Zeremaia 26

1 Hagi Josaia nemofo Jehoiakimi'ma agafa huno Juda vahe kinima nemanigeno'a, Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno Jeremaia'na nanekea nasami'ne,

In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim, the son of Josiah, king of Judah, came this word from Jehovah, saying: —

2 Ra Anumzamo'a huno, kagra vunka Nagri mono nomofo kuma amu'nompi ome oti'nenka, maka Juda mopafima me'nea kumapi vahe'mo'za ana mono nompima mono'ma hunaku'ma esaza vahera, Nagrama huo hu'nama kasamua nanekea magore hunka otrenka ana maka zamasami vagaro.

Thus saith Jehovah: Stand in the court of the house of Jehovah, and speak to those who come from all the cities of Judah to worship in the house of Jehovah all the words which I have commanded thee to speak to them; abate not a word.

3 Hagi kagrama ome huama'ma hanana nanekema antahi so'ema nehu'za, kefo avu'ava zama nehaza zama atre'za rukrahe hu'za esage'na, zamagrama havi avu'ava zama nehaza zante'ma zamazeri haviza hugahuema hu'noa knazana eri tregahue.

If peradventure they will hearken and turn every one from his evil way, that I may repent me of the evil which I purpose to do to them because of their evil doings.

4 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'a amanage hie hunka ome zamasamio. Nagri nanekema nontahita, Nagrama tami'noa kasegema amage'ma nonteta,

And thou shalt say to them, Thus saith Jehovah: If ye will not hearken to me, to walk in my law which I have set before you,

5 knane knanena eri'za vaheni'a kasnampa vahera huzmantoge'za e'za nanekea eme tamasami'naze. Hianagi tamagra ana nanekea antahita amagera onte'naze.

to hearken to the words of my servants the prophets, whom I sent to you, rising early and sending, and ye have not hearkened,

6 Ana hu'nazagu ko'ma Sailo ran kuma'ma eri havizama hu'noaza hu'na, ama mono nona eri haviza hanuge'za, maka ama mopafima me'nea kumapi vahe'mo'zama, ha' vahe'zamima kema zamasunakura Jerusalemi kumamo'ma havizama hiaza huta sifnafi maniho hu'za hugahaze.

then will I make this house like Shiloh, and this city will I make a curse to all the nations of the earth.

7 Hagi Jeremaia'ma ama ana kasnampa kema vuno Ra Anumzamofo mono nompima ome huama'ma hige'za, pristi vahe'ene kasnampa vahe'ene miko vahemo'zanena antahi'naze.

And the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of Jehovah.

8 Hagi Jeremaia'a Ra Anumzamo'ma asmi'nea nanekea ana maka huvagama retege'za, anante pristi vahe'ene kasnampa vahe'ene miko vahe'mo'zanena e'za Jeremaiana eme azeneri'za, kagra meni frigahane nehu'za,

And when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking all that Jehovah had commanded him to speak to all the people, then the priests and the prophets and all the people seized him, and said, Thou shalt surely die!

9 kagra nahigenka Ra Anumzamofo agifi kasnampa kea hunka, ama mono nomo'ene rankuma mo'enena Sailo kumamo'ma havizama hu'neankna huke haviza hanakeno, anampina mago vahera omanitfa hugahie hunka nehane? Anagema hutage'za Ra Anumzamofo mono nompi Jeremaia'a mani'nege'za vahe'mo'za e'za eme regagi'naze.

Why dost thou prophesy in the name of Jehovah, and say, This house shall be as Shiloh, and this city shall be made desolate without an inhabitant? And all the people were assembled together against Jeremiah in the house of Jehovah.

10 Hagi Juda kva vahe'mo'za kini ne'mofo nompi mani'nazareti anankema nentahi'za Ra Anumzamofo mono nontega mareri'za, mono nompima ufre kafanku'ma Kasefa Kafanema nehaza kante umani'naze.

When the princes of Judah heard these things, they went up from the king's house to the house of Jehovah, and sat in the entrance of the new gate of the house of Jehovah.

11 Anante pristi vahemo'zane kasnampa vahemo'zanena, amanage hu'za Juda kva vahe'ene mika vahe'enena zamasami'naze. Ama ne'mo'a frigahie. Na'ankure tamagra'a tamagesafinti nentahizageno agra kasnampa kea huno ama rankumamo'a haviza hugahie huno hu'ne.

Then spake the priests and the prophets to the princes and to all the people, saying: This man is worthy to die; for he hath prophesied against this city, as ye have heard with your ears.

12 Anante Jeremaia'a otino Juda kva vahe'ene mika vahe'enena amanage huno zamasami'ne. Ra Anumzamo'a hunanteno ama mono nomo'ene ama rankumamo'enena haviza hugaha'anki vunka kasnampa nanekea ome huama hunka zamasamio hige'nama e'noa nanekea ana maka hago hugeta antahi'naze.

Then spake Jeremiah to all the princes and to all the people, saying: Jehovah hath sent me to prophesy against this house, and against this city, all the words which ye have heard.

13 Ana hu'negu kama nevaza kana atreta ne-eta, tamavutamava zanena erinte fatgo nehuta, Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamofo kea antahita amage anteho. E'ina'ma hanageno'a Ra Anumzamo'a antahintahi'a rukrahe hanigeno, tamazeri havizama hugahuema huno hu'nea knazana atresigeno tamagritera omegahie.

But now amend ye your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of Jehovah, your God, and Jehovah will repent of the evil which he hath pronounced against you.

14 Hagi menina tamagri tamazampi nagra mani'noanki, nazano tamagrama kesageno fatgo huno knare hugahiankima huta hanaza zana amne hunanteho.

And as for me, behold, I am in your hands; do to me as it seemeth good and right in your eyes.

15 Hianagi nagri'ma nahe frisuta tamagrama keta antahitama hanazana, keni'a omane'nea ne' nahe frigahazankino nagri kora kumi'mofo knazamo'a tamagrite'ene ama rankumate'ene maka ama ana kumapima nemaniza vahete'ene megahie. Na'ankure maka amama huama'ma hu'na tamasamua nanekea tamage nanekegino, Ra Anumzamo hunantege'na eme huama hugeta tamagra'a tamagesafinti antahi'naze.

But know ye for certain that, if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and its inhabitants; for of a truth Jehovah hath sent me to you to speak all these words in your ears.

16 Anante Juda vahete kva vahe'mo'zane, maka vahe'mo'za amanage hu'za pristi vahe'ene kasnampa vahetaminena zamasami'naze. Ama ne'mo'a mago hazenkea osu'neankita ahe ofrigahaze. Na'ankure Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzamofo agifi, agra nanekea eme huama huno tasami'ne.

Then said the princes and all the people to the priests and the prophets: This man is not worthy to die, for he hath spoken to us in the name of Jehovah, our God.

17 Hagi mago'a Juda mopafi ranra vahe'mo'za anampinti oti'za, anama atruma hu'naza vahera amanage hu'za zamasami'naze.

Certain elders of the land also rose up, and spoke to all the assembly of the people, saying:

18 Hezekaia'ma Juda vahe kinima mani'nea knafina, Moreseti kumateti kasnampa ne' Maika'a maka Juda mopafima nemaniza vahera amanage huno kasnampa kea zamasami'ne, Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'a huno, Saioni agonafima hozama antenaku mopama rekori atreaza hanugeno Jerusalemi kumamo'a haviza hanigeno anampina havemoke'za hihi huno megahie. Ana nehina menima Ra Anumzamofo mono noma me'nea agonafina, zafa tanopamo hagegahie huno hu'ne.

Micah, the Morasthite, prophesied in the days of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and spake to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Zion shall be ploughed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps of stones, and the mountain of the house [[of Jehovah]] as the heights of a forest.

19 Hagi Maika'ma anagema hige'za, Hezekaia'ene maka Juda vahe'mo'za Maikana ahe fri'nazafi? I'o anara osu'naze. Hagi Hezekaia'a Anumzamofo koro huno agri agorga nemanino, kasunku hunanto huno Anumzamofontega nunamu higeno, Ra Anumzamo'a antahintahi'a rukrahe huno knazanteti tamazeri haviza hugahuema huno hu'nea zana atregeno ome'ne. E'ina hu'negu menima Jeremaiama hunte'naku'ma nehu'na avu'ava zamo'a, tagra'a tavate knazana avreta eri agofetu nehune.

Did Hezekiah, king of Judah, and all Judah, put him to death? Did he not fear Jehovah, and beseech Jehovah, so that Jehovah repented of the evil which he had pronounced against them? Shall we then bring so great an evil upon ourselves?

20 Hagi henka mago nera Kiriat-jearimi kumateti ne' Semaia nemofo Uriakino, Jeremaia'ma hiankna naneke Ra Anumzamofo agifi kasnampa ke huno, Jerusalemi kuma'ene Juda mopamo'enena haviza hugahie huno hu'ne.

There was also another man that prophesied in the name of Jehovah, Urijah, the son of Shemaiah of Kirjath-jearim, who prophesied against this city and this land, according to all the words of Jeremiah;

21 Hagi kini ne' Jehoiakimi'ene maka hankave sondia vahe'amo'zane maka eri'za vahe'amo'zanema ana nanekema nentahizageno'a, kini ne' Jehoiakimi'a Uriana ahe frinaku hu'ne. Hianagi Uria'a ana nanekema nentahino'a koro freno Isipi moparega vu'ne.

and when Jehoiakim the king, and all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death. But when Urijah heard it, he was afraid, and fled and went into Egypt.

22 Hianagi kini ne' Jehoiakimi'a Akbori nemofo Elnatanine mago'a vahetamine huzamantege'za Isipi vu'za,

But Jehoiakim the king sent men into Egypt, Elnathan the son of Achbor, and certain men with him into Egypt,

23 Uriana ome avre'za kini ne' Jehoiakiminte azageno, bainati kazinteti ahe friteno avufga'a erino zamagi omne vahe'ma asene zamantaza matipi ome atre'ne.

and they brought Urijah out of Egypt, and carried him to King Jehoiakim, who slew him with the sword, and cast his dead body into the graves of the common people.

24 Hianagi Jeremaiama ahe frinaku'ma nehazageno'a, Safani nemofo Ahikami'a Jeremaiana aza hige'za ahe ofri'naze.

Nevertheless, the hand of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, was with Jeremiah, that he should not be delivered into the hand of the people, to be put to death.
