< Hivru 4 >
1 E'ina hu'negu manifruhu kumapi ufregahaze huno huvempama hu'nea knama me'nesire, mago'tamimo'ma ana manifru hu kumapima uofre'zankura, kore nehutma kva hiho.
Wherefore, let us be afraid, lest a promise of entrance into the rest, being left, any of you should seem to fall short of it.
For glad tidings have been proclaimed to us, as well as to them: but the word which they heard did not profit them; not being mixed with faith in them who heard it.
For we, who have believed, do enter into the rest, as he said, "So, I swore, in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest"; namely, from the works that were finished at the formation of the world.
(Jen-Agf 2:2)
For he has spoken somewhere concerning the seventh day, thus: "And God rested on the seventh day, from all his works."
And in this, again, "They shall not enter into my rest."
6 E'ina hu'negu manifru kumapima ufre'zamo'a ko me'neanagi, ese'ma Knare Musenkema huama hige'za antahi'namo'za uofre'nazana, na'ankure zamagra ke'ama amagema onte'nazazamo hige'za uofre'naze.
Since, then, it remains for some to enter into it, and that they who first received the good tidings, did not enter in on account of unbelief:
7 Hu'negu Anumzamo'a manifruhu kumapima ufrezankura rugna huhamprintene, e'i ana kna meninku Deviti ko hu'nea ke huno avontafepina hu'ne. Hagi menina Anumzamona kema nehanigeta nentahisuta, tamagu'a kafana eri onkiho hu'ne.
again, he limits a certain day, saying, by David, "To-day," after so long a time; as it is said, "To-day, if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts."
8 Hu'negu Josua'ma manifruhu kuma'ma zamineresina, Anumzamo'a ru manifruhu knagura mago'ane kea osiresine.
For, if Joshua has caused them to rest, he would not, after that, have spoken of another day.
9 Hu'negu Anumzamo'ma eri'zama erivagareteno mani fru hu'neaza huno, mani fruhuzamo'a, Agri vahera zahufa zmavega ante'ne.
There remains, therefore, a divine rest for the people of God.
10 Hu'negu iza'o Anumzamofo manifru zampima ufre'nakuma hanimo'a, Aumzamoma ama mopama trohu vaga reteno manifru hu'neaza hu'za, erizazmi eri vagarete'za manifru hugahaze.
For he who has entered into his rest, has himself, also, rested from his own works, like as God, also, rested from his.
11 E'ina hu'negu manifruhu kumapima ufre'zankura hankavenetita, ke ontahi vahe'mo'za ke runetrage'za fanane hunazankna huzankura kva hanune.
Wherefore let us carefully strive to enter into THIS REST, lest any one should fall after the same example of unbelief.
12 Na'ankure Anumzamofo kemo'a kasefa huno me'neno, eri'za enerino, tarega kaziga asanenea kazimofo asenezama'a agatereno, kantu tagu tamemofone, avamutifine ufreno tagahu rurerure nehuno, kantu tagrunamo hagerafi'nefine, zaferinamofo asinu'afi ufreno taga nehuno, tavutavazane tagutagesamofo avesizana refko nehie.
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and purposes of the heart.
13 Mago'zamo'e huno Anumzamofo avurera, Agrama tro'ma hunte'nea zantamimo'a fraokigosie. Hianagi refkoma hanimofo avurera, ana maka'zamo'a amateke'za nehanigeta, tagranena tamage kege asamigahune.
And there is no creature concealed from his sight, for all things are naked and open to the eyes of him, to whom we must give an account.
14 E'ina hu'negu tagrira mareri ageteresa pristi nera monafinka ufrenemofonte, Anumzamofo Ne' Mofavre Jisasinte tamentintia azeri hankavetisune.
Now, having a great High Priest, who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
For we have not a High Priest who can not sympathize with our weaknesses; but one who was tried in all points, according to the likeness of his nature to our ours, without sin.
16 Hu'negu korera osu hanavetita asunku Anumzamofo tramofo avuga ne-eta, asunkuzane avesirantezanena, atupama hanuna knafina erinunkeno taza hugahie.
Let us, therefore, approach, with boldness, to the throne of favor, that we may receive mercy, and obtain favor for the purpose of seasonable help.
