Zeremaia 35

1 Hagi Josaia nemofo Jehoiakimi'ma Juda vahe kinima mani'nea knafina Ra Anumzamo'a Jeremaiana amanage huno asami'ne,

The word which came unto Jeremiah from Yahweh, —in the days of Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah saying:

2 Kagra Rekapu naga'ene vunka ome keaga hutenka, zamavarenka ege'za Ra Anumzamofo nonte etesagenka, zamavarenka mago hunaragintepinka umareriteta, anampinka waini tina ome zamige'za neho.

Go unto the house of the Rechabites, and speak with them, and bring them into the house of Yahweh, into one of the chambers, —and give them, wine, to drink.

3 Hagi anagema huno Ra Anumzamo'a nasamitege'na, nagra vu'na Habazinia negeho ne' Jeremaia nemofo Jazaniane, ana maka ne' mofavre naga'ane afu'aganahe'inema nezamavare'na, maka Rekapu naga'enena,

So I took Jaazaniah, son of Jeremiah son of Habazziniah, and his brethren, and all his sons, —and all the house of the Rechabites;

4 zamavarena Ra Anumzamofo mono nonte'ma ete'na, Anumzamofo eri'za ne' Igdalia negeho ne' Hanani ne' mofavre naga'ma nemanizafinka zamavare'na ufre'noe. Hagi ana'ma hunaraginte naza nomo'a, hunaraginte'nage'za mago'a eri'za vahe'ma nemaniza nomofo tavaonte me'nea nompi zamavare'na ufre'noe. Hagi ana'ma hunaraginte naza nomo'a, mono no kafante kva nehia ne' Salumu nemofo Maseia'ma nemania nomofo anaga kazigama me'nea nompinka zamavare'na vu'noe.

and brought them into the house of Yahweh, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan son of Igdaliah, a man of God, —which was beside the chamber of the princes, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah son of Shallum keeper of the porch;

5 Hagi anante waini timo'ma avi'mate'nea tintafentamine kapuraminena eri'na e'na, Rekapu naga'mokizmi zamavuga eme nente'na, waini tina erita neho hu'na hu'noe.

and I set before the sons of the house of the Rechabites bowls full of wine, and cups, —and said unto them Drink ye wine.

6 Hianagi zamagra amanage hu'za kenona hunante'naze. Tagra waini tina onegahune, na'ankure tagri nerafa Rekapu nemofo Jonadabu'a tasamino, tamagra waini tina nonenke'za tamagripinti'ma forehu anante nante'ma hu'za vanaza mofavre naga'mo'zanena onetfa hiho huno tasami'ne.

Then said they, —We will not drink wine, —for Jonadab son of Rechab, our father, laid command upon us, saying, Ye shall not drink wine, ye, nor your sons, unto times age-abiding;

7 Anage nehuno tamagra nona nonkita, hoza erita nonteta, waini hozanena erita ontetfa hiho. Hianagi tamagra kraga vahe'ma manitama vanoma hanaza mopafina, maka kna tamagra seli nompima manita vanoma hanuta za'zate manigahaze huno tasami'ne.

nor house, shall ye build nor, seed, shall ye sow, nor vineyard, shall ye plant, neither shall ye have them, —but in tents, shall ye dwell, all your days, that ye may live many days on the face of the soil where ye are sojourning.

8 E'ina hu'negu nerafa ne' Rekapu nemofo Jonadabu'a huranteno, tamagrane a'nane nagatamine, ne'mofavretamine mofa'ne naga tamimo'zanena waini tina onetfa hiho huno higeta, ana naneke amage anteta neonkeno eno ama knarera ehanati'ne.

So we have hearkened unto the voice of Jonadab, son of Rechab, our father, in all that he commanded us, —not to drink wine all our days, we, our wives, our sons nor our daughters;

9 Ana nehuta nona kita nomanita, waini hoza nonteta hozanena erita avimzana nohankrone.

and not to build houses for us to dwell in, —and so, vineyard or field or seed, have we none;

10 Hianagi tagra seli nompi nemanita, nerageho ne' Jonadabu'ma amage antehoma huno hu'nea nanekea maka amage ante'none.

but we have dwelt in tents, —and have hearkened and done, according to all that Jonadab our father commanded us.

11 Hianagi Babiloni kini ne' Nebukatnesama eno ha'ma eme hunerantegeta, tagra Kaldia sondia vaheku'ene Siria sondia vaheku koro nehuta amanage hu'none. Enketa Jerusalemi kumate vanune nehuta, e'nonku menina Jerusalemi kumate mani'none.

And so it came to pass when Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came up into the land, that we said, —Let us even enter, Jerusalem, because of the force of the Chaldeans and because of the force of the Syrians: So have we dwelt in Jerusalem.

12 Hagi anagema hutazageno anante Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno Jeremaiana asami'ne,

Then came the word of Yahweh unto Jeremiah, saying:

13 Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamo'a huno, kagra vunka Juda vahe'ene Jerusalemi kumapima nemaniza vahe'enena ome zamasamio. Tamavumro'ma antenaku'ma nehua kene, Nagri nanekenena antahita amagera ontegahazafi?

Thus, saith Yahweh of hosts, God of Israel, Go and say to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, —Will ye not receive correction by hearkening unto my words? Demandeth Yahweh:

14 Hagi Rekapu nemofo Jonadabu'a mofavre naga'a zamasamino, waini tina oneho huno huzamantege'za one'za neageno eno ama knarera ehanati'ne. Na'ankure nezamafa'ma hia naneke amage ante'naze. Hianagi Nagra rama'a zupa tamagrira tamasami vava hu'na e'noanagi, tamagra Nagri nanekea antahita amagera onte'naze.

Confirmed are the words of Jonadab son of Rechab—which he commanded his sons that they should not drink, wine, and they have not drunk until this day, for they have hearkened unto the command of their father, But, I, have spoken unto you, betimes, speaking, and ye have not hearkened, unto me.

15 Hagi Nagra Ra Anumzamo'na eri'za vaheni'a kasnampa vahera rama'a zupa huzmantoge'za evava nehu'za, amanage hu'za eme tamasami'naze. Maka'mota havi avu'ava zama nehaza zana atreta tamagu'a rukrahe huta fatgo avu'avaza hiho. Ana nehuta havi anumzantaminte'ma mono'ma hunezamanteta, zamage'ma nentaza zana atreho. E'ina'ma hanuta tamagehe'ine tamagri'enema tami'noa mopafina knare huta manigahaze hu'za eme tamasami'naze. Hianagi ana nanekea tamagesa anteta nentahita amagera onte'naze.

And I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, betimes, sending, saying, Return I pray you—every man from his wicked way, And amend your doings, And do not go after other gods to serve them, So shall ye remain on the soil which I gave to you, and to your fathers, —but ye have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened, unto me.

16 Hagi Rekapu nemofo Jonadabu mofavre naga'mo'za nezmageho'ma hu'nea nanekea antahi'za amage ante'naze. Hianagi tamagra Nagri nanekea antahita amagera onte'naze.

Because the sons of Jonadab son of Rechab have, confirmed, the commandment of their father which he commanded them, —whereas, this people, have not hearkened unto me,

17 E'ina hu'negu Hankavenentake Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamo'a amanage nehie. Nagra Juda vahe'ene Jerusalemi kumapima nemaniza vahe'enena, knaza zami'na zamazeri haviza hugahuema hu'na hu'noa knazanteti zamazeri haviza hugahue. Na'ankure Nagra keaga zamasmuanagi Nagri nanekea antahi'za amagera nontazage'na, zamagrikura kezati'noanagi ana kerera kenona osu'nazagu anara hugahue.

Therefore, Thus, saith Yahweh, God of hosts, God of Israel, Behold me! bringing in against Judah and against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, all the calamity, which I have spoken concerning them, —Because I spake unto them and they did not hearken, And I called to them and they did not answer.

18 Hagi anante Jeremaia'a Rekapu nagara zamasamino, hankavenentake Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamo'a huno, Na'ankure tamagra neramafa Jonadabu'ma huramante'nea nanekene tra ke'anena maka amage nenteta, nazano hihoma huno huramante'nea zanena maka amage ante vagare'naze.

But to the house of the Rechabites, said Jeremiah: Thus, saith Yahweh of hosts, God of Israel, Because ye have hearkened unto the commandment of Jonadab your father, and have kept all his commandments, and done according to all that he commanded you

19 E'ina hu'nagu Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe Anumzamo'a huno, Rekapu nemofo Jonadabu nagapintira mago'mo otino Nagri eri'zana erino nevanige'za, zamagripinti'ma henkama forehu anante nante'ma hanaza vahepintira otitere hu'za ana eri'zana erivava hu'za vugahaze.

Therefore, Thus, saith Yahweh of hosts, God of Israel, —Jonadab son of Rechab shall not want one to stand before me, all the days!
