And, in the twelfth month, the same, is the month Adar, on the thirteenth day thereof, when the word of the king and his edict arrived to be put in execution, —on the day when the enemies of the Jews hoped to have power over them, though it, was changed, so that the Jews themselves should have power over them who hated them,

2 Hagi Jiu vahe'mo'za maka kumatmimpina ha'ma huzmante'nia vahe'ma nona hu'za ha'ma huzmante'nagu eritru hu'za mani'naze. Hianagi mago'mo'e huno hara huozmante'naze. Na'ankure maka vahe'mo'za Jiu vahekura tusi koro hu'naze.

the Jews assembled themselves together in their cities, throughout all the provinces of King Ahasuerus, to thrust forth a hand against them who were seeking their hurt, and, no man, stood before them, for the dread of them had fallen upon all the peoples.

And, all the rulers of the provinces, and the satraps and the pashas, and the doers of business that pertained to the king, were extolling the Jews, —for the dread of Mordecai, had fallen upon them;

4 Na'ankure Modekaina kini ne'mo'a ragi amino avregeno kini ne'mofo kumapi umanigeno, agi agenkemo'a maka kaziga haruharu higeno, maka kna tusi himamu'ane ne' efore hu'ne.

since great was Mordecai, in the house of the king, and, his fame, was going forth throughout all the provinces, —for, the man Mordecai, went on waxing great.

5 Hagi Jiu vahe'mo'za ha'marezmantea vahera bainati kazinteti maka zamahe hana nehu'za, ha'marezmantea vahera na'anoma huzmante'naku'ma haza zana amne huzmante'naze.

So then the Jews smote all their enemies, with the smiting of the sword and slaughter, and destruction, —and they dealt with them who hated them according to their pleasure.

6 Hagi hanave vihuma hugagi'naza Susa rankumapina 500'a vahe Jiu vahe'mo'za zamahe fri'naze.

Yea, in Shusan the palace, did the Jews slay and destroy five hundred men.

7 Ana nehu'za Parsandatama, Dalfonima, Aspatama,

And Parshandatha and Dalphon, and Aspatha;

8 Poratama, Adaliama, Aridatama,

and Poratha, and Adalia, and Aridatha;

9 Parmastama, Arisaima, Aridaima, Vaizatama hu'za,

and Parmashta, and Arisai, and Aridai, and Vaizatha; —

10 Jiu vahe'ma ha'marenentea ne' Hamedata nemofo Hemanina 10ni'a ne' mofavreramina zamahe fri hana hu'naze. Hianagi Jiu vahe'mo'za anama zamahaza vahe'mofo fenona e'ori'naze.

the ten sons of Haman son of Hammedatha, the adversary of the Jews, slew they, —but, on the spoil, thrust they not forth their hand.

11 Hagi ana kna zupama hankave vihuma hugagi'naza Susa rankumapima vahe'ma zamahaza agenkea kini ne'ma ome asamizageno'a,

On that day, came in the number of the slain into Shusan the palace, before the king.

12 kini ne'mo'a anage huno kuini a' Estana asami'ne, Hanave vihuma hugagi'naza Susa rankumapina 500'a vahe'ene 10ni'a Hemani ne'mofavreraminena Jiu vahe'mo'za zamahaze. Hagi e'ina'ma ama kumapima hazana mago'a kumapina hago rama'a vahe zamahe fri'negahaze. Hianagi menina na'anku mago'enena kavenesifi nantahigege'na kami'neno? Nazankuroma nantahima kesana zana amne kamigahuanki nasamio.

Then said the king unto Esther the queen, In Shusan the palace, have the Jews slain and caused to perish five hundred men, and the ten sons of Haman, —in the rest of the provinces of the king, what have they done? What, then, is thy petition, that it may be granted thee? and what is thy request further, that it may he performed?

13 Higeno Esta'a kenona huno, Kini ne'mokama antahi'nanama knare'ma hina musema hanunka, menima hankezama hazaza hunka, okina Susa kumate'ma mani'naza Jiu vahetmina huizo huzmantege'za vahera nezamahe'za, Hemanina 10ni'a ne'mofavreramina zafare zamavufaga'a eri'za hantiho.

Then said Esther, If, unto the king, it seem good, let it be granted, to-morrow also, unto the Jews who are in Shusan, to do according to the edict of to-day, —and that, the ten sons of Haman, be hanged upon the gallows.

14 Anage higeno kini ne'mo'a ana hiho nehuno, kasege retro hige'za Hemanina 10ni'a ne'mofavreramina zafare zamavufaga'a eri'za hanti'naze.

And the king commanded it to be done so, and there was given an edict, in Shusan, —and, the ten sons of Haman, they hanged.

15 Ana nehu'za Adarie nehaza ikamofona 14ni zupa Jiu vahe'mo'za mago'ene 300'a vahe Susa rankumapina zamahe'nazanagi, kote'ma zamahe'naza vahetmimofo fenoma e'ori'nazaza hu'za e'ori'naze.

So the Jews who were in Shusan assembled themselves together, on the fourteenth day also, of the month Adar, and slew in Shusan three hundred men, —but, on the spoil, thrust they not forth their hand.

16 Hagi ana'ma nehazageno'a kini ne'mo'ma ruga'ama kegavama hu'nea provinsifima nemani'za Jiu vahe'mo'za emeri atru hu'za zamagranena hahu'za zamagra'a zamagu'vazi'naze. E'inama hazafina ha'marezmantea vahetmina 75tauseni'a vahe zamahe fri'naze. Hianagi zamagranena anama zamahe friza vahe'mokizmi fenozana e'ori'naze.

And, the remainder of the Jews who were in the provinces of the king, assembled themselves together and stood for their life, and then had rest from their enemies, having slain of them that hated them seventy-five thousand, —but, on the spoil, thrust they not forth their hand:

17 Hagi Adarie nehaza ikamofona 13ni zupa, e'i ana zana hu'za vahera zamahete'za, 14ni knazupa manigsa hu'za mani'ne'za tusi ne'za kre'za nene'za musenkasea hu'naze.

on the thirteenth day of the month Adar, —and then had rest on the fourteenth day thereof, and made it a day of banqueting and rejoicing.

18 Hianagi Susama nemaniza Jiu vahe'mo'za 13nine 14ni kna zupaga ha' vahezminena hara hute'za, 15ni kna zupa tusi ne'za kre'za nene'za musena hu'naze.

But, the Jews who were in Shusan, assembled themselves together on the thirteenth day thereof, and on the fourteenth day thereof, —and then had rest on the fifteenth day thereof, and made it a day of banqueting and rejoicing.

19 E'ina agafare osi kumatmimpima nemaniza Jiu vahe'mo'za Adariema nehaza ikamofona 14ni knazupa manigasa hu'za ne'zana kre'za nene'za musenkasea hu'za musezana omi ami nehaze.

For this cause, the country Jews, who dwelt in the country towns, were making the fourteenth day of the month Adar one of rejoicing and banqueting, and a day of happiness, —and of sending portions every one to his neighbour.

20 Higeno Modekai'a ama ana zamofo agenkea avontafepi kreno kini ne' Serksisi'ma mika kegavama hu'nea provinsifima nemaniza Jiu vahetmintega atregeno vuno eno hu'ne.

And Mordecai wrote these things, —and sent letters unto all the Jews who were in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus, near, and far off;

21 Hagi ana avona kreno Adari ikamofona 14nine 15ni kna zupaga maka kafufina ne'zama kreta neneta musenkasema hu kna erinteho.

to establish for them, that they should continue to observe the fourteenth day of the month Adar, and the fifteenth day thereof, —always year by year;

22 Hagi e'i ana knarera ne'za kreta neneta musenkase nehuta, musezana omi ami nehuta, zamunte omne vahetaminena ana huzmanteho. E'ina huta knazampinti'ene ha' vahetimofo zamazampinti'ene tasunku zampinti'ma atreta atiramita e'nona zankura antahimigahune.

according to the days wherein the Jews found rest from their enemies, and the month which was turned for them, from sorrow to joy, and from mourning to a happy day, —that they should make them days of banqueting and rejoicing, and of sending portions, every one to his neighbour, and gifts, unto the needy.

23 Ana hige'za Jiu vahe'mo'za hu'za, Amama eri agafama hu'nazana hu vava huta vugahune nehu'za, Modekaia'ma hiankegura mago zamarimpa hu'naze

And the Jews took upon them that which they had begun to do, —and that which Mordecai had written unto them;

24 Na'ankure korapara Agati ne' Hamedata nemofo Hemani'a Jiu vahe zamahe hana hunaku antahintahia retro hu'neane. Ana antahintahima retro'ma nehuno'a, purie nehaza satu zokago reno ke'negu anara hu'naze.

because, Haman, son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, the adversary of all the Jews, had plotted against the Jews, to cause them to perish, —and had cast Pur, the same, is the Lot, to terrify them, and to destroy them;

25 Hianagi kini ne'mofo avugama Esta'ma ne-egeno'a, Jiu vahetmima zamahenaku'ma Hemanima kefo antahi'zama retro'ma hu'neana, eri arukrahe hu'za agri ahe fri'naze. Ana nehu'za 10ni'a ne'mofavre'a zamahe'za zafare hanti'naze.

but, by [Esther’s] going in before the king, he commanded by letter, that his wicked plot which he had plotted against the Jews, should return, upon his own head, —and that he and his sons should be hanged upon the gallows.

26 E'ina agafare ne'zama kre'za nene'za musema nehaza knagura Purimie hu'za satu zokago agire asamre'naze.

For this cause, called they these days Purim, after the name Pur, for this cause, —for all the words of this epistle, —and what they had seen concerning such a matter, and what had reached unto them.

27 E'ina avu'ava zana Jiu vahe'mo'za kasege eri retro hazageno zamagripinti'ma fore'ma hanaza vahete'ene ru vahe'mo'zama Jiu vahe'enema mani'naku'ma hanaza vahete'enena kasegegna huno me'nena avaririgahaze. Hagi Jiu vahe'mo'za huama hu'za, maka kafua mani okanegosunanki ama ana tare knarera ne'zana kreta neneta musena hugahune hu'za hu'naze.

The Jews established and took upon themselves—and upon their seed, and upon all who should join themselves unto them, that it might not pass away, that they would continue to keep these two days, according to the writing concerning them and at their set time, —always year by year.

28 E'ina hu'negu mago mago nagapinti'ma forehu anante anante'ma hu'za vanaza vahe'mo'za maka kumatmimpina ama ana tare knarareke ne'zana kre'za nene'za musenkase hutere hu'za vugahaze. Hagi maka kafufina ama ana Purimi knama fore'ma hanige'za, mika Jiu vahe'mo'za zamageraokani manigasa antahitere hugahaze.

And, these days, were to be remembered and to be kept, always from generation to generation, by every family, every province, and every city, —that, these days of Purim, should not pass away, out of the midst of the Jews, and, the memorial of them, not cease from their seed.

29 Ana higeno Abihaili mofa kuini a' Esta'ene Modekaike henka mago avona kreke Purimi knama kegava hu nanekea eri hankaveti'na'e.

Then wrote Esther the queen daughter of Abihail and Mordecai the Jew, with all authority, —to confirm this second epistle concerning the Purim;

30 Ana huteke ha'zama omnesige'za zamarimpa fruma hu'zama mani'naza nanekema kre'na'a avontafera 127ni'a provinsima kini ne' Serksisi'ma kegavama hu'nea kumatmimpima Jiu vahe'ma nemanizarega atrakeno vuno eno hu'ne.

and he sent letters unto all the Jews, throughout the hundred and twenty-seven provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, —words of peace and stability:

31 Hagi Jiu ne' Modekai'ene kuini a' Esta'enema hu'na'a kante ante'za ana avoma kre atrakeno vuno eno'ma hia avomo'a Purimi knama ne-esige'zama kegavama hana zamofo ke eri hankaveti'ne. Hige'za Jiu vahe'mo'za ne'zama a'oma hu'za zavi krafama hu'naza zanku nentahi'za zamagragu'ene zamagripinti'ma fore'ma hanaza vahe'enenku hu'za ana knamo'a meno vugahie hu'za eri hankaveti'naze.

to establish these days of the Purim, in their set times, according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined upon them, and according as they had enjoined upon their own soul, and upon their seed, —the story of the fastings and of their outcry.

32 Hagi Purimi knama kegava hu kasegema kuini a' Esta'ma eri hanavetigeno kasegema fore'ma hu'nea agenkea ranra zantamima fore'ma nehige'za krenentaza avontafepi krentazageno me'ne.

And, the command of Esther, confirmed the story of these Purim, —and it was written in a book.
