1 Hagi hanavenimo'a evuramigeno, knani'amo'a eme upa nehigeno, vahe'ma asente matimo'a navega anteno me'ne.
My spirit is broken, my days are ended, the last resting-place is ready for me.
Truly, those who make sport of me are round about me, and my eyes become dark because of their bitter laughing.
3 Hagi nagrira hazenkeni'a omneneanki, Anumzamoka naza huo.
Be pleased, now, to be responsible for me to yourself; for there is no other who will put his hand in mine.
4 Kagra antahintahizmia eriginke'za ama ana zana antahi amara nosaze. E'ina hu'negu zamatrege'za kefintira nazeri havizana hu'za nagateoreho.
You have kept their hearts from wisdom: for this cause you will not give them honour.
5 Zamagra'a knare zanku nentahi'za, aronezmia zamazeri haviza nehaze. E'ina hu'negu mofavrezimia zamatrege'za, zamagaku nehu'za friho.
As for him who is false to his friend for a reward, light will be cut off from the eyes of his children.
6 Hagi vahe amu'nompina Anumzamo'a nagrira nazeri kizazokago zankna higeno, vahe'mo'za navugosafina zamavetura ahenante'za vano nehaze.
He has made me a word of shame to the peoples; I have become a mark for their sport.
My eyes have become dark because of my pain, and all my body is wasted to a shade.
The upright are surprised at this, and he who has done no wrong is troubled because of the evil-doers.
Still the upright keeps on his way, and he who has clean hands gets new strength.
10 Hianagi mika'mota atreta rukrahe huta eho, tamagri amu'nompina knare antahi'zane vahera hakre'na eri forera osu'noe.
But come back, now, all of you, come; and I will not see a wise man among you.
11 Nagrira knani'a vagaregeno amuha zani'a omane. Ana higeno nagesama antahi'na hugahuema hu'na retroma hu'noa zamo'a amare eme vagare.
My days are past, my purposes are broken off, even the desires of my heart.
They are changing night into day; they say, The light is near the dark.
13 Nagra fri vahe kumapima tafe'ma hu'na hanintirima hu'nefima masoresina knare hisine. Hanki hanimpima tafeni'ama rutare'na masina masogeno'a, knare hisine. (Sheol h7585)
If I am waiting for the underworld as my house, if I have made my bed in the dark; (Sheol h7585)
If I say to the earth, You are my father; and to the worm, My mother and my sister;
15 Hagi amuha zani'a iga me'ne? Iza amuha zani'a hakeno eri fore hugahie.
Where then is my hope? and who will see my desire?
16 Hagi amuha zanimo'a fri vahe kuma kafante uramigahifi? Tagranena kugusopafi uramigahuno? (Sheol h7585)
Will they go down with me into the underworld? Will we go down together into the dust? (Sheol h7585)
