1 Hagi Ra Anumzamo'a mago'ane amanage huno nasami'ne,

And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

2 Kagra Jerusalemi kumapima nemaniza vahetega vunka, Ra Anumzamo'a amanage hie hunka ome huama hunka zamasamio. Zahufa vere vu'nea a'mo nevema avesi avesi'ma hunteaza huta, maka tamagu'areti huta tamavesi nante'naza zankura nagesa antahi atrogeno nevie. Ana nehuta hozama onte hagage ka'ma kopima tamavrenama neogeta namagera navararita e'naze.

Go and call out before the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus hath said the Lord, I remember unto thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thy espousals, thy going after me in the wilderness, through a land that is not sown.

3 Hagi e'i ana knafina Israeli vahe'mota Nagri vahe fatgo mani'nazankita, hozafinti ne'zamo ese afu re'negeno hamreankna huta ruotge hu'nazane. Hagi ana ne'zama eri havizama haza vahera kumi hu'nazankino, knazamo zamazeri haviza hu'ne. Nagra Ra Anumzamo'na ama ana nanekea nehue.

A holy thing is Israel unto the Lord, the first of his fruits: all that devour him shall incur guilt; evil shall come over them, saith the Lord.

4 Hagi tamagra Jekopumpinti fore'ma hu'naza nagamotane maka Israeli mopafima mani'naza naga nofimota Ra Anumzamo'ma nehia nanekea antahiho.

Hear ye the word of the Lord, O house of Jacob, and all ye families of the house of Israel.

5 Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno nehie, Tamagehemo'za Nagra nahaviza huzmantenoge'za nagrira natre'za afetera mani'naze? Zamagra kaza osu havi anumzana amanezante mono ome hunente'za, zamagra'a zamazeri amne'za se'naze.

Thus hath said the Lord, What fault did your fathers find in me, that they went away far from me, and walked after vanity, and became vain?

6 Hagi Isipitima zamavare atiramina hagage ka'ma kopima mago'zama omanegeno vahe'ma vanoma nosazageno vahe'ma azeri haviza huzamo'ma avite'nea kokampima vugote'zamante'na vu'noa zankura zamagra Ra Anumzamo'na zamagekaninantaze.

That they said not, Where is the Lord that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of wildness, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land through which no one had passed, and where no man had dwelt?

7 Hagi Nagra tamagrira tamavre'na masaven tretre mopafina ogeta knare'nare ne'zana neneta zafa raganena ne'naze. Hianagi tamagra Nagri mopafima enemanita hinimnage avu'avaza huta mopa eri pehena hu'naze. Ana hazageno erisantima haregahazema hu'na tami'noa mopamo'a Nagri navurera hinimna vu'ne.

And I brought you into the land of fruitful fields, to eat its fruit and its goodly products; but ye came and ye made unclean my land, and my heritage ye rendered an abomination.

8 Hagi pristi vahe'mo'za Nagrikura, iga mani'ne? hu'za nohakaze. Ana nehazage'za kasegema kegavama hu'naza vahe'mo'za, Nagrira ke'za antahi'za nosaze. Hagi kva vahe'mo'zanena Nagrira keha renante'naze. Ana nehazage'za kasnampa vahe'mo'za Bali havi anumzamofo agifi kasnampa ke nehu'za, amunte omaneno kaza osu havi anumzante monora hunentaze.

The priests said not, Where is the Lord? and they that handle the law knew me not; and the shepherds transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied in the name of Ba'al, and after things that cannot profit did they walk.

9 E'ina hu'negu Nagra mago'ane keaga huramante'naku nehue huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne. Ana hu'neanki'na Nagrama keagama huramantesanuana, tamagrira keaga huramantene'na, tamagrama kase zamantesaza mofavre naga'enena keaga hunezmantena, tamagri mofavre nagamokizmi mofavreraminena keaga huzmantegahue hu'na Nagra Ra Anumzamo'na nehue.

Therefore will I contend yet farther with you, saith the Lord, and with your children's children will I contend.

10 Hagi tamagra zage fre kaziga hagerina takaheta vuta ogantu Saiprusi mopafima nemaniza vahera ome nezamageta, zage hanati kaziga vuta Kedari mopafima nemaniza vahera ome zamageho. Kora amanahu zana fore higeta ke'nazaza fore nehifi?

For pass over to the isles of the Chittites, and see; and unto Kedar send, and consider well and see if any thing like this hath happened.

11 Hagi mago'a mopafi vahe'mo'za tamage anumzana omani'neanagi havi anumza zamia atre'za ru anumzana amagera nentazafi? i'o anara nosaze. Hianagi tamagra Nagri vahe'mota hihamu masa'ane Anumzamo'na nontera, amunte omaneno kaza osu havi anumza avrente'naze.

Hath a nation exchanged its gods, which are yet no gods? and [still] my people hath exchanged its glory for that which can not profit.

12 E'i ana'ma nehaza tamavu tamava zantera monamo'a antri huno koro nehuno, antahintahi hakare nehuno kea nosie huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.

Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and let your hair stand at an end, be ye greatly terrified, saith the Lord.

13 Na'ankure Nagri vahe'mo'za tare hazenkema hu'nazana, Nagra enevia tinkna hu'na mani'noanagi nenatre'za, zamagra'a tinkeria kafi'nazanagi ana kerifina mopamo'a kekokako higeno timo'a mare novazie.

For two evils have my people committed: me have they forsaken, the source of living waters, to hew out for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns, that cannot hold water.

14 Hagi Israeli vahera kazokazo eri'za vahe omanige, kinafina manine'za kase zamantegera osu'neanki nagafare ha' vahe zamimo'za e'za maka zana eme agu'zaneru'za zamavare'za nevaze?

Is Israel a servant? or one born [to servitude] in the house? why hath he been given up to plunder?

15 Ha' vahe zamimo'za laionimo krafagema nehiaza hu'za ranke huza kezati nezamante'za, mopazamia eri haviza hazageno anampina mago'zana omnetfa hu'ne. Ana nehu'za ne'onse kuma zaminena tapage hutrazageno anampina mago vahera omanitfa hu'ne.

[That] over him young lions roared, let their voice resound, and changed his land into a waste, that his cities are burnt, left without an inhabitant?

16 Hagi Isipi mopafina Memfisi kuma'ene Tapanesi kumapinti e'za Israeli vahera eme tamazeriza tamaseni zokara vazagate atre'naze.

Even the children of Noph and Thachpanches have crushed the crown of thy head.

17 Hagi tamagri hazenkemofo mizama'a ama ana kna zamo'a tamagritera e'ne. Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma tamavreno kante'ma neviana atreta tamefi'ma humiza zante anara hu'naze.

Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, through thy forsaking the Lord thy God, while he was leading thee on the [right] way?

18 Hagi Isipi vahe mopafima vu'nazana na'a mago knare'za erinaku vu'naze. Tamagra Naeli timpinti ti nenaku vu'nazafi? Na'a mago knare'zana erinaku Asiria mopafinena vu'naze. Tamagra Yufretisi timpinti ti nenaku vu'nazafi?

And now what hast thou to do on the way of Egypt, to drink the waters of Shichor? and what hast thou to do on the way of Asshur, to drink the waters of the river?

19 Tamagrama hu'naza kefozamo kna zana tamino tamazeri fatgo hugahie. Ana nehina Nagri'ma natretama vu'naza zamo keaga huramanteno tamazeri fatgo hugahie. Ra Anumzana tagri Anumzama atreta tamefi'ma hunemita agri agoragama omani nonana, haviza huno osugaza hu'none huta antahigahaze. Nagra Anumzana Monafima sondia vahe'mokizmi Ra Anumzamo'na ama ana nanekea nehue.

Thy own wickedness shall chastise thee, and thy backslidings shall correct thee; and thou shalt know and see that evil and bitter was thy forsaking the Lord thy God, while the dread of me was not upon thee, saith the Lord Eternal of hosts.

20 Hagi korapara tamagrira karenamare zafareti tamanankempina rusi hute'za knama neramiza zafa ru tamana hunetre'na, seni nofiteti'ma kinama huramantenageta kazokazo eri'zama e'neriza nofira rukano hutre'noe. Hianagi tamagra huta Agri eri'zana e'origahune huta nehaze. Anage nehuta agonaramimpine anina kuronkuroma hu'nea zafa agafafina monko a'nemo'za nehazaza huta havi anumzantera monora hunentaze.

Because from yore did I break thy yoke, did I burst asunder thy bands; and thou saidst, I will not transgress: nevertheless upon every high hill and under every green tree thou makest thy bed, as harlot.

21 Hianagi knare zantfama hu'nea wainimofo nofiteti kitagi'za mopafi hankraza kna hu'na tamagrira hankre'noe. Hianagi menina na'a higeta hageteta havizama hu'nea afi wainia fore nehaze?

Yet I had planted thee as a branch of a noble vine, wholly of the proper seed; but how art thou changed unto me into a degenerate plant of an ignoble vine?

22 Hagi tamagra laema nehaza hankave marasini reti'ene rama'a soporeti tamavufga sese hugahazanagi, ana havi zama hu'naza zamofo avame'zana Nagri navurera amne me'nege'na negoe, huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.

For though thou wash thyself with natron, and take for thyself much soap: yet would the stain of thy iniquity remain before me, saith the Lord Eternal.

23 Hagi ana kegura tamagra huta, tagra Bali havi anumzamofo amema'arera monora huonte'nonanki, inankna huta tagra'a tazeri pehena hu'none huta nehaze. Hianagi tamagrama kasrino havizama hu'nea avu'ava zama agupofima hu'naza zana keho. Hagi tamagra a' kemoli afu'mofo agifi he'negeno, krahakraha huno ve kemoligu hakeno vano hiankna huta havi anumzankura haketa vano nehaze.

How canst thou say, I am not become unclean, after the Be'alim have I not gone? see thy way in the valley, know what thou hast done: [like] a swift dromedary bound fast to her ways;

24 Hagi tamagra, afi' a' donki afu'mo agafi ahe'negeno zahopi agona antesga huteno mana'mana huno vano hiankna nehaze. Ana knafina agriku'ma haza ve tonki afu'moza agrikura hakeza vano nosazanki agra'a hakeno ve tonkigura vano nehie.

[Like] a wild ass used to the wilderness, that at her pleasure snuffeth up the wind; her lust—who can turn this away? all they that seek her will not weary themselves; in her month will they find her.

25 Hagi tamagra Israeli vahe'mota, tamagareta havi anumzante'ma vano nehazageno tamanankemo'ma hagagema nehia zana nazupa atregahaze? Hianagi tamagra huta, havi anumzama avesima nenteta amage'ma nentona zana otregahunanki, kagra kea osunka manio huta Nagrikura nehaze.

“Prevent thy foot from being unshod, and thy throat from being thirsty;” but thou saidst, It is useless; no, for I have loved strangers, and after them will I go.

26 Hagi tamagra Israeli vahe'motane, Israeli kini vahe'motane, kva vahe'motane, pristi vahe'motane, kasnampa vahe'motanena, tamagra kumzafa vahe'mo kumzafa nesageno keno eri fore higeno agazegu hiankna huta tamagazegu hugahaze.

As the thief is ashamed when he is found, so have the house of Israel been made ashamed, they, their kings, their princes, and their priests, and their prophets,

27 Hagi tamagra zafareti antre'za tro'ma huntenaza havi anumzankura huta nerafa'e nehuta, havere'ma eri pehe hu'za tro'ma hunte'naza havi anumzankura agra kaserantene huta nehuta tamefi hunami'naze. Hianagi tamagra'ma hazenkefima unefreta Nagrikura eme tagu'vazio huta krafagea nehaze.

Who say to the wood, Thou art my father; and to the stone, Thou hast brought us forth; for they have turned their back unto me, and not their face; but in the time of their misfortune will they say, Arise, and save us.

28 Hianagi tamagra'a tamazanteti'ma tro'ma hunte'naza havi anumzantamina iga mani'naze? Zamagrama muha'ma hu'nesanu'za eme tamaza hugahazanki, knazampima ufresuta ana havi anumzantami kehinke'za e'za eme tamagu vaziho. Na'ankure ana havi anumzantamima tro'ma huntenazana, Juda mopafima me'nea ranra kumatamimofo amente amente tro huntetere hu'naze.

But where are then thy gods that thou hast made for thyself? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy misfortune; for equal to the number of thy cities were thy gods, O Judah.

29 Tamagra nahigeta Nagrama osu'noa zankura huta hazenke hurante'ne huta nehuta Nagrira kehara renenantaze huno Ra Anumzamo'a hu'ne.

Wherefore will ye contend with me? all of you have transgressed against me, saith the Lord.

30 Tamagri mofavre nagara zamazeri fatgo hunaku knazana zamuanagi, zamagra ana zankura ontahi'naze. Ana nehazageta tamagra laionimo zagagafa aheno neankna huta kasnampa vahera zamahe fri'naze.

To no purpose have I smitten your children; correction they accepted not: your sword hath devoured your prophets, like a destroying lion.

31 Hagi ama knafima fore huta mani'naza vahe'mota Ra Anumzamo'ma nehia nanekea antahiho. Nagra Israeli vahetera hagege kokankna nehu'na, hanizamo kintrako hu'nea kokankna zamagritera hu'nofi? Hagi nahigeta Nagri vahe'mota huta, hago menina Anumzamo'ma kegavama hurante'nea zana atreta fru huta manunankita Agri kvafina omanigahune huta nehaze.

O [present] generation, regard ye the word of the Lord. Have I been a wilderness unto Israel? a land of deep darkness? wherefore say my people, We wander about; we cannot come any more unto thee?

32 Hagi tamagrama antahi'zana mago mofamo'a avasasema nehia zankura agera nekanigeno, zahufa a'mo'a ese'ma neve'enema aravema ha'a zupama antani'nea kukenagu'enena aganera nekanifi? I'o anara nosaze. Hianagi Nagrira za'za knafi zamagera kaninenamize.

Can a virgin forget her ornament, or a bride her decorations? yet my people have forgotten me days without number.

33 Tamagra Israeli vahe'mota, karuna kereti'ma masave huno monko avu'ava zama hu' zantera antahini hu'naze. Ana hu'nage'za monko zante'ma vugotama hu'naza a'nemo'za tamagripinti rempi hu'za nentahize.

Why ornamentest thou thy way to seek for love? truly even the worst hast thou used thyself as thy ways.

34 Hagi zamunte omaneno ke'zami omane vahe'mokizmi koramo'a tamagri kukenarega tusiza hu'ne. Tamagra tamavufintira negazage'za tamagri nona eme tapage hu'za musufa ose'nazanagi, tamagra zamahe fri'naze.

Also on thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of the innocent needy ones: not while breaking in [thy house] didst thou find them; but for all these things.

35 Hagi kagra amanage hunka nehane, nagra mago hazenkea osu'noankino Ra Anumzamo'a arimpa ahe onantegahie hunka nehane. Hianagi antahio, kumira osu'noe nehanankinka keagafi manigahane.

Yet thou sayest, Yea, I am innocent, surely his anger is already turned away from me. Behold, I will hold judgment with thee, because thou sayest, I have not sinned.

36 Nahigenka kama nevana kana atrenka kavua keganti kegama hunka kazama huzankura nehakane? Korapa'ma Asiria vahe'mo'zama kazama osazagenkama kagazegu'ma hu'nanaza hunka, Isipi vahe'mo'za kazama osanagenka kagazegu hugahane.

Why makest thou thyself so very low to change thy way? also because of Egypt shalt thou be made ashamed, as thou wast put to shame because of Assyria.

37 Hagi kagrama muha'ma nehana vahera Ra Anumzamo'a amefi huzamisigenka kagazegu nehunka kazana kasenire ante'nenka ana kumara atrenka egahane. Ana vahe'mo'za kagrira tamage hu'za kaza osanagenka knarera hunka omanigahane.

Also from this one shalt thou go forth, with thy hands [clasped] over thy head; for the Lord hath rejected those on whom thou trustest and thou shalt not prosper with them.
