'And I, in the first year of Darius the Mede, my standing [is] for a strengthener, and for a stronghold to him;

2 Hagi menina Danieligama eri ama'ma hu'na kasamisnua nanekemo'a tamage me'neankino, henka fore hania zanku kasamigahue. and, now, truth I declare to thee, Lo, yet three kings are standing for Persia, and the fourth doth become far richer than all, and according to his strength by his riches he stirreth up the whole, with the kingdom of Javan.

And a mighty king hath stood, and he hath ruled a great dominion, and hath done according to his will;

and according to his standing is his kingdom broken, and divided to the four winds of the heavens, and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion that he ruled, for his kingdom is plucked up — and for others apart from these.

5 Hagi sauti kaziga mopama kegavama hu'nea kini ne'mo'a hankave kinia manigahie. Hianagi ana kini ne'mofo eri'za ne'mo'a rugateregahiankino, agra'a kuma kegava huno kinia manigahie.

'And a king of the south — even of his princes — doth become strong, and doth prevail against him, and hath ruled; a great dominion [is] his dominion.

6 Hagi mago'a kafuma evute'na, noti kaziga kini ne'ene sauti kaziga kini netremokea, hara osu fru huta manisanu'e huke nanekea anakigaha'e. 'And at the end of years they do join themselves together, and a daughter of the king of the south doth come in unto the king of the north to do upright things; and she doth not retain the power of the arm; and he doth not stand, nor his arm; and she is given up, she, and those bringing her in, and her child, and he who is strengthening her in [these] times.

and also their gods, with their princes, with their desirable vessels of silver and gold, into captivity he bringeth [into] Egypt; and he doth stand more years than the king of the north.

'And the king of the south hath come into the kingdom, and turned back unto his own land;

and his sons stir themselves up, and have gathered a multitude of great forces, and he hath certainly come in, and overflowed, and passed through, and he turneth back, and they stir themselves up unto his stronghold.

11 Ana hugahazanagi sauti kaziga mopare kini ne'mofona tusi arimpa ahesanigeno, sondia vahe zaga'ane vuno, noti kaziga kini ne'mo'ma zamazeri atruma hu'nea sondia vahe krerfa hara ome huzmagateregahie.

And the king of the south doth become embittered, and hath gone forth and fought with him, with the king of the north, and hath caused a great multitude to stand, and the multitude hath been given into his hand,

12 Hagi sauti kaziga kini ne'mofoma ha'ma eme huntesaza sondia vahe'ma zamahe hana'ma hanageno'a, sauti kaziga kini ne'mo'a tusi muse nehuno, avufga erisga hugahie. Hianagi agri sondia vahe'mo'za mago'enena hanaveti'za maniza ovugahaze.

and he hath carried away the multitude, his heart is high, and he hath caused myriads to fall, and he doth not become strong.

13 Hagi mago'a kafuma evutesnigeno'a, noti kaziga kini ne'mo'a, ko'ma zamavareno hate'ma e'nea sondia vahera rugatereno, rama'a sondia vahe'ene rama'a ha'zane eri'neno, hara erino egahie.

'And the king of the north hath turned back, and hath caused a multitude to stand, greater than the first, and at the end of the times a second time he doth certainly come in with a great force, and with much substance;

14 Hagi ana knafina rama'a vahe'mo'za sauti kaziga kini ne'mofona hara rentegahaze. Ana nehanage'za ama ana ava'nama eri rgama renakura Danieliga kagri vahepinti mago'a harfa vahe'mo'za zamagranena hara rentegahaze. Hianagi zamagra hantaga hanageno, anazamo'a amne zankna hugahie.

and in those times many do stand up against the king of the south, and sons of the destroyers of thy people do lift themselves up to establish the vision — and they have stumbled.

15 Anante noti kaziga kini ne'mo'a sondia vahe'ane eno, sauti kaziga mopare'ma hankave vihu keginama hugagi'naza rankumara eme avazagi kagino hara hugateregahie. Ana hanige'za sauti kaziga moparera hankave sondia vahe mani'nazanagi oti hankaveti'neza hara osugahaze.

'And the king of the north cometh in, and poureth out a mount, and hath captured fenced cities; and the arms of the south do not stand, nor the people of his choice, yea, there is no power to stand.

And he who is coming unto him doth according to his will, and there is none standing before him; and he standeth in the desirable land, and [it is] wholly in his hand.

17 Hagi noti kaziga kini ne'mo'a agrama kegavama hu'nea mopafinti maka sondia vahe'a zamavare hana huteno vuno, hara osuta fru huta manisanu'e huno sauti kaziga kini ne'ene keaga ome anaki'naku antahintahi hugahie. Ana huteno mopa'ama hanare'nakura haviza huno, sauti kaziga mopare kini ne'mofona mofa'a amisanigeno ara erintegahie. Hianagi ana antahizamo'a eri'zana e'orisanigeno, ana zamo'a amne zankna hugahie.

And he setteth his face to go in with the strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; and he hath wrought, and the daughter of women he giveth to him, to corrupt her; and she doth not stand, nor is for him.

'And he turneth back his face to the isles, and hath captured many; and a prince hath caused his reproach of himself to cease; without his reproach he turneth [it] back to him.

And he turneth back his face to the strongholds of his land, and hath stumbled and fallen, and is not found.

'And stood up on his station hath [one] causing an exactor to pass over the honour of the kingdom, and in a few days he is destroyed, and not in anger, nor in battle.

'And stood up on his station hath a despicable one, and they have not given unto him the honour of the kingdom, and he hath come in quietly, and hath strengthened the kingdom by flatteries.

22 Rama'a sondia vahe'mo'za ana kini nera hara hunte'nakura egahazanagi, ana sondia vahera zamahe vagaregahie. Ana nehuno ana zanke huno Ra Anumzamo'ma huhagerafi'nea ugagota pristi ne'enena azeri haviza hugahie.

And the arms of the flood are overflowed from before him, and are broken; and also the leader of the covenant.

23 Hagi ana ne'mo'a mago'a mopafima nemaniza vahera rezmavatga huno hara osu fru huta manisnune huno huhagerafigahie. Ana nehuno agri vahera osi'a vahe mani'nazanagi agra hankave kini efore hugahie.

And after they join themselves unto him, he worketh deceit, and hath increased, and hath been strong by a few of the nation.

24 Ana ne'mo'a vahera ozamasami'neno antri hanazaza huno, afu afa'za osu'nazaza huno, fenomo'ma agatere'nea provinsifi ufreno vahera ome rohu'reno maka fenozazamia erino agri amage'ma vanaza vahe refko huzamigahie. Hianagi amana avu'ava zana za'zatera huno ovugahianki, atupa knafi ome vagaregahie.

Peaceably even into the fertile places of the province He cometh, and he hath done that which his fathers did not, nor his fathers' fathers; prey, and spoil, and substance, to them he scattereth, and against fenced places he deviseth his devices, even for a time.

25 Hagi agra ana kini ne'mo'a korora osu, sauti kazigama nemania kini ne' ha' huntenaku rama'a sondia vahe'zaga zamavare atru hugahie. 'And he stirreth up his power and his heart against the king of the south with a great force, and the king of the south stirreth himself up to battle with a very great and mighty force, and standeth not, for they devise devices against him,

26 Ana nehanageno agrane magoka manine'za agri nompinti'ma knare ne'zama nenaza vahe'mo'za oti'za azeri haviza hugahaze. Ana hanage'za tima hagenoma eaza hu'za ha' vahe'mo'za e'za sondia vahe'a rama'a zamahe frigahaze.

and those eating his portion of food destroy him, and his force overfloweth, and fallen have many wounded.

27 Hagi anantarega kini netremokea magoka trate mani'neke havige huke orevatga arevatga hugaha'e. Hianagi kema anakisna'a kemo'a amne zankna hugahie. Na'ankure Anumzamo'ma hunte'nea kna fatgore maka'zama vagama resania knamo'a egahie.

'And both of the kings' hearts [are] to do evil, and at one table they speak lies, and it doth not prosper, for yet the end [is] at a time appointed.

28 Anante noti kaziga kini nemo'a rama'a fenoza eri'neno ete rukrahe huno mopa'arega vugahie. Hianagi karankama nevuno'a Anumzamofo vahe'mo'zama mono'ma nehaza zantamina eri haviza nehuno, maka zanena eri haviza huteno ete nonkuma'arega vugahie.

And he turneth back [to] his land with great substance, and his heart [is] against the holy covenant, and he hath wrought, and turned back to his land.

29 Hagi Anumzamo'ma huhampri'nea knama efore'ma hanigeno'a, noti kazigati kini ne'mo'a ha' erino vuno sauti kaziga kini nera ha' ome huntegahie. Hianagi ko'ma hu'nea zana hunora hara hugateoregahie.

At the appointed time he turneth back, and hath come against the south, and it is not as the former, and as the latter.

30 Zage fre kazigama me'nea hagerimofo ankenaregama nemaniza vahe'mo'za ventefi e'za hara eme hunte'za, azeri koro hugahaze. Anama hanageno'a ete atreno mopa'arega vugahie. Hianagi agrira tusi arimpa nehesanigeno nevuno, tamage Anumzamofo mono'ma hunentesaza zana eri haviza nehuno, Anumzamofoma zamefi hunemiza vahe'mokizmi nanekea antahigahie.

And ships of Chittim have come in against him, and he hath been pained, and hath turned back, and hath been insolent toward the holy covenant, and hath wrought, and turned back, and he understandeth concerning those forsaking the holy covenant.

31 Ana ne'mofo sondia vahe'mo'za ra mono nomofo hankave vihu kegina eri nafa'a nehu'za, mono nona eri pehenage nehu'za, mago mago zupama Kresramanama nevaza zana asevazi nezamante'za, Anumzamofo mono nompina kasrino'ma havizama hu'neaza eritru regahaze.

And strong ones out of him stand up, and have polluted the sanctuary, the stronghold, and have turned aside the continual [sacrifice], and appointed the desolating abomination.

32 Anumzamofo kasegema zamefi'ma humisnaza vahera ana kini nemo'a havige huno rezamavatga hanige'za, agri amage antegahaze. Hianagi Anumzamofoma ke'za antahi'zama hu'nesnaza vahe'mo'za oti hankave ti'neza agri nanekea eri atregahaze.

And those acting wickedly [against] the covenant, he defileth by flatteries; and the people knowing their God are strong, and have wrought.

33 Hagi amu'nozamifima knare antahi'zama eri'nesnaza kva vahe'mo'za, rama'a vahe knare antahi'zana zami'za zamazeri fatgo hugahaze. Hianagi ana avu'ava zana ana kva vahe'mo'za za'zatera hu'za ovu'nesnage'za, kva vahera kazinteti zamahe nefrisage'za, mago'a kva vahera tevefi kre tasagesage'za frigahaze. Ana nehu'za mago'a kva vahera kinafi zamazeri nente'za, fenozamia rohu zamare'za erigahaze.

And the teachers of the people give understanding to many; and they have stumbled by sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil — days.

34 Hagi ama ana knazama fore'ma hania knafina ana kva vahe'mo'za osi'a zamazama hu'zana erigahaze. Ana nehanage'za rama'a vahe'mo'za ana kva vahe kaziga antegahazanagi havige hu'za anara hugahaze.

And in their stumbling, they are helped — a little help, and joined to them have been many with flatteries.

35 Ha' vahe'mo'za anama knare antahi'zama eri'naza kva vahera mago'a zamazeri haviza hugahaze. E'inahu zama hanaza zamo'a kva vahera Anumzamofo avurera zamazeri agru huno zamazeri avusese hanige'za Anumzamo'ma agesama nentahia vahekna hu'za mani'nesageno henka maka zamo'ma vagama resnia kna efore hugahie. Na'ankure Anumzamo'ma huhampari'nea knamo'a zahufa ne-e.

And some of the teachers do stumble for refining by them, and for purifying, and for making white — till the end of the time, for [it is] yet for a time appointed.

36 Ana kini ne'mo'a agri'ma avesi'nia zana amne tro nehuno, agra'agura huno nagra maka anumzantamina zamagatere'noe huno avufga erisga nehuno, maka havi anumzantamima zamagatere'nea Anumzamofona huhaviza huntegahie. Ana avu'ava zana hume nevanigeno, Anumzamofo arimpa ahe'zamo'ma ome vagamaresia zupa, agri avu'ava zamo'enena ome vagaregahie. Na'ankure Anumzamo'ma huno henka fore hugahiema huno hu'nesnia zamo'a tamage huno efore hugahie.

'And the king hath done according to his will, and exalteth himself, and magnifieth himself against every god, and against the God of gods he speaketh wonderful things, and hath prospered till the indignation hath been completed, for that which is determined hath been done.

37 Hagi ana kini ne'mo'a agehe'mokizmi anumzana antahi nozamino, a'nane mo'zama mono'ma hunentaza havi anumzanena antahi nomino, mago'a havi anumzanena antahi ozamigahie. Na'ankure agra avufga erisga nehuno, nagra maka anumzantamina zamagatere'noe huno agesa antahigahie.

And unto the God of his fathers he doth not attend, nor to the desire of women, yea, to any god he doth not attend, for against all he magnifieth himself.

38 Hianagi agrama mono'ma huntesniana, hankave vihu keginama kegavama nehia havi anumza monora huntegahie. Hagi ana havi anumzana agehe'mo'za ke'za antahi'za osu'naza anumzankino, golima, silvama, zago'amo marerisa haveramine mago'a musezane ofa nemino monora huntegahie.

And to the god of strongholds, on his station, he giveth honour; yea, to a god whom his fathers knew not he giveth honour, with gold, and with silver, and with precious stone, and with desirable things.

39 Hagi ana kini ne'mo'ma vahe'ma ha' ome huzmanteno hankave vihuma hu'nesnaza kuma'ma erinaku'ma hanuno'a eme azama hanigeno ha'ma hanigura ru vahe'mokizmi anumzantaminku kea hugahie. Ana nehuno agri kema antahisaza vahera, zamazeri ante ama' huno rankva zamazeri o'netino, mopa refko huno zagore atresige'za miza hugahaze.

And he hath dealt in the fortresses of the strongholds with a strange god whom he hath acknowledged; he multiplieth honour, and hath caused them to rule over many, and the ground he apportioneth at a price.

40 Hagi maka zama ome vagamare knama enaku'ma nehanigeno'a, sauti kaziga kini nemo'a eno, noti kaziga kini nera ha' eme huntegahie. Anama hanigeno'a noti kaziga kini ne'mo'a ame huno karisifima mani'neza ha'ma hanaza vahe'ene karisiramine, venteramine erino hagerimpima ha'ma nehaza vahetamina zamavareno vanige'za, sauti kaziga kini nera hankaveti'za hara ome huntegahaze. Timo'ma hageno maka zama erino viaza huno maka mopafi vahera hara huzmanteno zamazeri zamagateregahie.

'And at the time of the end, push himself forward with him doth a king of the south, and storm against him doth a king of the north, with chariot, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he hath come in to the lands, and hath overflowed, and passed over,

41 Ana kini ne'mo'a sondia vahe zaga'ane knare zantfama hu'nea Israeli mopafi ufreno eri agrarega nenteno, rama'a kumapi vahera hara huzamagateregahie. Hianagi Moapu vahe'ene Idomu vahe'ene Amoni mopafinema nemaniza vahera hara hu zamagate oregahaze.

and hath come into the desirable land, and many do stumble, and these escape from his hand: Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the sons of Ammon.

'And he sendeth forth his hand upon the lands, and the land of Egypt is not for an escape;

and he hath ruled over treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the desirable things of Egypt, and Lubim and Cushim [are] at his steps.

'And reports trouble him out of the east and out of the north, and he hath gone forth in great fury to destroy, and to devote many to destruction;

45 Ana'ma hutesuno'a vuno Medeterenia ra hageri anke'nane, Saioni agonamofo amu'nozanifi agra kini nemo'ma manisnia seli nona ome kino manigahie. Hianagi anante'ma mani'nesnige'za ome ahe frisnageno, mago vahemo'e hunora aza osugahie.

and he planteth the tents of his palace between the seas and the holy desirable mountain, and hath come unto his end, and there is no helper to him.
