1 Jekopu'a amanage huno mika ne'mofavre'amokizmi zamasmi'ne, Henkama tamagrite'ma fore hania zamofo nanekea tamasamigahuanki,
And Jacob sent for his sons, and said, Come together, all of you, so that I may give you news of your fate in future times.
2 Jekopu mofavre naga'nimota tamagra eme atru huneta tamagesa anteta nerafa'na Israeli'na hanua nanekea antahiho.
Come near, O sons of Jacob, and give ear to the words of Israel your father.
3 Rubeniga nagonesa mofavremoka, ese hihamu ni'afinti kasegante'nogenka zamagaterenka mareri vahe mani'nanku, hanave kamo asaga hu'ne.
Reuben, you are my oldest son, the first-fruit of my strength, first in pride and first in power:
4 Hianagi timo hageno eviankna huno, nagakafina ran kagia omanegahie. Na'ankure negafa sipare marerinka haviza hunka mago a'ni'a avazu nehunka sipani'a eri hi'mna vu'nane.
But because you were uncontrolled, the first place will not be yours; for you went up to your father's bed, even his bride-bed, and made it unclean.
5 Simioni'ene Livaikea kogna mani'na'e. Bainati kazinkno zanimo'a, vahera zamazeri havizantfa hugahie.
Simeon and Levi are brothers; deceit and force are their secret designs.
6 Nagri knare antahi antahimo'a, tanagri antahi antahifina omanegahie. Nagra kema anakisapina omanigahue. Na'ankure zanarimpa ahenke'ne vahera akafrigaha'e. Zanagra musezampi vu'ne, Bulimakao agia agruna nofi akafrina'e.
Take no part in their secrets, O my soul; keep far away, O my heart, from their meetings; for in their wrath they put men to death, and for their pleasure even oxen were wounded.
7 Tanarimpa ahe'zantera tusi huneranantoe. Na'ankure tanarimpa ahezamo'a arava ohegahie. Tanarimpa nehena, hazenke vahe manigaha'e. Jekopu'na nagri'pintira tanatufe atra'nena, Israeli mopafina arure arure huta manigahaze.
A curse on their passion for it was bitter; and on their wrath for it was cruel. I will let their heritage in Jacob be broken up, driving them from their places in Israel.
8 Judaga kafu kaganaza kagi erisga hugahaze. Kagri kazamo'a ha' vahe ka'amokizmi zamanankempi megahie. Kagri negafa ne'mofavremo'za kepri hu'za zamarena regahaze.
To you, Judah, will your brothers give praise: your hand will be on the neck of your haters; your father's sons will go down to the earth before you.
9 Judaga laioni anenta kna hu'nane. Kagra nenamofoga laionimo ne'zaga aheno nenaku kva hiankna hu'nane. Kagrikura vahe'mo'za kagoro hugahaze. Mago vahe'mo'a kvako osugahie.
Judah is a young lion; like a lion full of meat you have become great, my son; now he takes his rest like a lion stretched out and like an old lion; by whom will his sleep be broken?
10 Judaga kva vahe'mokizmi azompamo'a kagripi mevava hugahie. Kini vahe azompamo'a agiararemofo amu'nompi me'nesigeno, Nafa'amo'a henka Sailo kumate ehanatigahie. Hanige'za hakare ranra kumate veamo'za agri kea erizafa hugahaze.
The rod of authority will not be taken from Judah, and he will not be without a law-giver, till he comes who has the right to it, and the peoples will put themselves under his rule.
11 Donki anentara krepire nofiteti rentesnankeno manigahie. Agaho donkima avesi'nesia krepi nofite'ma arentesigura antahi muhara osugahie. Kukena'a waini timpi sese hu'ne, na'ankure ne'zamo'a amporegeno nehana huga osu'ne.
Knotting his ass's cord to the vine, and his young ass to the best vine; washing his robe in wine, and his clothing in the blood of grapes:
12 Agra rama'a waini tina nenegu huno tare avurgamo'a koranke hu'ne, agra afu'mofo amirina rama'a nenegu huno, ave'mo'a efenentake hu'ne.
His eyes will be dark with wine, and his teeth white with milk.
13 Zebuluniga hageri ankenare umanigahane. Umani'nesanke'za vente'mo'za efre'za vu'za hugahaze. Mopa kamofo agemo'a Saidoni kuma atupare uhanatigahie.
The resting-place of Zebulun will be by the sea, and he will be a harbour for ships; the edge of his land will be by Zidon.
14 Isakaga hankave donkie, tare fenonku'mofo amu'nompi manigsa hugahane.
Issachar is a strong ass stretched out among the flocks:
15 Agrama kegeno knare manigsa kuma me'negeno, ana kumamo knare zantfa hu'negeno, hanave'a erigoteno eri'za eri'ne. Ana hu'neanagi henka'a kna'ane kazokzo eri'za erigahie.
And he saw that rest was good and the land was pleasing; so he let them put weights on his back and became a servant.
16 Daniga kva (jas) vahe tro hunka vaheka'a kegava hugahane. Mago naga Israeli kevufi manigahaze.
Dan will be the judge of his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.
17 Ha' osifavemo kamofo ankenare mani'neno, hosimofo agamerumpafi amprigeno, agumpifi vu'nea ne'mo amefigati asga hurami'ne.
May Dan be a snake in the way, a horned snake by the road, biting the horse's foot so that the horseman has a fall.
18 Ra Anumzamoka nahoke ahesnanegu, kavega ante'na mani'noe.
I have been waiting for your salvation, O Lord.
19 Gatiga kumza vahe'mo'za kahegahaze. Hianagi rukrahe hunka, zamagumpi zamarotgo hugahane.
Gad, an army will come against him, but he will come down on them in their flight.
20 Asaga hentofa ne'za eri fore hugahane. Rankva vahe zame'nesia ne'za, hankregahane.
Asher's bread is fat; he gives delicate food for kings.
21 Naftaliga, afi a' afu dia atregeno agareno viankna nehunka, knare so'e nanekege hugahane.
Naphtali is a roe let loose, giving fair young ones.
22 Josefega zafa azankunamo raga renteankna hugahane, azankunamo ti ankenare me'neno raga reno, pagagi huno kegina refiteankna hugahane.
Joseph is a young ox, whose steps are turned to the fountain;
23 Ha' vahekamo'za atireti hanaveti'za hara hunegante'za, kevea negahe'za, kazeri haviza hugahaze.
He was troubled by the archers; they sent out their arrows against him, cruelly wounding him:
24 Hianagi Jekopu Anumzamo'a Josefena hankavea aminkeno azamo'a oragesigeno, kevema ahesiana hantaga osugahie. Ana Anumzamo'a Israeli vahera sipisipi afu kegava hiankna nehuno, zamagu'vazi havegna hugahie.
But their bows were broken by a strong one, and the cords of their arms were cut by the Strength of Jacob, by the name of the Stone of Israel:
25 Na'ankure Jekopu'na negafa'na Anumzamo kaza nehuno, hihamu'ane Anumzamo asomu huneganteno, anagamu monafinkati asomu huneganteno, mopa agu'afinti tina hanati'nigenka asomura e'nerinanke'za, karimpafinti'ma fore hanaza mofavre'mo'zanena asomura erigahaze.
Even by the God of your father, who will be your help, and by the Ruler of all, who will make you full with blessings from heaven on high, blessings of the deep stretched out under the earth, blessings of the breasts and of the fertile body:
26 Kagri negafa'na asomumo'a nagri nagehe'i asomura agatereno mevava agonagna huno mareri'ne, ana asomumo'a, Josefega kokovite me'nenige'za, kafuhe'za kage anagamute'za kagegahaze.
Blessings of sons, old and young, to the father: blessings of the oldest mountains and the fruit of the eternal hills: let them come on the head of Joseph, on the crown of him who was separate from his brothers.
27 Benzameniga afi ha' kragna (wolf) hugahane. Nanterampi freno zaga aheno traga hiankna nehunka, kinaga'afi refko huno erino ome'mi eme'mi hiankna hugahane.
Benjamin is a wolf, searching for meat: in the morning he takes his food, and in the evening he makes division of what he has taken.
28 Ama ana maka 12fu'a Israeli nagakino, nezmafa'a mago mago naga nofi'ma mani'naza avamente asomu kea huzmantetere hu'nea naneke.
These are the twelve tribes of Israel: and these are the words their father said to them, blessing them; to every one he gave his blessing.
29 Jekopu'a amanage huno mofavre naga'amokizmia zamasmi'ne, Nagrama fri'na vahe'ni'ane umani knanimo'a kofta nehie. Hagi nafahe'ima ase zamante'naza mopare, havegampi ome asenanteho. Hiti ne' Efroni mopama mizama se'nefi ome asenanteho.
And he gave orders to them, saying, Put me to rest with my people and with my fathers, in the hollow of the rock in the field of Ephron the Hittite,
30 Makapela havegampi Mamre kuma tvaonte Kenani mopa agu'afi, Abrahamu'ma ana mopane havegane vahe asente'zane huno Efroni'pinti'ma mizama se'nea mopafi ome asenanteho.
In the rock in the field of Machpelah, near Mamre in the land of Canaan, which Abraham got from Ephron the Hittite, to be his resting-place.
31 E'i anampina Abrahamune nenaro Serane ase'znante'naze. Aisakine nenaro Rebekagiznia anampi ase znante'nafi, anampinke a'ni'a Liana asente'noe.
There Abraham and Sarah his wife were put to rest, and there they put Isaac and Rebekah his wife, and there I put Leah to rest.
32 Ana mopane havegane Hiti ne' mofavrefinti miza se'neane.
In the rock in the field which was got for a price from the people of Heth.
33 Anagema huno mofavre naga'amokizmi zamasmi vaga reteno, agiararena sipare asuteno vagare asimu atreteno frino naga'ane umani'ne.
And when Jacob had come to the end of these words to his sons, stretching himself on his bed, he gave up his spirit, and went the way of his people.
