< Hivru 7 >
For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of God Most High, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him,
2 Higeno Abrahamu'a maka'zama erino e'nefintira, nazantrema'a kevu erinteno, refako huno mago kevua Melkisedekina ami'ne. Hagi Melkisedeki'e agimofo agu'agesamo'a, fatgo avu'avazamofo kini nere hu'ne. Nehuno Salemi kini nerema hu'nea agu'agesamo'a, rimpa fruzamofo kini nere hu'ne.
to whom also Abraham divided a tenth part of all (being first, by interpretation, King of righteousness, and then also King of Salem, which is, King of peace;
3 Nerera'ene nefakea omanina'e, agigo azankomo'a omanigeno, kasente kna'a omanegeno, fri'nea agenke'a omanegeno, Anumzamofo mofavregna huno pristi ne' mani vava hu'ne.
without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like unto the Son of God), abideth a priest continually.
4 Melkisedeki'a ra ne' mani'neanki antahiho. Abrahamu'a tagigomo agranena ra ne' mani'neanagi, hapintima eri'noma e'nea zantamipintira nazantrema'a kevu refko huteno, anampintira knare'zantfama hu'nea kevua magora Melkisedekina ami'ne.
Now consider how great this man was, unto whom Abraham, the patriarch, gave a tenth out of the chief spoils.
5 Mosese kasegemo'a maka'zama antenesafintira 10ni'a nazantrema'a kevu refko hu'nesageno, mago kevua pristi vahe'mo'za erigahaze huno krente'ne. E'i anazana zamagra'a nagapinti'ene erigahaze hu'ne. Na'ankure zamagranena Abrahamu naga mani'naze.
And they indeed of the sons of Levi that receive the priest’s office have commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though these have come out of the loins of Abraham:
6 Hianagi Melkisedeki'a Livae nagapintira omani'neanagi Abrahamu'ma nazantrema'a kevu refko hutenefintira, anampintira mago knare'zantfama hu'nea kevua eri'ne. Hagi Melkisedekia Abrahamuna asomura hunte'ne, ko'ma rama'azankuma huvempama hunte'nea nere.
but he whose genealogy is not counted from them hath taken tithes of Abraham, and hath blessed him that hath the promises.
7 Hianagi mago kea huontegosune, asomuma nemia ne'mo'a asomu eneria nera agaterene.
But without any dispute the less is blessed of the better.
And here men that die receive tithes; but there one, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
9 Livae naga'mo'za nazantrema'a kevu refko hunte'nafinti mago kevua eneriza vahe'mo'za ko Abrahamupi Melkisedekina zamagra nazantrema'a kevu refko huntenafintira mago kevua ami'naze.
And, so to say, through Abraham even Levi, who receiveth tithes, hath paid tithes;
10 Na'ankure Melkisedekima Abrahamuma tutagihama hunteno, nazantrema'a kevu refko huno mago kevuma ami'neana, agripintira Livae vahe'mo'za zahufa forera osu'nazegeno'e.
for he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
11 Hagi Mosese kasegemo'a huno, Livae nagapintike pristi vahera manigahie huno hige'za mani'nazanagi, ana pristi vahe'mo'za mago vahera zamazeri knarera osu'nazagu mago Melkisedekikna pristi ne'ma fore'ma haniana, Aron nagapinti rompage, ru nagapinti fore'ma hanigeno knarera hugahie hu'ne.
Now if there was perfection through the Levitical priesthood (for under it hath the people received the law), what further need [was there] that another priest should arise after the order of Melchizedek, and not be reckoned after the order of Aaron?
12 Ana hu'negu pristi eri'zamoma zahema nehanageno'a, tra ke mo'enena anahukna huno zahe hugahie.
For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.
13 Na'ankure menima keagama nehuna pristi nera, kre sramanavu itare, Kresramana nevaza pristi vahepinti rompage ru nagapinti fore hugahie.
For he of whom these things are said belongeth to another tribe, from which no man hath given attendance at the altar.
14 Hagi nagrama nehuana Rantimo'a Jiu nagapinti e'ne. Hagi Mosese'a ana nagapinti pristi vahera fore hugahie huno osu'nea nagapinti fore hu'ne.
For it is evident that our Lord hath sprung out of Judah; as to which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priests.
15 Ama ana miko zantamimo'a eriama huno, magora Melkisedeki kna pristi ne' menina efore nehie hu'ne.
And [what we say] is yet more abundantly evident, if after the likeness of Melchizedek there ariseth another priest,
16 Jisasi'ma pristi ne'ma mani'nena tagehe'mo'zama nehazaza huno Livae nagapinti pristi nera omani'neanki, manivava asimumofo hankave pristi ne' mani'ne.
who hath been made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life:
17 Avontafemo'a agrikura huno, Melkisedeki kna hunka manivava pristi nere hu'ne, (Sam-Zga 110:4) (aiōn )
for it is witnessed [of him], Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
18 Ama ana kanteti eri'zama'ama omane hankave'a omane korapa kasegea retufeganti atrene.
For there is a disannulling of a foregoing commandment because of its weakness and unprofitableness
19 Na'ankure kasegemo'a ana mikozana eriknarera nosie. Hianagi knare'zama fore hugahiema huta amuhama hunemunazamo noma'a e'nerino Anumzamofonte tavreno urava'o nehie.
(for the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in thereupon of a better hope, through which we draw nigh unto God.
20 Hagi Anumzamo'a Agra'a huvempa huno, Kraisi Agrake pristi nera mika zupa manigahie hu'ne. Hianagi mago'a pristi vahe'ma fore'ma hazageno'a, e'inahukna huvempa kea Anumzamo'a huozmante'ne.
And inasmuch as [it is] not without the taking of an oath
21 Huvempa kema hu'neana, Nagra Ramo'na, huvempa ke hugantoankina antahintahini'a zahera osugahue. Kagra manivava pristi ne' manigahane hu'ne. (aiōn )
(for they indeed have been made priests without an oath; but he with an oath by him that saith of him, The Lord sware and will not repent himself, Thou art a priest for ever); (aiōn )
22 Na'ankure Anumzamo huvempama hunte'negu, Jisasi'a knare hagerafi huvempa kema tamigahue hu'nea Ne' mani'ne.
by so much also hath Jesus become the surety of a better covenant.
23 Rama'a vahe'mo'za pristi eri'zana eri'naze, na'ankure zamagra nefrizageno, rumo'za eri'zazmia eritere hu'naze.
And they indeed have been made priests many in number, because that by death they are hindered from continuing:
24 Hianagi Jisasi'a manivava pristi ne' mani'nigeno, Agri pristi eri'zamo'a mevava hugahie. (aiōn )
but he, because he abideth for ever, hath his priesthood unchangeable. (aiōn )
25 E'ina hu'negu Agrite'ma etenoma, Anumzamofontema esimofona magoke zupa agu'vazinkeno mani vava hugahie. Na'ankure Agra manivava hu'neno, Anumzamofontega nunamu huno zamaza nehie.
Wherefore also he is able to save to the uttermost them that draw near unto God through him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
26 E'inahukna ugagota pristi ne'mo tazeri knarera hugahie. Na'ankure Agra ruotge huno kumi'a omanegeno kumi'mo magore huno azeri haviza osu'ne. Menina kumi vahepinti azeri ruotge higeno, monafinka ragi erino mani'ne.
For such a high priest became us, holy, guileless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
27 Agra ruga'a pristi vahe'mo'zama nehazaza huno mika kna kresrama vuvava nosie. Zamagra kumikura kresramana vute'za, vahe'mokizmi kumikura kresramana nevazanagi, Jisasi'a magoke zupa Agra avufga eme aguza runo, maka vahe kumikura keka zafarera fri'ne.
who needeth not daily, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for his own sins, and then for the [sins] of the people: for this he did once for all, when he offered up himself.
28 Na'ankure kasegemo'a hanavezami omane ugagota pristi vahe huhamprizmante. Hianagi Anumzamo'a huvempa hunte'nea kemo'a kasegemofo amefi'a e'neana, Agri'a Ne'mofavremo mikazana emeri knare'zantfa nehuno manivava hugahie. (aiōn )
For the law appointeth men high priests, having infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was after the law, [appointeth] a Son, perfected for evermore. (aiōn )
