1 Hagi mago ne'mo'ma nenaroma a'ma atrenigeno ana a'mo'ma vuno ru vema ome eritenigeno, neve'a ete vuno ana ara ome avregahifi? E'inama hanuno'a Israeli mopa eri himna vugahie. Hianagi tamagra monko a'mo ve erige atrege huno vano hiaza huteta, menina Nagrite neazo huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.
They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? Would not that land be utterly polluted? But thou hast committed fornication with many lovers; yet return to me, saith Jehovah.
2 Hagi tamavua kesga huta mago zama omane agonaramimpima kesazana, ana maka agonafina havi anumzante mono hunenteta monko avu'avaza hu'naze. Tamagra monko a'mo vene'nema esagu kante mani'neno avunteno keaza nehuta, nonkuma'a omne Arapu vahe'mo'zama ka'ma kokampi vano vano hiaza huta savri avu'avazane kefo avu'avazama huta vanoma nehaza zamo mopa eri haviza nehie.
Lift up thine eyes unto the heights and see, where hast thou not been lain with? In the ways hast thou sat for them, as an Arab in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy fornications and with thy wickedness.

And the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; but thou hast a harlot's forehead, thou refusest to be ashamed.

Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?
5 Anage nehuta tagrira za'zatera arimpa aherante vava huno nevuno tazeri haviza osugahie huta Nagrikura nehaze. Hianagi tamagra'a tamavesi avaririta kea ontahi havi avu'ava zana huvava huta nevaze.
Will he keep [his anger] for ever? Will he preserve it perpetually? Behold, thou hast spoken and hast done evil things, and thou art [so] determined.
6 Hagi Josaia'ma kinima manino Juda vahe'ma kegavama hu'nea knafina, Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno nasami'ne. Nagri'ma natre'naza Israeli vahe'mo'zama hu'naza avu'ava zana kenampi? And Jehovah said unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen what backsliding Israel hath done? She hath gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath committed fornication.

And I said, After she hath done all these [things], she will return unto me; but she returned not. And her sister Judah, the treacherous, saw [it].

And I saw that when for all the causes wherein backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce, yet the treacherous Judah, her sister, feared not, but went and committed fornication also.

And it came to pass through the lightness of her fornication that she polluted the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.
10 Hagi Israeli nenunkna Juda'a Nagrira natreno vuno havi avu'ava zana ome hu'neanagi, nagritera rukrahera huno eno agu'areti huno asunkura osu'ne. Hianagi agra Nagrira eme renavataga huno, amega'ati agu'a rukrahe hu'ne. Nagra Ra Anumzamo'na amana nanekea nehue.
And even for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not returned unto me with her whole heart, but with falsehood, saith Jehovah.
11 Hagi anante Ra Anumzamo'a mago'ane amanage huno nasami'ne, Israeli vahe'mo'za nagrira natre'za vazage'za, Juda vahe'mo'za keontahi avu'ava hu'naze. Hianagi Israeli vahe'mo'za Juda vahera zamagatere'za osi'a knare hu'naze.
And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath shewn herself more just than treacherous Judah.
12 E'ina hu'negu Jeremaiaga noti kazigama me'nea mopafima nemaniza vahetega vunka amanage ome huo, Israeliga nagrira natrenka vu'nana a' mani'nananki etenka nagrite eno. Anama hananke'na Nagra narimpa aheogantegahue. Na'ankure nagra nasunku Anumza mani'noankina narimpa ahegante vava osugahue huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.
Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith Jehovah: I will not make my face dark upon you; for I am merciful, saith Jehovah; I will not keep [anger] for ever.
13 Hagi tamagra hago hazenke hu'none huta kumitamia huama nehuta, Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamoka keka'a runetrageta, ani'na kuronkuro zafaramimofo agafafina, havi anumzantera monora ome hunenteta, kagri nanekea rutagreta amagera onte'none huta tamasunkura hiho huno Ra Anumzamo'a nehie.
Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against Jehovah thy God, and hast turned thy ways hither and thither to the strangers under every green tree; and ye have not hearkened to my voice, saith Jehovah.
14 Hagi ke nontahita mani fatgo nosaza mofavre nagamota, Nagrite ete eho huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne. Na'ankure nagra tamagri kva mani'noe. Mago kumapintira mago vahe nevre'na mago nagapintira tare vahe zamavaretere hu'na Saioni agonare vugahue.
Return, backsliding children, saith Jehovah; for I am a husband unto you, and I will take you, one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion.
15 Ana hute'na Nagri nagu'amo'ma hu'nenia zama hu'nesaza vahe kva huhampari zamantegahue. Ana hanuge'za manine'za Nagri antahi zanteti'ene ama' antahizanteti kegava huramante'za tamavre'za vugahaze.
And I will give you shepherds according to my heart, and they shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
16 Hagi ana knafima rama'a vahe'ma ome forehu hakarema huta ana mopafima mani avi'matesanuta, Nagri huhagerafi huvempage vogisima ko'ma knare knafima tamagranema me'nea zankura tamagesa antahi atresageno ovugahie. Ana vogisigura tamagesa ontahi tamagane kaninemita onkegahaze. Ana nehutma ru'enena huhagerafi huvempage vogisia kasefara trora osugahaze huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.
And it shall come to pass, when ye are multiplied in the land and become fruitful, in those days, saith Jehovah, they shall say no more, Ark of the covenant of Jehovah! neither shall it come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit [it]; neither shall it be done any more.
17 Hagi ana knazupa Jerusalemi kumakura Ra Anumzamofo kini tra me'ne hu'za nehanage'za, mika ama mopafi vahe'mo'za Jerusalemi kumate eme atru hu'za Ra Anumzamofo agi'a ahentesga hugahaze. Ana nehu'za keontahi havi zamagu zamagesamofona amagera ontegahaze.
At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Jehovah; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Jehovah, to Jerusalem; and they shall no more walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.

In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel; and they shall come together out of the land of the north, to the land which I caused your fathers to inherit.
19 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Nagra amanage hu'na antahintahia hu'noe. Ana nehu'na nagesama antahuana, Nagrikura nerafa'e nehuta natreta ovu namage antesazegu antahintahia hu'noe.
And as for me, I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee the pleasant land, the goodly inheritance of the hosts of the nations? And I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from following me.

Surely [as] a woman treacherously departeth from her companion, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith Jehovah.

A voice is heard upon the heights, the weeping supplications of the children of Israel; for they have perverted their way, they have forgotten Jehovah their God.
22 Hagi ke ontahi mofavre nagamota ete nagrite enke'na ana ke ontahi tamavu tamava zampintira tamazeri kanamara'neno. Anagema hanuge'za veamo'za hu'za tagra ete kagrite'ma neonana, na'ankure kagra Ra Anumzana tagri Anumza mani'nanketa kagritera neone hu'za hugahaze.
— Return, backsliding children; I will heal your backslidings. ...Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art Jehovah our God.
23 Tagrama monko avu'avazama nehuta, ne'onse agonaramimpine ranra agonaramimpima havi anumzantaminte'ma mono'ma huzmanteta vanoma hu'nona zampintira mago tazahu'zana e'ori'none. Tamage Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamo agrake Israeli vahe'mota tagura vazigahie.
Truly in vain [is salvation looked for] from the hills, [and] the multitude of mountains; truly in Jehovah our God is the salvation of Israel.
24 Hianagi tagra mofavrema mani nontegati'ma eno meninte'ma egetama keta e'nonana, tafahe'za maraguzati'za eri fore'ma hu'naza sipisipima, bulimakaoma, ne' mofavrezamima, mofa'nezaminena agaze'a omne Bali havi anumzamofo ami vagare'naze.
But shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
25 Ana hu'negu tagra tagazegu huta kepri nehune. Na'ankure tagrane tagehe'zanena Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamofo avufi kumira hu'none. Tagrama mofavrema mani'nonteti'ma eno amare'ma egeta, Anumzamofo nanekea antahita amagera onte'none.
We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us; for we have sinned against Jehovah our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not hearkened to the voice of Jehovah our God.
