Alas for Ariel, Ariel, The city against which, David encamped, —Add ye a year to a year. Let the festivals, come round;

Yet will I bring Ariel into straits, —And she shall become a bewailing and wailing, Yea she shall become to me a veritable Hearth of God.

3 Nagra ha' vahera huzmantesuge'za e'za eme miko asoparegati kavazagi kagigahaze. Ana nehu'za mani'nezama ha'ma hugantesnaza zana, kuma keginamofo tvaontera mopa kate'za erinte hihi hanageno marerisige'za, zaza no kiza mareriza manine'za hara hugantegahaze.

And I will encamp round about against thee, —And lay siege against thee with a fort, And raise against thee siege-works;

And thou shalt be brought low—Out of the earth, shalt thou speak, And out of the dust, shalt thou lower thine utterance, —And as one that hath a familiar spirit, Out of the earth, shall come thy voice, And out of the dust, thy speech shall chirp;

5 Hianagi ha' vahekamo'za tusi'a kugusopagna hu'za tusi'a vahe'mo'za hara eme hugantegahaze. Hagi kema ontahi'za hazenkema eri hakarema nehaza sondia vahera mago hankave zaho'mo witimofo hona'a eri harafi huno viaza hu'za ame hu'za vugahaze.

Then shall be as fine dust the multitude of thy foreigners, —And as chaff that passeth away, the multitude of tyrants; And it shall come to pass, in a twinkling, Suddenly,

6 Nagra Monafi sondia vahe'mofo Ra Anumzamo'na mona kereti'ene, iminti'ene tusi'a agasasane zahoteti'ene ununkoteti'ene maka'za te fanane hu tevereti'ene hu'na zamahe fanene hugahue.

From Yahweh of hosts, shalt thou be visited, With thunder, and with earthquake and a great noise, hurricane and storm and flame of fire devouring;

7 Hagi ru moparegati tusi'a sondia vahe e'za Arieli (Jerusalemi) kumara eme avazagi kagine'za, fraki'za nemaniza ha'ma eme hunte'za azeri havizama hanaza zamo'a, kenage'ma ava'na keaza hu'za eme zamazeri haviza hute'za omanigahaze.

And it shall be like the dream of a night vision, With the multitude of all the nations who have been making war against Ariel, —Even with all who have been making war against her and her stronghold and who have been laying siege to her;

8 Anahu kna huno mago agazanku nehia ne'mo mase'neno ava'na keana, ne'za neneno ke'neanagi, o'matiana aga zamo'a vaga noregeno, tinku ave'nesia ne'mo mase'neno ava'na keana, ti neneno ke'neanagi, otiana tinku ave'nesigeno traka huno mase'ne. Maka moparegati tusi'a sondia vahe'ma e'za Saioni agonamofoma ha'ma eme hunte'naza vahetera e'ina huknaza fore hugahie.

Yea it shall be As when the hungry man dreameth and lo! he is eating, But he awaketh, and his soul, is empty, Or as when the thirsty man dreameth and lo! he is drinking, But he awaketh and lo! he is faint and his soul, is craving, So, shall it be with the multitude of all the nations, that have come forth to war against Mount Zion.

And so all vision hath become unto you as the words of a writing that is sealed, Which is delivered unto one acquainted with writing, saying, Pray thee read this, And he saith, I cannot, for it is sealed;

And then the writing is delivered to one unacquainted with writing, saying, Pray thee read this, And he saith I am not acquainted with writing.

13 Hanki Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno hu'ne, ama vahe'mo'za kereti'ene zamagiteti hu'za nagia ahentesga nehaze. Hianagi zamagu'amo'a nagritera omane afete me'ne. Nagri'ma antahi'namiza mono'ma hunenanta zana vahe'mo'zama ante'naza kasege amage ante'za monora hunenantaze.

Wherefore My Lord hath said, —Because this people, hath drawn near with their mouth, And with their lips, have honoured me, But their heart, have they moved far from me, And so their reverence of me hath become A commandment of men in which they have been schooled,

14 E'ina hu'negu nagra mago'ene hentofaza zamagritera eri fore hanuge'za kegahaze. Anama nehu'na knare antahi'zane vahe'mokizmi antahi'zana eri netre'na, antahi zane vahe'mokizmi antahi'zana eri atregahue.

Therefore, behold me! again dealing wonderfully with this people, doing wonderfully a wonderful thing, —So shall perish, the wisdom of their wise men, And the intelligence of their intelligent men, shall vanish!

15 Hagi havi zamavu'zamava'mahu antahintahima eri franeki'za, mago vahe'mo'a tageno antahino osugahie hu'za nehu'za Ra Anumzamofo avure franekune hu'za nehaza vahe'mo'za kva hiho.

Alas! for them who would fain have been too deep for Yahweh by giving secret counsel, —and therefore in the dark, have been their doings, and they have said Who can see us? and—Who can understand us?

16 Tamagra miko zana eri rukrahe nehaze. Hagi mopa kavoma tro'ma nehia ne'mo'a, mopagna hu'ne nehaze. Hagi mago zama tro'ma hunte'nesnia zamo'a, azama avako'ma huno tro'ma hunte'nesnia venafona, asamino kagra trora nagrira huonte'nanema haniana, e'i knare hugahifi? Hagi mopa kavoma tro'ma hu'nesnia ne'ma, mopa kavomo'ma asamino kagra mago'zana ontahi'nanema huno haniana, e'i knare antahi'zana e'origahie.

Your perverseness! As if like clay, the potter could be reckoned; For shall, the thing made say of him that made it, he made me not? Or hath the thing fashioned ever said of him that fashioned it, He hath no understanding.

17 Hagi osi'a knafi Lebanoni zafa tanopamo'a rukrahe huno masavenke hoza mopa fore hugahie. Ana hanigeno hozamo'a tretre huno zafa tanopagna hugahie.

Is it not yet a very little while, And Lebanon shall be turned, into garden land, —And garden land, for a forest, be reckoned?

18 Hagi e'i ana knafina zamagesa ankanire vahe'mo'za avontafepi me'nea nanekema hamprisnazana antahigahaze. Hagi zamavu asuhu vahe'ma tusi'a hanimpima mani'naza vahe'mo'za ruhari hu'za ete zamavua kegahaze.

Therefore, in that day, shall the deaf hear the words of a book, —And out of gloom and darkness, the eyes of the blind shall see;

19 Vahe'mozama zamazeri havizama nehaza vahe'ene keonke zanku'ma atupa'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za, Ra Anumzana Israeli vahe'mokizmi ruotage'ma hu'nea Anumzamofona musenkase hunte'za agi'a erisga hugahaze.

And again shall the humbled in Yahweh, have joy, —And the needy of mankind in the Holy One of Israel, exult;

20 Hianagi kema ontahi'za hazenke'ma nehaza vahe'ene, Anumzamofo kegu'ma kiza zokago kema nehaza vahera fanane hu'za omanigahaze. Ana nehanage'za kefo zamavu'zmava huzankuke'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za tamage hu'za fanane hugahaze.

For the tyrant, hath vanished, And the scoffer, is no more, Yea cut off are all who watch for iniquity: —

21 Hagi vahe'ma havige huzmante'za keagafi zamavare nente'za, hazenkema hu'naza vahe'ma havige hu'za keagafima zamaza nehu'za, fatgo vahe'ma keagafima zamavarenentaza vahe'mo'za ana zanke hu'za knazana erigahaze.

Who bring a man into condemnation with a rumour, And for him that decideth in the gate, lay a snare, —And have driven away, for a thing of nought, one who was righteous.

22 E'ina hu'negu Abrahamuma agu'vazino avre'nea Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno Israeli vahekura nehie, tamagra Jekopu agehe agehemota tamagazegura nosinkeno tamavugosamo'a evuoramino.

Therefore, Thus, saith Yahweh, concerning the house of Jacob, [even he saith it] who redeemed Abraham, —Not now, shall, Jacob turn pale, And, not now, shall their faces whiten;

23 Hianagi Nagri nazanko avoma agri mofavre naga'ma amu'nompima mani'naza vahe'ma negenu'za, Nagri nagimo'a ruotge hu'ne nehu'za, Jekopu Anumzana ruotage hu'ne nehu'za, Israeli vahe Anumzamofona koro hunte'za agorga manigahaze.

For, when he seeth his children the work of my hands, in his midst, They will hallow my Name, —Yea they will hallow the Holy One of Jacob, And the God of Israel, will they regard with awe.

24 Hagi antahintahi zamimo'ma hazama negrea vahe'mo'za tamage nanekea antahi ama' hugahaze. Hagi ke hakare nehu'za ke ontahi vahe'mo'za e'ina hihoma hu'na rempima huzamisnua kea amage antegahaze.

Then will they who erred in spirit comprehend, And the murmurers, accept instruction.
