< Jovu 12 >

1 Anage higeno Jopu'a amanage huno Sofarina kenona hunte'ne,
And Job answered and said,
2 Tamagrama antahi'zana tamagrake maka zana antahita keta hu'nazankino frisageno'a, knare antahi'zamo'a fanane hugahie huta nehaze.
So then you [alone] are men, and wisdom shall die with you?
3 Hianagi nagra'enena kagrama hanaza hu'na ama' antahi'zane vahe mani'noe. Iza kagri negi vahera mani'neno, kagrama hanana nanekea nontahie?
[But] I also have a heart as well as you.
4 Nagra fatgo vahe mani'nena Anumzamofontega nunamuna nehugeno nunamuni'a antahinenamia vahe mani'noanagi ronenimota hunanteta nagiza neraze.
For a righteous and blameless man has become a subject for mockery.
For it had been ordained that he should fall under others at the appointed time, and that his houses should be spoiled by transgressors: let not however any one trust that, being evil, he shall be [held] guiltless,
even as many as provoke the Lord, as if there were indeed to be no inquisition [made] of them.
7 Hianagi afi zagagafa zmantahigege'za rempi hunegaminagenka, anami kankamumpima hare'za vanoma nehaza namaramina zmantahigege'za kasamiho.
But ask now the beasts, if they may speak to you; and the birds of the air, if they may declare to you.
8 Huge mopamofo antahigegeno rempi hunegamina, atregeno hagerimpi nozamemo'za kasmiho.
Tell the earth, if it may speak to you: and the fishes of the sea shall explain to you.
Who then has not known in all these things, that the hand of the Lord has made them?
10 Na'ankure mika zagagafamofo asimura Anumzamofo azampi megeno, mika vahe'mofo asimu'mo'enena Agri azampinke me'ne.
Whereas the life of all living things is in his hand, and the breath of every man.
11 Hagi ne'zama neneno'ma haga'ama antahiaza huta tagra'a tagesafinti kea nentahita, kea refko huta nentahune.
For the ear tries words, and the palate tastes meats.
12 Ranra vahepi knare antahi'zana megeno, antahi ama'ma hu' antahi'zana ozafanafafi me'ne.
In length of time is wisdom, and in long life knowledge.
13 Hianagi knare antahi'zane hihamunena Anumzamofompi me'negeno Agripinke knare antahi'zane, antahi ama'mahu antahi'zanena me'ne.
With him are wisdom and power, with him counsel and understanding.
14 Anumzamo'ma eri haviza hu'nesia zana mago vahe'mo'a eri so'e hugara osu'ne. Hagi Agrama kinama huntesia vahera mago'mo'a kinafintira katufetregara osu'ne.
If he should cast down, who will build up? if he should shut up against man, who shall open?
15 Anumzamo'ma ko'ma neriazama azerinigeno'a, mopamo'a hagage koka megahie. Hagi Agrama tima azerinenireti'ma atresanigeno'a ti hageno mopa refitegahie.
If he should withhold the water, he will dry the earth: and if he should let it loose, he overthrows and destroys it.
16 Hagi hihamune knare antahi'zanena Agripi me'neankino, vahe'ma revatgama nehia vahe'ene, anama rezmavatgama nehaza vahe'mo'zanena Agri hanavefi mani'naze.
With him are strength and power: he has knowledge and understanding.
17 Hagi knare antahi'zama vahe'ma nezmiza vahera knare antahi'zazmia erihana nehuno, keagama refkoma nehaza vahera, zamazeri neginagi vahe kna nehie.
He leads counsellors away captive, and maddens the judges of the earth.
18 Hagi Agra kini vahe'mokizmia kini kukena'zmia hateno zamafafafi rugagi zmantege'za, kazokzo eri'za vahe kna nehaze.
He seats kings upon thrones, and girds their loins with a girdle.
19 Hagi Agra pristi vahera kukenazmia hatege'za amne vahekna nehazageno, za'za knama kvama mani'za e'naza kva vahe'tmina knare antahizazamia eri netrege'za amne vahekna nehaze.
He sends away priests into captivity, and overthrows the mighty ones of the earth.
20 Hagi vahe'mo'zama antahinezmizage'za knare antahi'zama nezmiza vahe'mokizmi zamagira Agra ru hamunenkino, ranra vahe'mokizmi knare antahi'zana erinetre.
He changes the lips of the trusty, and he knows the understanding of the elders.
21 Hagi Agra ugagota kva vahetmina zamazeri zamagaze nehuno, hankave vahe'mokizmi ha'zana zamazampintira eri hanarenetre.
He pours dishonour upon princes, and heals the lowly.
22 Hagi Agra hanimpima framaki'nea zana eri ama nehuno, hanintirima hu'nea zana remsa higeno rumsa huvaganere.
Revealing deep things out of darkness: and he has brought into light the shadow of death.
23 Hagi Agra vahetamina zamazeri ra hige'za kumara ante'za rama'a vahe fore hutazageno, ete zamahe fanane nehie. Hagi Agra vahera zamazeri ra hige'za, rama'a fore hutazageno, ete zamazeri osira nehie.
Causing the nations to wander, and destroying them: overthrowing the nations, and leading them [away].
Perplexing the minds of the princes of the earth: and he causes them to wander in a way, they have not known, [saying],
Let them grope [in] darkness, and [let there be] no light, and let them wander as a drunken man.
