Simon the son of Jonas, thou shalt be called Cephas; which is interpreted a stone.
43 Mseno kotigeno Jisasi'a Galili vunaku nehuno Filipi ome negeno, Nagri namage anto hu'ne.
The day following Jesus had a mind to go out into Galilee, and meeting with Philip, saith unto him, Follow me.
44 Hanki Filipi'a Betsaidati ne' Andrune, Pitakiznia rankuma zani'areti nere.
Now Philip was of Bethsaida the city of Andrew and Peter.
45 Filipi'a, Natanieli'e nehaza ne' kefore huteno amanage huno asmi'ne, Mosesi'ene kasnampa vahe'mo'zama avontafepima agenke'ama krente'naza Ne'ma, Nazareti kumateti Josefe nemofo Jisasi'e hu'naza nera hago hakreta erifore hu'none, huno asmi'ne.
Philip meeting Nathaniel, saith unto him, We have found Him, of whom Moses in the law, and of whom the prophets also wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Jeseph.
46 Natanieli'a anage huno Filipina antahige'ne, Nazaretia knare'zana efore hugahio? Filipi'a anage hu'ne, kagraka'a enka emego.
And Nathaniel said unto him, Can any thing good come out of Nazareth? Philip replied, Come and see.
47 Natanieli'a Agritega ne-egeno Jisasi'a negeno amanage hu'ne, Keho, tamage Israeli vahere agu'afina havige hu'zana omne'ne!
And when Jesus saw Nathaniel coming towards Him, He saith concerning him, "Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile."
48 Natanieli'a Agriku anage hu'ne. Kagra inankna hunka nagrira nage'nane? Jisasi'a ke'nona huno amanage hu'ne, Filipi'a kagi osu'negenka fiki zafa agafafi mani'nanke'na ko kage'noe.
Nathaniel saith unto Him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered him, Before Philip called thee, I saw thee, when under the fig-tree.
49 Higeno Natanieli'a Agri ke'nona amanage hu'ne, Hurami nere, Kagra fatgo hunka Anumzamofo nemofoga mani'nane. Kagra Israeli vahe'mokizmi Kini nere.
Nathaniel replied, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the king of Israel.
50 Higeno, Jisasi'a ke'are anage huno asmi'ne, Na'ankure Nagrama hu'na fiki zafa agafafi mani'nanke'na kage'noema huazanku kamentinti nehano? Henka'a agatere'neaza ruzahu'za kagra kegahane.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I told thee that I saw thee under the fig-tree, thou believest: thou shalt see greater things than these.
51 Higeno Jisasi'a mago'ane amanage huno Natanielina asami'ne, Tamagerafa hu'na Nagra kagrira negasamue, kagra negesankeno mona kafamo'a anagisigeno, Anumzamofo ankero zagamo'za, Vahe'mofo Mofavrere mareriza tamiza nehanigenka kegahane.
And He saith unto him, Verily verily I say unto you, Ye shall hereafter see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.
