1 Ra Anumzamo'ma Israeli vahe'motagu'ma nehia nanekea antahiho.

Hear ye the word which the Lord hath spoken concerning you, O house of Israel:

2 Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno hu'ne. Monare'ma fore'ma nehia zana negeta korera osiho. Na'ankure kokankokama nemaniza vahe'mo'za ana zantaminkura tusi koro nehazanki, anama hanaza zana negeta zamagera onteho.

Thus hath said the Lord, Do not habituate yourselves on the way of the nations, and at the signs of the heavens be ye not dismayed; although the nations should be dismayed at them.

3 Ana vahe'mo'za amunte omanea avu'avaza nehaze. Zamagra zafa antagi atrazage'za, zafareti keonke zama tro'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za ana zafa antre'za kaza osu havi anumzana tro nehaze.

For the statutes of these people concern what is vanity; for it is but a tree which a man hath cut out of a forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.

4 Ana amema'ama tro'ma nehaza zantera, silvareti'ene golireti'ene avasasea hunte'naze. Ana hute'za hama eriza nilia ahentrako hazageno evu noramie.

With silver and with gold do they ornament it; with nails and with hammers do they fasten it, that it move not from its place.

5 Hagi e'i ana kaza osu havi anumzantamina kono hozafi namamo'za e'zanku vahe amema'a tro hu'za antazankna anumzanki'za, zamagra keaga osugahaze. Ana hu'nazanki'za kana vano nosage'za vahe'mo'za erisga hu'za vano nehaze. E'inahu anumzantaminkura korora osiho. Na'ankure tamagrira tamazeri havizana nosu'za, mago knare'zana huoramantegahaze.

As a wrought-out palm-like column are they, and cannot speak; they must needs be borne, because they cannot step along. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do any harm, so also to do any good is not in them.

6 Ra Anumzamoka mago vahe'mo'a Kagri knara osu'ne. Kagra ran krerfa hu'nanankino kagri kagimo'a ra huno hankavenentake hu'ne.

Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Lord: thou [alone] art great, and great is thy name in might.

7 Hagi Kagra maka ama mopafi vahe kinia mani'nananki'za, kagrikuke korora hugantegahaze. E'ina hu'neanki'za vahe'mo'za kagri agoragage manigahaze. Na'ankure ama mopafima maka ama' antahi'zane vahe'ma mani'naza vahepinti'ene maka kini vahe'pinti'enena mago'mo'e huno Kagri kna vahera omani'ne.

Who would not fear thee, O King of the nations? for to thee doth it appertain; because among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, [they say] there is none like unto thee.

8 Hagi kaza osu havi anumzante'ma mono'ma hunentaza vahe'mo'za knare antahi'zana omanege'za zamagra neginagi vahe mani'naze. Zamagrama mono'ma hunentaza zantamina zafareti antre'za tro hunte'naza zantami me'ne.

But at once shall they be shown to be brutish and foolish: it is a doctrine of vanities, it concerneth but wood.

9 Hagi zamagra Tasisiti eri'za e'naza silvane, Ufaziti eri'za e'naza golinena eri'za golireti'ma keonke zama tro'ma nehaza vahe zamizage'za, ana havi anumzantamina eri anovazi zamante'naze. Ana hute'za kunavenke tavaravene koranke tavaravenena eri'za ana eri'zama antahini'ma hu'naza vahe zamizage'za zaza kukena hatitage'za ana havi anumzantamina antani nezamantaze.

The beaten out silver is brought from Tharshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the goldsmith: blue and purple is their clothing; the work of skilful men are they all.

10 Hianagi tamage Anumzana, Ra Anumzamo agrake mani'ne. Agra kasefa huno nemania Anumzankino, manivava kini mani'ne. Agrama arimpa he'zama erinte ama'ma nehigeno'a, ama mopamo'a torevare nehige'za ama mopafi vahe'mo'za mani so'ea osugahaze.

But the Lord God is the truth, he is the living God, and the everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall quake, and nations cannot endure his indignation.

11 Hagi ru anumzante'ma mono'ma hunentaza vahera amanage huta zamasamiho. Tamagri anumzamo'za monane mopanena trora osu'nazanki'za, ama mopafinti'ene monamofo fenka kazigatira fanane hu'za omanigahaze.

Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, shall perish away from the earth, and from under these heavens.

12 Hianagi Ra Anumzamo'a agra'a hankavereti ama mopa tro huteno agra'a knare antahizanteti mopamofo tra'a tro huno eri hankavenetino, Agra'a antahi'zanteti monaramimpima me'nea zantamina tro huteno rufanara huntegeno me'ne.

He made the earth by his power, he established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding he stretched out the heavens.

13 Hagi agrama keagama nehigeno'a monage nehigeno, monafintira ko'mofo agasasanke nehie. Ana nehigeno mopama ome atretegatira hampo'mofona huntegeno marerino mopa rufi'nete. Agra kopasi'na huntegeno magoka ko'ene ne-egeno, agra fenoma nentea nompinti eri anagino zahora huntegeno ne-e.

At the sound when he giveth a multitude of waters in the heavens, and causeth clouds to ascend from the ends of the earth; when he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures:

14 Hagi miko vahera neginagi hu'za antahintahi omane vahe mani'naze. Golireti'ma havi anumzantamima tro'ma hu'naza vahe'mo'za, anazama tro'ma hu'naza zankura tusi zamagazegu hugahaze. Na'ankure ana amema'ama tro'ma hu'naza zantamina havigeza tro hu'naze. Ana havi anumzantamimo'za zamasimura ante'za kasefara hu'za nomanize.

Then standeth every man as brutish without knowledge; ashamed is every goldsmith because of the graven image; for falsehood is his molten work, and there is no breath therein.

15 Hagi zamazanteti'ma antre'za tro'ma hu'naza havi anumzantamina amneza me'naze. Ana hu'neanki'za vahe'mo'za kiza zokago ke huzamantegahaze. Hagi zamagri'ma keaga huzmanteno zamazeri havizahu knama esanige'za, haviza hu'za fanane hugahaze.

They are vanity, the work of deception; in the time of their punishment shall they vanish.

16 Hianagi Israeli vahe Anumzamo'a zamazanteti'ma antre'za tro hu'nazankna anumzana omani'ne. Agra maka'zama tro hunte'nea Anumza mani'ne. Hagi Israeli vahekura Nagri vahe mani'naze huno Agra'a huhampari zamante'ne. Ana hu'neankino Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzane huno agi'a me'ne.

Not like these is the portion of Jacob; for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance: The Lord of hosts is his name.

17 Hagi ha' vahe'mo'za e'za kuma'ma eme vazagi kagisageta Jerusalemi kumapima nemaniza vahe'mota ama mopa atreta vugahazanki, kutuntamia retrotra hiho.

Gather up thy wares from the ground, O inhabitress of the beleaguered city.

18 Na'ankure Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno nehie. Nagra Juda mopamofo agu'afima nemaniza vahera knaza zami'na zamazeri panini hanuge'za ufre efre hugahaze. Ana nehu'na rama'a hazenke'za atre'nugeno eno eme zamazeri haviza hanige'za, Nagri narimpa ahe'zana kegahaze.

For thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will cast forth as with a sling the inhabitants of the land at this time, and I will enclose them, in order that they may find them.

19 Hagi tamagra Jerusalemi vahe'mota amanage hugahaze. Tagri namumo'a teonkanigeta tusi'a tasu'zampi manune. Ana hianagi ana knazana amne erita vugahune huta nehaze.

Woe is me for my breach! my wound is painful; but I thought, This is but pain, and I shall be able to bear it.

20 Hagi nemanuna seli nontimo'a haviza huno evuramigeno, noma avazuhumpima nehia nofimo'a akanokanu hu'ne. Ana higeno mago vahe'mo'a taza huno ete eri otigara osu'ne. Ne' mofavre nagatia hago zamavare'za vu'nazankita henka'a mago'enena ozamagegahune.

[But now] my tent is laid waste, and all my cords are torn asunder; my children are gone away from me, and they are not [here]; there is no one to stretch forth my tent any more, and to set up my curtains.

21 Hagi kva vahetimo'za hago neginagi hu'nazankiza Ra Anumzamofona antahige'za knare antahi'zana e'norize. E'ina hu'negu maka'zama nehaza zamo'a knarera nosigeno, sipisipi kevu naga'mo'za panani hu'za ufre efre nehaze.

For the shepherds were brutish, and the Lord had they not sought; therefore have they not prospered, and all their flocks are scattered.

22 Hagi tamagesa ante'neta antahiho. Noti kazigati rama'a sondia vahe'mo'za ha' eme huramante'naku tusi zamagasasa ru'za erava'o nehaze. Ana hu'neanki'za Juda mopafima me'nea kumatamina eme eri haviza hanageno mago'zana omnena afi kramo'zage anampina manigahaze.

Behold, the noise of the report is come, and a great commotion out of the north country, to render the cities of Judah desolate, a dwelling for monsters.

23 Ra Anumzamoka nagrama kena antahinama huana, mago vahe'mo'a agra'a avesitera kana ontege, agra'a antahintahia retro huteno kana vano osugahie.

I know, O Lord, that the way of man is not in his own power: it is not in man that passeth away to direct his own steps.

24 E'ina hu'negu Ra Anumzamoka nazeri fatgo huo. Hianagi karimpa ahenantenka anara osunka, fatgo kavukva hunantenka nazeri fatgo huo. Na'ankure kagrama karimpama ahenantesanke'na nagra fri'na amane zankna hugahue.

Correct me, O Lord, but with justice; not in thy anger, lest thou bring me to nothing.

25 Hagi kagri'ma kage'za antahizama nosu'za, kagri kagire'ma zamentintima nosaza vahete karimpa ahe'zana eri rukaha hutro. Na'ankure ana vahe'mo'za tagri naga Israeli vahera zamahe'za eri hana hu'naze. Ana vahe'mo'za vahe'ma zamahe'za eri hana'ma hazageno'a mopatifina vahera omanigeno ka'ma koka efore hu'ne.

Pour out thy fury over the nations that know thee not, and over the families that have not called on thy name; for they have eaten up Jacob, and devoured him, and consumed him, and have made his dwelling desolate.
