< Izikeli 2 >
1 Ra Anumzamo'a amanage huno nasami'ne, Vahe'mofo mofavremoka, otinege'na nanekea kasmi'neno.
He said to me, “You human, stand up while I speak to you.”
2 Hagi anagema nehigeno'a Avamumo'a nagu'afi efreno nazeri otige'na, otinena nanekema nasamiana antahi'noe.
While he spoke to me, [God’s] Spirit entered me and enabled me to stand up. Then I heard him speak to me.
3 Hagi Agra amanage hu'ne, Vahe'mofo mofavremoka, Nagra Israeli vahetega hunegantoe, keontahi kumapi vahe'ma ha'ma renante'naza vahetega hunegantoe. Zamagrane zamafahe'mozanena ke'ni'a rutrageme e'za menina ama knarera ehanatize.
He said, “You human, I will send you to the Israeli people. They are people who have turned away from me and rebelled against me. Their ancestors rebelled against me, and they themselves are still rebelling against me.
4 Hagi zamagu'amo'a havegna huno hankavetigeno, zamagu'a rukrahe osu vahetega hunegantoanki, amanage hunka ome zamasamio, Ra Anumzana Hankavenentake Anumzamo'a amanage nehie.
The people to whom I will send you are very stubborn [DOU]. But say to them, ‘This is what Yahweh the Lord says to you.’
5 Hagi anankea antahisazo ontahisazo kasnampa nera amu'nontifi emani'neno hu'neane hu'za zamagra ke'za antahi'za hugahaze. Na'ankure zamagra keontahi vahe mani'naze.
[when you tell them my messages], perhaps those rebellious people will heed those messages and perhaps they will not heed them, but they will know [you are] a prophet who has been among them.
6 Hagi vahe'mofo mofavremoka ave'ave' trazampine segintaveramimofo amu'nompi vano hiankna hugahananki, kagra zamagriku'ene kezmigura korora osuo. Na'ankure zamagra keontahi vahe mani'naze.
And you human, you must not be afraid of them or afraid of what they say. [Living among them will be like] living in the midst of briers or scorpions, but do not be afraid of them. They are rebellious people [MTY], but do not allow them to cause you to become afraid.
7 Hagi ana vahe'mo'za kea antahisazo ontahisazo Nagri' nanekea eri ama hunka zamasmio. Na'ankure zamagra keontahi vahe mani'naze.
Tell them my message, but do not expect them to pay attention to it, because they [very] rebellious.
8 Hianagi vahe'mofo mofavremoka kema kasaminua kea antahio. E'i ana vahe'mo'zama nehazaza hunka kea ontahisanki, kagira aka hunka amama kami'naku'ma nehua zana no.
But human, you must pay attention to what I say. Do not be rebellious like they are. [Now] open your mouth and eat what I give to you.”
9 Anage hige'na negogeno azana rusute namigeno, ana azampina avonkre'za regazarinte'naza avontafe me'nege'na ke'noe.
Then, as I watched, I saw his hand that was stretched toward me. In his hand was a scroll.
10 Hagi ana avontafera eri rupuma hige'nama ke'noana, ana avontafemofo avugane amiganena vahe'mo'zama zmasunku'ma hu keagane, zavi krafagema hu keagane, hazenke zamofo keagane krente'naze.
He unrolled the scroll. On both sides of it were written words that expressed sorrow and mourning and words about trouble/disaster.
