And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, dreamed hath Nebuchadnezzar dreams, and his spirit doth move itself, and his sleep hath been against him;

and the king saith to call for scribes, and for enchanters, and for sorcerers, and for Chaldeans, to declare to the king his dreams. And they come in and stand before the king;

3 Kini ne'mo'a amanage huno zamasami'ne, Nagra mase'ne'na mago ava'na kete'na, ana avanama ke'noa zankura inankna avana ke'noeha hu'na antahintahi hakare hu'noe.

and the king saith to them, 'A dream I have dreamed, and moved is my spirit to know the dream.'

4 Hige'za ana Kaldia vahe'mo'za amanage hu'za Arami vahe zamagerupinti kenona'a hunte'naze. Kini ne'moka za'zate kinia maninka vugahane. Ana hu'negu kagri eri'za vahe mani'nonanki, ana ava'na huama hugeta nentahita, ana ava'namofo agafa'a eriama huta kasamineno!

And the Chaldeans speak to the king [in] Aramaean, 'O king, to the ages live, tell the dream to thy servants, and the interpretation we do shew.'

The king hath answered and said to the Chaldeans, 'The thing from me is gone; if ye do not cause me to know the dream and its interpretation, pieces ye are made, and your houses are made dunghills;

6 Hianagi ana ava'nafima ke'noa zama nenasamita, ana ava'namofo agafa'ama eri ama'ma huta nasamisage'na, nagra rama'a museza nerami'na rantamagi tamigahue. E'ina hu'negu menina ana avanamofo agafa'a eriama huta nasamiho.

and if the dream and its interpretation ye do shew, gifts, and fee, and great glory ye receive from before me, therefore the dream and its interpretation shew ye me.'

7 Hagi mago'ene ana vahe'mo'za kini nera amanage hu'za asami'naze. Hagi kini ne'moka, ana avanaka'a huama hunka kagri eri'za vahe'mota tasamitegeta antahiteta, ana ava'namofo agafa'a huama huta kasami'neno.

They have answered a second time, and are saying, 'Let the king tell the dream to his servants, and the interpretation we do shew.

8 Hazageno kini ne'mo'a amanage hu'ne, tamagrama antahi'zana zazate nanekea huta avazu huta nevanunkeno, ko'ma huvempama hu'nea nanekea atreno antahintahi'a rukrahe hugahie huta nehaze.

The king hath answered and said, 'Of a truth I know that time ye are gaining, because that ye have seen that the thing is gone from me,

9 Hagi ana ava'nafima ke'noa zamofo agafa'ama eri ama'ma huta onasaminage'na, mago avamenteke knazana tamigahuema hu'noa kegu tamagesa nentahita, tamagra mago tamarimpa huta, antahintahi'a rukrahe hugahie huta havige huta nagrira renavatga nehaze. [so] that, if the dream ye do not cause me to know — one is your sentence, seeing a word lying and corrupt ye have prepared to speak before me, till that the time is changed, therefore the dream tell ye to me, then do I know that its interpretation ye do shew me.'

10 Hanki ana Kaldia vahe'mo'za kini ne'mofona amanage hu'za kenona hunte'naze. Kini ne'moka tagriku'ma hihoma hunkama hana zana, magore huno ama mopafima mani'nea vahe'mo'a huamara huno onkasamigahie. Kini ne'moka ko'ma ama mopafima hankavenentake hu'za ra zamagima eri'za mani'naza kini vahe'mo'za, e'inahu agenoka zamavune vahe'ma, zamema nentaza vahe'ma, henkama fore hania zanku'ma huama nehaza vahe'mokizmia zamantahi onke'nazankna agenoka kagra tantahinegane.

The Chaldeans have answered before the king, and are saying, 'There is not a man on the earth who is able to shew the king's matter; therefore, no king, chief, and ruler, hath asked such a thing as this of any scribe, and enchanter, and Chaldean;

11 Kini ne'moka tagri'ma tantahimagana zama eri ama'ma hu'amo'a, tusiza huno amuho tavesie. Ana hu'neankino mago vahe'mo'a eri amara huno onkasamigahianki, vahe'enena nomaniza anumzantamimoke ana zana eri amara hugahie.

and the thing that the king is asking [is] precious, and others are there not that do shew it before the king, save the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.'

12 Kini nemo'ma ana nanekema nentahino'a, tusi arimpa nehegeno, Babiloni mopamofo agu'afima antahi'zane vahe'ma mani'naza vahera zamahe hana hihogu sondia vahera huzmante'ne.

Therefore the king hath been angry and very wroth, and hath said to destroy all the wise men of Babylon;

13 Antahi'zane vahe'ma zamahe fri nanekemo'a mago kasege efore hige'za, antahi'zane vahera zamahe hana hunaku vu'za e'za hu'naze. Ana nehazage'za mago'a vahera huzmantazage'za Danieline 3'a nagara ome hake'za zamahe frinaku vu'naze.

And the sentence hath gone forth, and the wise men are being slain, and they have sought Daniel and his companions to be slain.

Then Daniel hath replied [with] counsel and discretion to Arioch chief of the executioners of the king, who hath gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon.

15 Danieli'a amanage huno Arioku'na antahige'ne. Na'ane huno kini ne'mo'a e'ina hu hankave kasegea anakino, antahi'zane vahera zamahe frigahue huno nehie? Anagema higeno'a Arioku'a anazamofo agafa'a eriama huno Danielina asami'ne.

He hath answered and said to Arioch the king's captain, 'Wherefore [is] the sentence so urgent from before the king?' Then Arioch hath made the thing known to Daniel,

and Daniel hath gone up, and sought of the king that he would give him time to shew the interpretation to the king.

17 Ana kerera kini ne'mo'a hu i'zo higeno, Danieli'a noma'arega vuno 3'a afuhe'ina Hananiane, Misaheline, Azaria kizmia ana nanekea omerinte ama huno nezmasamino,

Then Daniel to his house hath gone, and to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions, he hath made the thing known,

18 amanage hu'ne, monafinkama mani'nea Anumzamofontega nunamu hanunkeno, agra asunku huneranteno ana ava'namofo agafa'a erinte ama huno tasami'nie. Anama hanigeno'a tagri'ene, ruga'a knare antahi'zane vahe'ma Babilonima mani'naza vahe'enena kini ne'mo'a tahe ofrigahie huno hu'ne.

and to seek mercies from before the God of the heavens concerning this secret, that they destroy not Daniel and his companions with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.

19 Hagi ana kenagera Danieli'a mase'negeno, Anumzamo'a ana ava'nane, ana avanamofo agafa'a, ava'nagna zampi erinte ama huno averi hu'ne. Anama higeno'a monafinkama mani'nea Anumzamofo agi'a Danieli'a ahentesga huno,

Then to Daniel, in a vision of the night, the secret hath been revealed. Then hath Daniel blessed the God of the heavens.

20 amanage hu'ne, Maka kna Anumzamofo agi'a ahentesga huvava hugahune. Na'ankure knare antahi'zane, maka hankavenena Anumzamofopinke me'ne.

Daniel hath answered and said, 'Let the name of God be blessed from age even unto age, for wisdom and might — for they are His.

21 Ama mopafima ruzahu ruzahu knama fore'ma nehiana, Anumzamo Agrake higeno fore nehie. Agrake kini vahera azeri fore nehuno, azeri netreno nehie. Ana nehuno Agrake knare antahi'zana vahe'mofona amigeno ama' antahi'zana enerie.

And He is changing times and seasons, He is causing kings to pass away, and He is raising up kings; He is giving wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to those possessing understanding.

22 Framakino oku'ama me'nea zana Anumzamoke eri ama huno vahera nezamasamino, masare nemania Anumzankino hanimofo agu'afima me'nea zana keno antahino hu'ne. Ana hu'neankino Agra masafi nemania Anumza mani'ne.

He is revealing deep and hidden things; He hath known what [is] in darkness, and light with Him hath dwelt.

23 Nagri nagehe'mokizmi Anumzamoka muse hunegante'na Kagri kagia ahentesga nehue. Na'ankure knare antahi'zane, hankavenena Kagra nenamine. Ana nehunka kini ne'mofo ava'nagu'ma nunamuma hutama kantahigona zana, Kagra eri ama' hunka nasami'ne.

Thee, O God of my fathers, I am thanking and praising, for wisdom and might Thou hast given to me; and now, Thou hast caused me to know that which we have sought from Thee, for the king's matter Thou hast caused us to know.'

24 Hagi anante kini ne'mo'ma Babiloni mopamofo agu'afima knare antahi'zane vahe'ma mani'naza vahe'ma vunka zamahe frio huno'ma hunte'nea ne' Ariokunte Danieli'a vuno, amanage huno ome asami'ne. Knare antahi'zane vahe'ma Babiloni mopamofo agu'afima mani'naza vahera kagra zamahe ofrinka nezmantrenka navrenka kini nete vuge'na, kini ne'mofo ava'na ome eriama hu'na asami'neno.

Therefore Daniel hath gone up unto Arioch, whom the king hath appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon; he hath gone, and thus hath said to him, 'The wise men of Babylon thou dost not destroy, bring me up before the king, and the interpretation to the king I do shew.'

Then Arioch in haste hath brought up Daniel before the king, and thus hath said to him — 'I have found a man of the sons of the Removed of Judah, who the interpretation to the king doth make known.'

The king hath answered and said to Daniel, whose name [is] Belteshazzar, 'Art thou able to cause me to know the dream that I have seen, and its interpretation?'

27 Anagema higeno'a Danieli'a amanage huno kini nera asami'ne. Mago antahi'zane vahemo'o, amema nentea vahemo'o, avune vahe'mo'o, henka fore hania zanku'ma kasnampa nanekema nehaza vahe'mo'za, anama ke'nana ava'namofo agafa'a erinte ama hu'za kini nemoka kasamigara osu'naze.

Daniel hath answered before the king and said, 'The secret that the king is asking, the wise men, the enchanters, the scribes, the soothsayers, are not able to shew to the king;

28 Hianagi monafinkama mani'nea Anumzamo, fra'ma kino oku'ama me'nea zana eri fore nehia Anumza mani'neankino, Anumzamo'a henkama fore hania zamofo sipakare'ma masenankeno'a ava'nafi kini ne'moka eri kaveri hu'ne.

but there is a God in the heavens, a revealer of secrets, and He hath made known to king Nebuchadnezzar that which [is] to be in the latter end of the days. 'Thy dream and the visions of thy head on thy bed are these:

29 Hagi kini ne'moka kagrama mase'nenka'ma ava'nama ke'nanana, henkama fore'ma haniaza ke'nane. Ana hu'neankino oku'ama framakino me'nea zama erifore nehia Anumzamo, ana ava'na eri kaveri hu'ne.

Thou, O king, thy thoughts on thy bed have come up [concerning] that which [is] to be after this, and the Revealer of secrets hath caused thee to know that which [is] to be.

30 Hagi ama ana ava'namofo agafa'ama eriama'ma huno nagri'ma nasami'neana, nagra mago'a antahi'zane vahera zamagatere'na, antahi'zana eri'nogu huno anara osu'ne, i'o. Anumzamo ana ava'namofo agafa'a nasami'neanki'na, huama hanugenka ava'na kamofo agafa'a antahi ama' hugahane.

As to me — not for [any] wisdom that is in me above any living hath this secret been revealed to me; but for the intent that the interpretation to the king they make known, and the thoughts of thy heart thou dost know.

31 Hagi kini ne'mokama ava'nama ke'nampina, mago ne'mofo amema'a kavuga oti'negenka ke'nane. Ana amema'amo'a tusizankna huno masanentake huno ruzahukna hu'negenka negenka tusi koro hu'nane.

'Thou, O king, wast looking, and lo, a certain great image. This image [is] mighty, and its brightness excellent; it is standing over-against thee, and its appearance [is] terrible.

32 Ana vahe amema'amofo aseni'a goliretike tro nehu'za, tare azantrene amimiza'a silvareti tro nehu'za, amukofareti'ma uramino amote'ma ome atre'neana, bronsireti tro nehuno,

This image! its head [is] of good gold, its breasts and its arms of silver, its belly and its thighs of brass;

33 arenareti'ma urami'nea agiararena ainireti tro hu'naze. Hagi agia'a ainireti'ene higo hapateti eri havia huza tro hu'naze.

its legs of iron, its feet, part of them of iron, and part of them of clay.

34 E'i anama hunkama avanama negankeno'a, mago havea vahe'mo azampinti rutamana huotre'neaki, agonafinti agra'a atamanasiteno eramino, ana vahe amema'amofo agiararema, ainireti'ene higo hapatetima eri haviama hu'za tro'ma hu'naza agia rarena rufuzafupetre'ne.

Thou wast looking till that a stone hath been cut out without hands, and it hath smitten the image on its feet, that [are] of iron and of clay, and it hath broken them small;

35 Ana higeno ana maka ainine, higo hapa'ene, bronsine, silvane, golinena magokage rufuzufupegeno, witima neharegeno zaho'mo eno, onoma'a magore huno otreno eme eri harafima huno viaza huno erino vu'ne. Hianagi anama eno ana vahe amema'ama rufuzafupea havemo'a, ra agona seteno maka ama mopa ruvite'ne.

then broken small together have been the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, and they have been as chaff from the summer threshing-floor, and carried them away hath the wind, and no place hath been found for them: and the stone that smote the image hath become a great mountain, and hath filled all the land.

36 Hagi kini ne'moka e'inahu ava'na ke'nanankita menina ana ava'namofo agafa'a eriama huta kasamigahune.

This [is] the dream, and its interpretation we do tell before the king.

37 Kini ne'moka, kagra maka kinia zamagaterenka vugote'nane. Hagi monafinkama mani'nea Anumzamo kagrira kinia manio huno huhamprigenka kinia mani'nankeno hankavene rankaginena kami'ne.

'Thou, O king, art a king of kings, for the God of the heavens a kingdom, strength, and might, and glory, hath given to thee;

38 Ana nehuno kagrira hankavea kamigenka vahe'ene zaga kfane namaraminena kegava hu'nane. Ana hu'neankinka ana vahe amema'amofo aseni'ama golireti'ma tro hu'nagenka'ma kenanana, e'i kagra mani'nane.

and whithersoever sons of men are dwelling, the beast of the field, and the fowl of the heavens, He hath given into thy hand, and hath caused thee to rule over them all; thou [art] this head of gold.

39 Hanki henka'a kagri kamefira mago kini ne' efore hugahiankino, ana kini ne'mofo hankavemo'a, kagri hankavea agateoregahie. Hagi anantera nampa 3 kini efore huno, maka ama mopa kegava hugahie. Ana hu'neankino agra ana vahe amema'ama bronsireti'ma tro'ma hu'nazankna hu'ne.

And after thee doth rise up another kingdom lower than those, and another third kingdom of brass, that doth rule overall the earth.

40 Hagi ana amefira nampa 4kini efore hugahiankino, hankavenentake huno ainigna hugahie. Na'ankure ainimo'a maka'zana rufuzafu'nepeaza me'ne. Ana hu'neankino ainimo'ma maka'zama rufuzafunepeaza huno, ana kini ne'mo'a maka vahera hahu zamanteno zamazeri haviza huvagaregahie.

And the fourth kingdom is strong as iron, because that iron is breaking small, and making feeble, all [things], even as iron that is breaking all these, it beateth small and breaketh.

41 Hagi ana ava'nafima ke'nanana, ana amema'amofo agia ainireti'ene higoreti'ene eri havia hu'za tro hu'naze. E'inama hu'neana, agafa'amo'a amanahu hu'ne. Ana kini ne'mo'ma kegavama hu'nesnia vahe'mo'za zamagrare zamagrare hu'za otitere hugahazankino, mago'amoza aenigna huza hankavenetisageno, mago'amo'za hankave otigahaze.

As to that which thou hast seen: the feet and toes, part of them potter's clay, and part of them iron, the kingdom is divided: and some of the standing of the iron [is] to be in it, because that thou hast seen the iron mixed with miry clay.

42 Hagi ana vahe amema'amofo agia'a ainireti'ene higoreti eri haviama hu'za tro hu'nagenkama ke'nana zamofo agafa'amo'a amanahu hu'ne. Anama efore'ma hania kini nemo'ma kegavama hania vahe'mo'za, mago kaziga hankave netiszage'za, mago kaziga hankavea otigahaze.

As to the toes of the feet, part of them iron, and part of them clay: some part of the kingdom is strong, and some part of it is brittle.

43 Ana vahe amema'amofo agiama ainireti'ene higoreti'ma eri haviama hu'za tro'ma hu'nagenka'ma ke'nana zamofo agafa'amo'a amanahu hu'ne. Anama refko haza kini vahe'mo'za mofa'nezmi omeri emeri nehu'za, eri mago hunaku hanazanagi, zamagra magopina omanigahaze. Na'ankure ainine higomo'enena ruohamprigaha'e.

Because thou hast seen iron mixed with miry clay, they are mixing themselves with the seed of men: and they are not adhering one with another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

44 Hagi anankini vahe'mo'zama kinima mani'zama esnaza knafina, Monafinkama nemania Anumzamo'a mago kasefa kuma (Kindom) erifore hugahiankino, mago vahe'mo'a eri havizana osutfa huge, mago vahe'mo'a eno hara hunora ana kumara ohanaregahie. Ana hu'neanki'za Anumzamo'ma eri fore hania kumapima mani'snaza vahe'mo'za, mago'a kini vahera zamazeri fenkami atre vaganere'za, zamagra manivava hu'za vugahaze.

'And in the days of these kings raise up doth the God of the heavens a kingdom that is not destroyed — to the age, and its kingdom to another people is not left: it beateth small and endeth all these kingdoms, and it standeth to the age.

45 Kagrama ana ava'nafima kankeno'a, mago havea vahe'mo azanuti ruofregeneanki, agra'a frageramino ana vahe amema'ama ainireti'ene bronsireti'ene hapa'ene silvareti'ene golireti'ma tro'ma hu'naza vahe amema'ama rufuzafupe'nea havemofo agafa'amo'a e'inahu hu'ne. Hagi Ra agi'ane Anumzamo'a henkama fore'ma haniaza kini nemoka ava'nafi eri kaveri hu'ne. Ama ana ava'na tamage ava'na ke'nane. Ana hu'neankino amama eri fore'ma hu'na kasamua kante anteno efore hugahie.

Because that thou hast seen that out of the mountain cut hath been a stone without hands, and it hath beaten small the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king that which [is] to be after this; and the dream [is] true, and its interpretation stedfast.

46 Kini ne' Nebukatnesa'a Danieli'ma hia nanekema nentahino'a, Danielina agiafi avugosaregati kepri huno umaseno husga hunenteno, ofane mna nentake zantamina erita eta eme kre mna vunteho huno vahera zamasami'ne.

Then hath king Nebuchadnezzar fallen on his face, and to Daniel he hath done obeisance, and present, and sweet things, he hath said to pour out to him.

47 Hanki anante kini ne'mo'a amanage huno Danielina asami'ne. Tamagerfa huno kagri Anumzamo'a anumzamokizmi Anumza mani'neno, kini vahe'mokizmi Razami mani'neno, oku'ma me'nea zama eri fore'ma nehia Anumza mani'ne. Ana hu'neankinka ava'nama ke'noa ava'namofo oku antahi'zama'a emeri ama hunka nasami'ne.

The king hath answered Daniel and said, 'Of a truth [it is] that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, since thou hast been able to reveal this secret.'

48 Anante kini ne'mo'a Danielina eri'zama'afintira avre anagamutegeno Babiloni mopafina ugota kva ne' mani'ne. Ana nehuno kini nemo'a mago'a marerirfa musezantami Danielina nemino, huntegeno Babiloni mopamofo agu'afima knare antahi'zane vahe'ma mani'naza vahera kegava huzmante'ne.

Then the king hath made Daniel great, and many great gifts he hath given to him, and hath caused him to rule over all the province of Babylon, and chief of the perfects over all the wise men of Babylon.

49 Hagi kini ne'mo'ma anama nehigeno'a Danieli'a kini nera antahigegeno, Satrakine, Mesakine, Abetnekonena huhampri zamantege'za, Babiloni mopafina mago'a eri'zantera kegava hu'naze. Ana nehazageno Danieli'a agra kini ne'mofo nompi mani'ne.

And Daniel hath sought from the king, and he hath appointed over the work of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, and Daniel [is] in the gate of the king.
