1 Hagi Josaia nemofo Jehoiakimi'ma Juda vahe kinima mani'no egeno nampa 4ma hia kafufina, kasnampa ne' Jeremaia'a nanekea nehigeno Neria nemofo Baruku'a avontafepi krente'ne. Jeremaia'a amanage huno Barukuna asami'ne,

The word that Jeremiah the prophet spoke unto Baruch the son of Neriah, when he had written these words in a book at the mouth of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, saying,

2 Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamo'a Barukugagura amanage huno hie,

Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, unto you, O Baruch:

3 kagra hunka, nagra ko hazenke zampi manue hunka hu'nane. Na'ankure natazampima mani'nofina Ra Anumzamo'a mago'ene knazana eri agofetu huno nenamige'na, nasuzampina nemani'na mani frua osu tusiza hu'na karagira nerue.

You did say, Woe is me now! for the LORD has added grief to my sorrow; I fainted in my sighing, and I find no rest.

4 Kagra amanage hunka Barukuna asamio, Ra Anumzamo'a huno, antahio! Nagrama eri oti'nama ki'noa zana, eri tagna vazinetre'na, Nagrama hankre'noa zana eri vati atregahue. E'ina'ma hanuana maka mopafi anara hugahue.

Thus shall you say unto him, The LORD says thus; Behold, that which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up, even this whole land.

5 E'ina hu'negu kagra nahigenka knare zamoke nagritera fore hanie hunka kagesa nentahine? Hagi antahio! Nagra ranknaza avre'na maka vahetera egahue, Ra Anumzamo'na ama nanekea hue. Hianagi inantego vananana kagrira kegava hugante'nuge'za kahe ofrigahaze.

And seek you great things for yourself? seek them not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, says the LORD: but your life will I give unto you for a prey in all places where you go.
