1 Hagi amentintima hu'zana, onke'nona zamofo tamage huno fore hugahie huta amuhama nehuna zane.
But faith is the confidence of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
2 Korapa vahe'mo'za zamentinti hu'nazagu, Anumzamo'a fatgo vahere huno huzmantene.
For by it the elders receive the witness of the Spirit.
3 Tamentinti nehunku, Anumzamo'a ke'areti ama mopane, monanena trohune huta antahi amara nehune. Ana hu'negu menima tavuma negona zana, Anumzamo'a nonkona zanteti tro hu'ne. (Jen-Agf 4:3-10.) (aiōn g165)
By faith we understand that the worlds were created by the word of God, and that which was seen was not made from things which are manifest. (aiōn g165)
4 Ebeli'a amentinti Anumzamofonte nehuno kre sramana vunte'neazamo, Keni'ma kre sramana vunte'neazana agaterene. Ebeli'a amentinti higeno Anumzamo'a fatgo nere huno huso'e huntene. Ebeli'a ko fri'neanagi amentinti hu'neazamo tagrira meninena hunerasamie. (Jen-Agf 5:21-24.)
By faith Abel offered up to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he received the witness that he was righteous, God witnessing to his gifts: and through it he having died is still speaking.
5 Enoku'a amentinti higu Anumzamo'a avregeno ofrineno, monafinka marerige'za onke'naze. Na'ankure ofrino mani'nerera Anumzamofo avurera fatgo huno mani'negeno, Anumzamo muse hunteno avare'ne.
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and he was not found because God translated him. For before he was translated he had the witness of the Spirit, that he pleased God:
6 Amentintima omane'nesigeno'a, Anumzamofo avesizama avaririzamo'a amuho huntegahie. Na'ankure iza'o Anumzamofontema esimo'a, agra amentintima haniana, Anumzana mani'neankino, Agriku'ma hakaza vahera mizana nezamie huno antahino. (Jen-Agf 6:13-22.)
but without faith it is impossible to please him: for it behooves the one coming unto God to believe that he is, and he is a rewarder unto them who seek him out.
7 Anumzamo'a Noana asamigeno amentinti ana kegura nehuno, amageanteno tima hagesifima naga'a zamagu vazisigura ventea tro hu'ne. Fore'ma osu'nea knaza fore hugahie huno Anumzamo'a asamine. 9 Hagi Abrahamu'a Anumzamo'ma hunte'nea moparera amentinti nehuno zoka vahekna huno, seli no ome kino umanine. Ana higeno Asaki'ene Jekopukea anahukna huke Anumzamo'a huvempama hunte'nea zana erisintiharegaha'e hunte'nea netrene magoka ana seli nompina umani'naze.
By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as a strange country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow-heirs of the same promise:
10 Hakare zupa Abrahamu'a amentinti nehuno, henkama hanave ranku'ma Anumzamo retro hunteteno, Agra'a ki'nea ranku'ma erisigu aveganteno manine.
for he anticipated a city having foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

And by faith Sarah herself received power unto the conception of seed, even past the time of age, since she considered him faithful who had promised.
12 Hagi magoke ne' Abrahamu'a ozafarenea nepinti, maka fore hu'naza vahe'mo'za, monafi hanafi kna nehu'za, hagerinkenafi kahepankna hu'za ohampriga'a vahe mani'naze.
Therefore indeed they were born of one, and those things of one having died, as the stars of heaven for multitude, and as the sands which are by the sea, which are innumerable.
These all died in the faith, not having received the promises, but seeing them afar off, and embracing them, and confessing that they are strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 E'ina hukna kema nehaza vahe'mo'za, zamagrama umani so'ema hanaza kumaku nehakaze.
For those speaking such things declare that they are seeking after a country of their own.
15 Zamagrama e'naza kumategama vunakuma antahintahima hazasina, ete e'naza kumatega vazasine.
If indeed they remember that country from which they came out, they would have had an opportunity to return;
16 Hianagi knarema hu'nea kumaku nehakazana mona kumare. E'ina hu'negu Anumzamo'a tamagri Anumza mani'noe huzankura, Agra agazea osugahie. Na'ankure Agra mago ranku'ma retro huzmantene.
but now they seek a better country, that is, a heavenly. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he has prepared for them a city.

in reference to whom it was said, In Isaac shall thy seed be called:

considering that God is able to raise him from the dead; whence he also received him in a figure.
20 Aisaki'a amentinti hu'negu, Jekopu'ene Isokea henka'a erisa'a asomu kea huvempa huznantene. (Jen-Agf 27:27-29, 39-40)
By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

By faith Moses, having been born, was hidden three months by his parents, because they saw that he was a beautiful child; and did not fear the commandment of the king.
24 Mosese'a amentinti hu'negu, zomareno rama nehuno'a Fero mofamofo mofavre hu'za agrikuma huzankura avesra hu'ne.
By faith Moses, having become an adult, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;
25 Anumzamofo vahe'ma zamazeri havizama hazaza hu'za azeri haviza huzanku agesa nentahino, atupa knafi kumimofo kefo avu'avazampi muse huzankura avesra hu'ne.
choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasure of sin for a season;
26 Agra Isipi kumamofo feno erizankura nontahino, Kraisintekuma natama erisuana knare hugahie huno agesa antahine. Na'ankure Anumzamo'ma henkama ra mizama amizanku anara hu'ne.
esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt: for he was looking unto the recompense of reward.
27 Mosese'a amentinti hu'negu kini ne'mo'ma arimpa ahentezankura koro osu Isipi mopa atreno vu'ne. Na'ankure agra onkenemofonte avuraga kenteno kazigazi huno vu'ne.
By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he went out, as seeing the invisible one.
28 Mosese'a amentinti hu'negu, Israeli vahera zamasimge'za sipisipi ahe'za korana nonkafa zamirera frenazageno, Anumzamofo ankeromo'a ozamahe zmagaterene. (Eks-Ati 12:21-30.)
By faith he instituted the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, in order that the one destroying the first-born might not touch them.
29 Hagi Israeli vahe'mo'za Anumzamofonte zmentinti hu'nazagu, hagege moparema hiaza hu'za hagerina takahe'naze. Hianagi Isipi vahe'mo'za anama hazaza hu'za takahenaku hu'nazanagi, ti nakri'naze. (Eks-Ati 14:21-31.)
By faith they pass through the Red sea as through dry land: the undertaking of which the Egyptians having entered upon were drowned.
30 Israeli vahe'mo'za Anumzamofonte zametinti hu'nazagu, 7ni'a knafina Jeriko kumara kagizageno, vihu keginamo'a fragu vaziramine. (Jos 6:12-21.)
By faith the walls of Jericho fell, having been encompassed about seven days,

And what do I yet say? time will fail me relating concerning Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, and David, and Samuel, and the prophets:
33 E'i ana zamentintima haza vahe'mo'za ru kumate vahe'ma ha'ma huzmantazana zmagatenere'za, fatgo zamavuzmava hazagu huvempama hu'nea zana enerizageno, laionimofo zmagira ruhamunki'naze.
who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness,

obtained promises, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness became filled up with dynamite, became mighty in war, put to flight the armies of the aliens:

And all these, having received the witness of the spirit through faith, did not obtain the promise:

God having reserved something better for us, that they might not be made perfect apart from us.
